But animals are beasts. So, a beast-like version of a deer is literally just an animal-like deer. Which is a normal deer.

I get the idea, though. In your defence, while I was sitting here trying to think of a good description for what you meant, I was having trouble thinking of something too.

So let's just go with "beast-like".

Honestly, I built the concept off of something of my own, and I have no doubts that it is not a brand new concept considering how generic it sounds. I would have to write up a complete summary of the species and the setting for you to get how I conceived it.

A "Realmswalker" is a reference to a race I invented for something off-site a couple years ago, part of a little worldbuilding project that was somewhat successful; yet I never put it into action, so it and most of the characters and the plot lay around to rot. Realmswalkers in particular I had designed to be able to travel across dimensions and realms, so they fit in settings much better than other species I came up with. Every so often I intend to change it (at this point, when I hit the 500 post mark).

Man, I don't wanna feel like I'm rushing anybody but I don't like that this has been cold for two days. It brings back memories of good RP's dieing bad deaths.

Looks to me, that the holy grail still needs two more masters and the heros to fill the Saber and Caster slots. Am I wrong in this observation? I am getting eager to play my assassin.
