Esper Level 4. Finally, some school actually got it right. Not even the guys running Bleeding Star could get an accurate read on her abilities, so having a solid footing for her ability was a welcome change. She stepped away from the circle and towards the only person around that she slightly knew, since the Little Monkey wasn't around. Rebecca made her way through the crowd, pushing away some people without saying sorry, and then stepping towards Karasawa.
"Hello Grapejuice. Your ability is kinda cool, given its limits." she said, striking up some type of conversation since the guy looked extremely lost all of a sudden. Then she realised that he was talking to another girl who was looking like an anime character, with some toast hanging from her mouth and looking lost as well, "Oh I didn't know you were currently engaged. Thats okay. My names Rebecca and you are... Karas-Kara-Kar-Grapejuice." she finished, looking straight at him and giving a little smile accompanied with a slight embarrassment of not being able to pronounce his name without thinking that he looked like a grape. Then she looked to the girl who was stood next to him.
"And you are? I've never seen you before and I've seen most people from around this district."

Personality: Kimbley has shown he is incredibly cruel, without care for those he hurts or kills. As a leader, he is relatively likeable, despite his actions. He also takes a somewhat pride for mass killings or a mission well executed.

Equipment: Fold-able Vector .45 w/ silencer, Military m9 bayonet, semi auto pistol.

Skills: Weapon handling (Guns and melee), armed combat, negotiation, torture.

History: Ever since Kimbley was a kid, he had a slight tendency for... crueller actions. His parents had him tested, had psychiatrists try to help him but nothing seemed to work. As he grew up, he began to show more and more violent actions and mental patterns, to the point of injury his friends or other people. Most was chalked up to some mental problem, and he was admitted to several different mental hospitals over his teenage years. When he was 23 he jumped at the chance to join the New Order military, and he tried to climb the ranks and become a higher up. It didn't entirely come to fruition however, since he was relieved of duty for "Overly violent acts". He then joined up with a resistance faction and helped kill several hundred men and women.

A couple months after the Cabal fell he joined SOUL and helped with their activities until it fell two years later. Still thirsting for some fun, Kimbley created the new SOUL, in which he focused mainly on the complete and utter annoyance of the New Order. So far he has entirely annihilated about 3 different rouge resistance factions, as well as kill a couple senior New Order members. His knack for torture, murder and slightly insane tactics has given him the title the "Soul Chain". It is possible this was a reference to how he killed a couple people; shoving a rusted chain through their hearts and brain and stringing them up on buildings. Kimbley is definitely the perfect guy to have a tea party with!

Personality: Being a military processor, Nick has similar mental patterns to those of the Cabal. He is completely uncaring to people he hurts, and often takes pleasure in doing so. He has become adept at hiding emotions from others, as well as masking lies from professional interrogators and lie detectors. He has also been known to make his killings and hunts into games, like hide-and-seek and tag. He also loves sweets, and carries different kinds with him.

Equipment: An pistol of unknown origin that fires nickel bullets, a serrated and curved blade used for slicing, 3 shrapnel grenades, 2 incendiary and a vial of odd red liquid.

Skills: Gun handling, weapon handling, ranged combat, armed combat, unarmed combat, adept at hiding emotions, adept at cheating lie detectors.

Name: Mura Sahashi

Personality: Mura is completely and utterly oblivious to the mood of the area she is in, as well as the people around her. When things are sad, or not looking so good, she tends to make light of situations and act like nothing is happening. As well as this, she isn't very good with people. She often says offensive things without realising, nor caring. As well she takes things like being accused of partaking in Enjo-Kosai (which she totally does) really personally, and often takes either offence of becomes aggresive - even to her friends. (Oh, and she acts like a typical Tsundere with some kink that I'll come up with later.)

History: Mura grew up a normal girl. Her parents both worked as health care assistants and were often away from home for extended periods of time, forcing her to stay with her older brother. When she was 12, her parents split and they both moved from Japan to live in different parts of the world, and her brother became violent due to some psychological need to have a relationship mixed with his constant rejection. She began getting poorer with brother, and eventually turned to Enjo-Kosai to help with their situation.

She has joined the Occult Club due to some blackmail from the president. Apparently she had pictures of her partaking in Compensated Dating, which was something Mura couldn't let get out. Enjo-Kosai has also become a large part of her life, as despite her lesbian sexuality, she needs the money for food and mental help for her brother, and her brother has become more violent when Mura does not partake.

Skills:

Completely Oblivious: Mura is utterly oblivious (whether through ignorance or disregard) to the mood of a situation. If people make fun of her as a joke, she can takes it personally more often than not. If someone is sad she will make jokes that make the person feel worse, etc.

Unarmed/Armed Combat: For some reason Mura is capable in both unarmed and armed combat. This is because she deals in a dangerous art and must be ready for a rapist during her "after school activities".

Negotiations: Through her dealings in Enjo-Kosai, Mura has become a seasoned barterer and negotiator. She has been known to get discounts in some local shops and restaurants as well as being able to outsmart drinks machines (through some unknown method of money retrieval). This also extends to some other types of negotiation that we wont mention for different reasons ^_^

Other: Yes she is a lesbian, yes she takes part in Enjo-Kosai and yes she often comes to school with bruises that she refuses to talk about. She is also an avid roleplayer, and frequents multiple sites... Some of which have... Questionable content on them...
