Which brings me to something else, I'd like to hear more about the beasts. How long have they been appearing for? Perhaps a little exposition into their origin, save the really juicy stuff for us to learn IC though!

Right! Derp! I thought I've explained that! Of course, here's the key word: Thought. I love learning through IC, but things that have already happened are really important. I actually meant to have a convention stand talking about what they already know about them... but somehow that must have been missed. They have been appearing for most of the time the technology has been invented. No right away, but pretty soon after it's discovery, as the entire globe flocked like gnats (Is that a saying?) to use this new technology. They seemed to slowly start appearing after people messed with their powers. Although the exact locations appeared to be random, they actually happen because of the powers, and mostly where there are massive usage involving these powers. So, for how long? I'd think about forty years. Where? Anywhere people have these powers! As for where they came from... this is a very hard concept I'm still working on. I have a bunch of ideas, and all of which are equally cool! Though, I think I'm going to go with the one that makes the most logical sense, which is powerful enough to scare people into never wanting to mess with the fourth dimension in real life. For fear of bringing them through. If you still want me to spoil their origin, I can give it. But only if you ask for it. And if only some of you want to know, I can send you a PM.

Kassy is 5'0", and is very underweight. She wears a two-part blue dress, an underpart that is a very dark blue, while the over-part is a much lighter color. She wears a necklace with a small helpless dragon on it around her neck. Her hair color is naturally blond, and her eye color is naturally blue. Due to her Fourth Dimensional control over Energy, her eyes turn Purple when she is in control of her powers. Fourth Dimensional Power: Energy. Bio: Kassy is a homeless girl, and without parents. Her parents died after she was born, due to an energy surge within her mother. The doctors in the room were badly injured, but the mother and husband were killed by the outburst of power. Luckily for Kassy, her mother was capable of controlling her powers enough to save her from the destruction. Kassy grew up without parents, moving from foster home to foster home throughout Tyoko Japan. Sadly, girls were almost never picked in Japan, except for people visiting from other countries. The day Kassy was chosen by a seemingly nice couple, she had an energy outburst. Her magical powers were strong enough to hurt her new mother and father, who disowned her after the attack. Kassy was injured as well, so badly as to send her into a coma for many years. During the time she was in her coma, she has protected herself from being disconnected with her energy powers. Her control over her fourth dimensional powers seemed to make her body aware of her surroundings, even in the coma, allowing it to protect itself. Kassy had first entered the coma on her birthday, when she was eleven. She came out of it on her twenty first birthday. Her memories remain intact before the coma, but all events during she cannot remember. She acts like an eleven year old, though has the body of an adult. After Kassy left the hospital she had no idea what to do with herself, since she couldn't go back to the orphanage. She didn't know how to get a job, or where to live. She's wandered the streets, taking what she absolutely needs, but never trying to hurt people. It hasn't worked well for her, as she is now wanted by the police. She isn't very keen on the idea of going to jail, and has even defended herself from them at least once.

Naoto

Username: Teknonick | Character Name: Naoto Tsuyo-sa Taiyō | Character Age: 23 | Character Gender: Male Appearance: Naoto is 5'8", and weighs a healthy weight. He has strong features, though not pretty by most Japanese standards. He usually wears a black t-shirt, with a thick heavy opened dark grey jacket over top. He usually wears baggy jeans and a belt. His shoes are designed for running in for long distances, and are a very dark color. His hair color is black, and his eyes are a dark hazel. He has a big black dragon necklace around his neck. Fourth Dimensional Power: Sight. Bio: Naoto is a police officer in Tyoko Japan. He's gone from odd-job, to odd-job, most of his life. But he eventually found himself liking the law and helping keep order. His two twin sisters are both proud of him, and always tease him about how they never thought he would get the job. His older twin sister works as a politician, while his younger works at a local zoo. The three of them live together in a big apartment they have all worked together to afford. The three of them are all very close to each other, and Naoto sees it as his job to protect his two sisters at all cost. Naoto is usually a good cop, doing his duty, following his orders, and not arguing with his superiors. He is well known for his use over his ability, using it to it's full potential to help solve crimes. He has been waiting for a promotion for weeks now, and was recently sent on the case of a homeless girl who had defended herself against arrest. He has no idea who she is, but he does have a wanted poster of her. Little does he know he's hunting his own cousin, who is willing to attack him, even if he isn't willing to attack her.

Alright, so what do you want to know about Minami? Color of her underwear, how she plays hopscotch, why she was ridiculed?

I think that was a mistake. I think he meant Rose... at least that's what I hope me meant. If he points something else out though, I'd like to hear.

