Hey remember when this site didn't have 3 tabs in the IC threads? Crazy.

I feel like Myriad Reality is somehow the secret glue holding this entire site together

People like to nudge aside the fact that there's a level of commitment to hosting, and joining an RP. The majority of players don't have it in either case, regardless of how interesting an idea is.

I've been gone so long that I forgot what the status bar was like. It's like coming back to an old apartment, except it's not an apartment anymore, it's just two walls and a lot of heroine addicts.

The man looked Jenso up and down before nodding silently. "Come ere', it's 30 coppers a night. You got any money on you?"

Maggie had send him out with about 30 gold. The money wouldn't have been much use to her and her husband in a dead town, after all.
The door swung open, not breaking off it's hinges, and the man behind the desk stared at Jenso, startled by his action. "Um... Can I... Help... You?" He said, not sure if he was about to get robbed or not.
Bobba narrowed his eyes and Jenso turned away and kissed his teeth. "Fine then," He muttered to himself.

When Jenso was outside again, nothing had changed. It seemed there wasn't much to go on right now. If only Pij and Lark were here. There was an Inn, across the plaza and it was getting late, though. Perhaps he should rent out a room, just in case.
@Kiss Of Night

Hopefully this fight will be over soon, haha. I plan to end it in 1-2 more posts, and the following chapter should follow relatively quickly afterwards.
"600 gold an ounce," Bobba said sternly. It was a rather insane price, considering that the average T-Shirt costed only 20-40 silver, and even most ornate and decorated shirts never climbed about 30 gold, from what Jenso knew anyways. Did that mean Jenso's shirt was practically worth more than his entire house in Arcadia was worth?? Talk about a brick to the stomach. "Not everything in my store is expensive, though. Take this for instance:" Bobba pulled Jenso around the table that had the lump of goldenrod ore on it, towards another, and pointed at a small square of fabric 2 inches in width, "This is a piece of the ancient Talos Robes that elementals wore when they still ruled over the kingdom of Drimba, far to the east! It does not burn when fire touches it, it does not freeze with ice, it does not absorb water, it does not rip against the force of earth or wind, and it's completely non-conductive!" Bobba explained. "Only 100 gold per square inch!! A bargain, if I say so myself."

That wasn't a fucking bargain at all. If Jenso stayed here for too long, this man was probably going to try and sell him everything in the store.
I think I will have to restart this RP, but if I do so, I'll be completely throwing the original premise out the window, which means it will not longer be a multiversal RP, and be restricted to Mushroom kingdom/Fan characters.

Anyone who is ok with this, please let me know before monday. Anyone who wants to continue from here on out, also let me know. Just basically tell me where you stand right now so that I can make an informed decision.
Had to go to work, will be posting for the other groups afterwards.
Hyznia

Rem Vano's Estate

Sulfrax nodded as Rem insisted he accompany Sulfrax regardless of his views. "That's all I ask, but you are not wrong. These Gaians could be a bigger threat than we know. This is why I've left that living Gaian with the king. He may be stubborn, but Thrallmor knows how to extract information. Hyznia's dungeon is not just for containment," Sulfrax remarked, pinching his wrist with a grimace. He then paused and cleared his throat. "Torture," He grunted.

Sulfrax turned towards the exit in a hurry, but didn't move, waiting only a few moments for Rem to finish packing for their trip. "When I return to Hyznia, the King will have more information for me. Allegiance with Illon is our priority, regardless. Hurry your packing, I'll be waiting by Hyznia's main gate. Do your best to avoid CMAS eye, Rem," Sulfrax demanded, leaving the estate hastily. He was not a very patient man, that much was certain.
I'll also be taking control of NPCs again by Monday, and forcing the plot along into the next actual event.
Sorry, I've been extensively busy, and I imagined Jenso could handle things, but the drop in interest in concerning.

If there are no posts by Monday, I'm shutting this down.

After Monday, assuming we're still kicking, I'll be executing players who don't post in the span of a week.

Honestly, I've lost a bit of interest in the premise of this RP, but the characters are all alive and fresh, so I was looking forward more to interactions rather than progression.
