I feel like Myriad Reality is somehow the secret glue holding this entire site together

People like to nudge aside the fact that there's a level of commitment to hosting, and joining an RP. The majority of players don't have it in either case, regardless of how interesting an idea is.

I've been gone so long that I forgot what the status bar was like. It's like coming back to an old apartment, except it's not an apartment anymore, it's just two walls and a lot of heroine addicts.

The boy spun towards Jenso very quickly and caught his foot in midair. "Hm? Heated?" He muttered softly. But within seconds, Jenso's heated aura was overpowered by the boy's cooling Aura, and his foot began to succumb to a chilling sensation.

The ritual had begun, and the small masked boy was about to place his hand on the meteor, disregarding Jenso entirely despite his earlier feat.
Jenso finally made it to the throne room, and was face to face with the masked man who'd frozen Paulie in a block of black ice. Behind him there was yet another door, now revealed from beneath a large blueish curtain of silk. "A Titan Pharie has fallen to you?" The boy said, his voice warbling with magical disruptions. "Your energy signature... What a troublesome human."

Paulie's block of ice was pushed aside by the boy in one small flick of his wrist. He then turned around and rose a hand, opening one of the massive doors behind him. "You are too late. Preparations are almost complete," His voice trailed off as he continued to walk away, into a large open balcony area, where Pharie's meteor stood with two more titanic golems grasping it with both hands. They seemed totally focused on draining it of its energy, while their master looked up eagerly and smirked.

~ End Of Chapter 25 ~
The golem's eye lined up with Jenso again, but the light in its sight flickered out as soon as the shard of ice struck its face and split it in half. The entire golem's body twitched for a few seconds, and then it came crashing down, along with the ceiling. Ice blocks and shards fell from above, creating a literal mountain of climbable ice and crushing the Golem's corpse beneath it. The sky was revealed, and a storm of sleet and snow flooded the entire main hall, including the throne room.
The Ice titan saw Jenso's plan a little late, but as soon as the ceiling was struck and began to creak, he rose both his hands, and held it up like a golem-like pillar. It wouldn't fall now, but then again, he couldn't exactly move while holding up so much weight.
As the shard flew through the air, Jenso's whistle prompted the golem to turn his head casually in his direction, only for it to be impaled by the giant shard. The golem staggered back slightly and reached up to pull the shard out of its head. It missed its core by a couple feet, but its face plate was slightly cracked now.
Jenso withstood the brunt of the oncoming ice pillar and launched his makeshift barrier at the roof successfully. Upon impact, the cracks worsened, and several small pieces of the roof fell down, striking the Golem's head. They were far too small to inflict any real damage, but the titanic golem looked up clumsily, distracted by the possible danger of a falling roof.
The golem swatted Jenso's thrown debris away like a small stone and went for yet another pillar, the last one on the second floor, and broke it in half. With one shard in each hand, the Golem launched both at Jenso, one after another, in an attempt to strike him after he dodged the first one.

The cracks in the ceiling were very evident now, but with no more pillar for the golem to destroy, it didn't look like it was going to break apart by the Golem's hand.
The golem tilted its head curiously, but ignored Jenso's request, and grabbed another nearby pillar, ripping it from its foundation. The ceiling above him began to crack, but it held firm as he threw his held chunk of ice at Jenso once more.
The golem proceeded to Stomp the staircase before him. Several stomps, and the foundation of its center pillar shattered, and the entire thing rained down on Jenso in shards that threatened to slice him to ribbons.
