I suggest not following this line of thought, as I have been discussing my char's power with the GM since yesterday and thus have a day's advantage on you.
It would do you well to not try to play that card as well. Because I was doing the same thing.
Dang. I have been working on a similar concept, though from a slightly different angle and with much less power. I wonder if our chars can exist together without overlapping... What do you think,@Sep?
I personally would rather not have any overlap at all, but that's just my opinion.
Lynne's power is a step above many others, as she is capable of modifying and repairing virtually any aspect of her body in order to suite the situation or need. Theoretically, she is invincible, capable of taking massive amounts of continuous damage and regenerating all of the harm done, without issue. She is able to consume and store massive amounts of "Mass", and then make use of this mass to expand or reinforce her bodily structure.
Hardening, strengthening, sharpening, regenerating, even adding new attributes altogether, all of these things are possible with her ability and more. A truly versatile, and excellent power that, given her weaknesses were not so drastic, would turn her into the ultimate human weapon.

Because her ability is to unimaginably complex and unwieldy to use, it comes with a great number of side-effects and crippling weaknesses that make it fundamentally impractical.
Firstly, all of her manipulations that involve "Increasing", whether it's adding new attributes, regenerating damaged tissue or reinforcing the attributes she already has, take up an associated amount of "Mass" for her to accomplish. If she wishes to regenerate a lost arm, she must have an amount of "Mass" equivalent to the lost arm in order to completely repair the suffered damage. She can divert "Mass" from other places on her body, but she cannot conjure it from thin air, and must eat more in order to replenish what was lost.
While she may seem invincible, if she is forced to fight a battle of attrition in which she is forced to continuously take large amounts of damage, she will eventually run out of regeneration and simply be killed like any other animal.
Second on her long list of problems is that, well, brains are kind of complex. If her brain is critically damaged, she will not die (as long as she has regeneration left to repair it), but there will be some... defects, with the final product. With each regeneration of her brain, some information is lost, and she comes closer to a more primal, beast-like existence, as her name seems to indicate. Additionally, the shock of having her brain suddenly injured will more than likely stun her significantly, leaving her fatally open to being executed or captured afterwards.
For as powerful as her ability is, even she is not so stupid as to try to manipulate her brain outside of regeneration, lest she accidentally cause herself unnecessary brain damage or receive some kind of terrible, permanent mental defect.
And then there's the Hunger. Needless to say, the strain put on her body and the energy it requires to continuously repair, alter and reinforce Lynne's body is great. The result of this massively increased demand for energy is that, when she is running low on mass, she begins to experience a gnawing, ever-present hunger, a need to replenish her stores so that she can regenerate more freely.
Of course, she will never actually be full.
Personal Skills Her list of technical skills is very limited, but fortunately, the last month of trials have left her changed. For better, or for worse. Her instincts have been honed greatly, giving her an almost bestial nature, able to sense incoming danger long before an ordinary human would feel anything. She's grown accustomed to running, hunting and hiding, and while she does not want to fight, she can certainly cause some damage when forced to.
She's decent at singing, too.
Personal Weaknesses Being constantly hunted, exposed to unimaginable amounts of pain on a daily basis, and having been completely alone since the start of the incident has taken a great toll on Lynne's mind. She may someday devolve into a feral existence, a girl who possesses no trust for humans and who will completely fail to understand a great number of obvious social cues. Even if brought into normal society as she is, she will never truly be able to integrate herself into ordinary human life after what she has endured, and getting along with humans is still a long, long ways off.
Besides what's been said already, she is very much still a child, and possesses what flaws you would expect from a child given the circumstances.
Cited as being among the first ever recorded "Powered" individuals, Lynne was unfortunately among the largest driving forces behind the quarantine and crackdown on powered people in Aire. Due to her strength, mental instability and unstoppable urge to consume everything around her, she was quickly hunted down and has been effectively on the run since the very start of the incidents.
She was not, however, always this way. Before gaining her abilities, Lynne was the daughter of a rather wealthy family, one whose ancestors were among the early adopters of the Mars Colonization Program. The Everest Family wasn't the most influential on Mars, but they were no pushovers when it came to funds, and they often backed the other, more well connected corporations who came after them, securing their place as one of the wealthy elite on the new planet.
Lynne's direct family was quite closely knit, and she was happy to experience both a close and nurturing relationship with her parents. Maybe her father was out of the house a bit often, but that couldn't be helped, he still had plenty of business to deal with even long after their stake on Mars had been set.
Her childhood was much like many Mars-born children would have experienced. Things were dull, from time to time, and adults always seemed to be doing something, and things always seemed just a little too "Red", but overall, things were swell. She attended school normally, had a few close friends, and even planned on signing up to learn ballet from one of their female teachers.
Some things don't change, regardless of the Era.
But, some things do.
Suddenly gaining superpowers may have been an exciting, or wonderful opportunity for many others, and good on them for finding some purpose in their suddenly twisted lives. Lynne, however, has never thought of her powers as anything but a curse. Since the moment she first awoke with them, her abilities have caused her nothing but suffering, hurt and despair.
Her powers took her family away from her. They took her friends, her future, and her very life. She was forced to run, to escape into the ventilation systems and hide deep in the gutters of the settlement. Always hunted, never given a chance to feel safe, even for a moment. That was what her life was from that point on, and that is how it will continue to be going on into the future.
She is called "The Beast" by many of those who hunt powered individuals. To them, she is a menace, a prized prey that would bring whoever took her down much glory if she were to be captured. She is considered less than human, because of these powers of hers, which make her like a living, breathing monster.
Maybe, bit by bit, she is beginning to become just that. A monster. And that is the scariest thing of all.
There are definite faults with a roleplay set to progress in a manner such as this, but I'm sure the fun to be had outweighs them greatly. Keeping everybody relevant in a genre that is typically contained to one or two individuals in the spotlight at a time is tough.
I have abstained from posting an lengthy "rules" part in here but I digress, I´d appreciate if you informed me when/if you know you cant post in few days time.