Right Ragna. That sounds about right. YES fighting, but no 100 confirmed kill shnaz. The way you've explained it makes perfect sense. So, then, here's a few more things. Naoto is professionally trained as a cop... but is that bad? Kassy has gotten into situations, but isn't trained... she's more lucky than anything. In that case, Rose is self taught, and weapon-wise doesn't appear to be breaking the rules in that respect. Though, technically she only has one paragraph written for her character, since everything is all jumbled together. Alex's character appears to have a huge hatred towards the monsters, and is creating weapons and putting all of his knowledge specifically towards fighting these beasts. Plus he has weapons and gear. Now, refreshed the page and read Unraveller's post. "First of, what kind of people just disown a child whom they took into foster care for something she couldn't control? Despicable." Bloody evil people mind you. Plus, a lot of people in Japan disown children just because they're girls. As for Kassy's powers, I'm seeing what you mean. How she protected herself? I was kind of thinking it was her own body acting in ways, like being prodded, or unplugged would set off her powers since her body would know she was being 'shut off'. She did become unconscious, and she has been stunted in those respects. Though, I honestly forgot about that happening to her until I reposted her app... which is why she may have acted more mature when I RPed her, because I forgot right after I made her. xD. Interested? That was posted IC. She was hungry, and decided she couldn't find food anywhere else. Being as young as she is, she thought she might be able to outsmart the cops and get some food before she was caught, then slip away. As for Naoto, IDK how he got his powers. Either inherited from his parents, or through the procedure. I don't think that part really matters though. In my own opinion of course. Muscles!? No one in our world has muscles! Perfect! We are defining rules here people. No fighting prowess, or talent, I believe is enough for him to be acceptable with such muscles. Plus, it's not nearly as OP as anything else could be. Back to Naoto. He has a gun! And training! I'm not sure about him anymore. Though, you did say if they were explained in a logical sense (And still not being OVERLY powerful), it would be okay, which I agree with. Read what Ragna just edited. Edit wars. Yes, I understand. I will edit the bio to explain more of these questions, as I do believe they are important. I might have thought of them, but never explained them, but everyone needs to be clear of what to expect from her. Plus, after writing it, it will help me RP her more clearly in the future. *Notices another edit from Ragna* Perhaps they should have a limit. I'm not sure when though. Okay, here we go again. Kristof isn't a violent person, has no weapons, and follows all the rules. BUT. Are his muscles and shear size an issue? I personally love this character. But, are the rules so thin and undefined that I would have to deny him, even though he isn't an issue outside the rules? And, are his muscles considered to be part of the rules? I just noticed. The rules as our checklist. Okay, a few things I'd like to say.... What is our definition of 'no weapons' or 'fighting'? Can our characters have had fighting skills, but forgot? Or have gotten into fights? Are they allowed to be trained in a weapon skill, but not own one? Are we counting our powers as 'weapons', or how do we handle them? I'm questing my own characters, mainly because Kassy has had to defend herself. Naoto, being a cop, has had training, and always carries a pistol on him. Not to mention both characters have gotten into a lot of fights. Ragna, your characters appear to have no problems. Kurano has had 'mob issues' before, but there are no mentions of him actually fighting back, or having anything that would come close to conflicting with the rules. Okay myself and Co-GMs, let's get cracking! Following the rules, all three of us will fully examine each character app. If there is an issue, we point it out, and let them fix it until they can be accepted... unless the entire character is an issue, then they will have to make another character. Then, all three of us will vote like on American Idle, and only when all three of us accept an app, will they be allowed in the Characters section, and be allowed to post again.

Well, after a short discussion with myself, I've made a decision. EVERYONE is now kicked from the RP! All actions never happened, UNLESS that character is reaccepted into the RP. PLEASE delete your characters in the characters section, or move them over here, THEN delete them there. If this doesn't work, then I will be forced to restart, and we will have to start from square one again.

And at the bottom of the screen (If you scroll all the way) there is a Formatting Cheatsheet with a button to push for you to open it up. If you type [hider][\hider] but with a forward slash (/) that also works. You can also do [hider=Some Words Here Just For Example] if you want to label it. [/quote] Alright, my opinion is that we both messed up last night, and you're just as imperfect as I am. How could you see the dude with battle armor and two experimental laser weapons and go, "that seems balanced enough. Han Solo here is accepted." [/quote] You kidding? I am perfect. I still haven't found my post where I accepted/denied posts. Um... am I imagining things? As for the character... possibly remove him. No one else is supposed to have weapons or anything like that anymore, so, I can't really let you have that character with the weapons/armor/stuffs. Eventually he can have gear, of course, but not now. In the short (Or long. Depends if we ever clear this all up) future, all of our characters will be given a chance to outfit themselves with weapons and gear and such. At that point your guy might be handed a lab and told to do work, where he can invent his weapons then... possibly.

We never accepted Alex, or at least, I don't remember ever accepting Alex. Did anyone else do it behind my back? I don't know why, but I laugh way too hard when you mention therapy. I have never once had a therapy session in my life, yet you always assume this. So I just imagine myself in a straightjacket at a computer drawing these and saying to myself over and over. "I'm perfectly sane. I'm perfectly sane."
