People like to nudge aside the fact that there's a level of commitment to hosting, and joining an RP. The majority of players don't have it in either case, regardless of how interesting an idea is.

I've been gone so long that I forgot what the status bar was like. It's like coming back to an old apartment, except it's not an apartment anymore, it's just two walls and a lot of heroine addicts.

Mikey stopped just five feet short of Jenso's position and swung both his arms in a cross-like maneuver, launching a point-blank cross slash made of strange blue watery energy towards Jenso. It was clear that he wasn't about to start talking, but this wasn't a battle just to win. If Jenso wasn't careful, he would die, or kill Mikey.
Dacer fired his nocked arrow at Oz's spear, stopping it with a mighty crash that echoed through the courtyard. He glared at Oz, and then at Alvios, smirking.

"Ants, meet boot."

Ada's eyes widened and she shrieked, uncrossing her arms and reeling them back as if to flinch. But just before Alvios got within range, she stepped the attack just as it shattered her wall like glass, and ran towards Shaidra, "Ok, I think we're done here, Dear. Up up! Momma wants to go home!" Like a reflex, Shadira pulled Ada into a dark cloud, and the two of them began to vanish. "I'll just let them deal with him instead!"

On queue, her walls melted away, and a loud hissing sound echoed from outside Alvios' windows, which had now shattered. Blup split himself into two, and tossed his new clone over to Alvios. It landed on his head harmlessly. Moments after, they both blupped in unison.

"Watch out!"
"Watch out!"

A single stream of white energy flew through the windows on the edge of the room, shattering both their frames, and the walls around its entry point, leaving a 4 meter diameter hole behind itself as it flew towards both Alvios and Oz.

Far outside, standing on the opposite building, across the guild's courtyard, A blonde archer nocked another stream of energy on his bow, and took aim again, in case the first shot didn't do the trick.
A tower of purple goo rose between Ada and Oswald, blocking his strike and expanding into a transparent wall shortly thereafter. Ada huffed and crossed her arms over her ample bosom.

"Rude," She barked.
Shaidra looked back to Alvios, and then Oswald, and Alvios once more. "They'll all die, when the world is erased," Shaidra mimicked, with a gruff tone, "One by one under the weight of my footsteps. Perhaps if I leave those two to the end, they'll reconsider. Maybe if... Maybe if... Maybe if..." Shaidra's hands began to well up with black smoke, and she stepped towards the corner of the room, away from both Alvios and Oz. "Pain is the only truth." She glanced at Alvios.

"Bring me back... You'll die just the same."

"Would you just stop, dearie?" Another voice echoed from outside of the room. Suddenly, a wall of purple ooze covered the only exits, both the door and the windows, while Ada walked through unharmed. "Hmmmmmmmm?" Ada said, squinting at Alvios. "You're not dead?"

You Can't Catch Them All...

Oswald was already up and about when the entire guild shook. He was fortunate enough to have Blup as the ready when he was met with such a rude awakening.

"Mikey has Jenso and Luke pinned down in the Levitating Training Chamber! I've lost contact with Jeff and Bruce, I think they've been taken somewhere else! You're closest to Alvios, check on him first!"

Those were his orders, or his advice, anyways. Geode was likely just fine on his own, anyways, and Ross? Well, he'd probably been told to go somewhere else by the little Blup clone that he'd taken. Oswald was of course, closest to Alvios' room, just like he'd been told. It didn't take him long to reach the man. But by the time he got there, Alvios already had a visitor. The little black wraith-like creature from the order, Shaidra, was standing in the middle of the room, glaring at him with her hollow, black eyes. She turned to see Oswald for a moment, but said nothing, and didn't move. Was she scared? Or...
Zelriane bounced across the field, making distance between himself and the two heroes as he felt a surge in Rajaka's Ki. His form appeared, not in his fighting stance, across the battlefield, near its edge. He knew staying anywhere near Rajaka at this point was likely a bad idea. But he'd not seen him get this angry in quite a while. It was to be expected, though. These two were more durable than Zelriane was used to. Perhaps hundreds of years without a challenge really was beginning to wear his skills thin. Or maybe they were just that powerful. At any rate, as long as Shaidra didn't see it necessary to protect her little home, all Zelriane had to do now was sit back and watch Rajaka tear the two of them to shreds.

"You've done it now," Zelriane sighed to himself.

Rajaka stood in place. immobilised by the sudden onslaught. Usually, he wouldn't fight his anger. It would gradually build, making him more powerful as time went on. But with Zel on his shoulders, both figuratively and literally, seemed to...

"YOU ENJOY ACTING LIKE A COUPLE OF LITTLE SHIT-HEADS?"

YOU REALLLLLY WANT TO SEE ME WHEN I'M ANGRY?

WELL ALRIGHT! OK! WE'VE REACHED THE END OF THE FUCKING LINE. WE'RE HERE. STOPPING AT THE INTERSECTION OF PISSED AND REALLY PISSED.

I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY

BECAUSE NOW I'M FUCKING FURIOUS!!!

...Expedite the process.

"LET'S"

"GO."

~ End Of Chapter 165 ~
Zelriane's eyes were fixated on Jeff. As soon as the sniper shot was fired, he pulled back on Rajaka's head, prompting the giant to step sideways. Although it still pierced Rajaka's shoulder, the wound quickly closed, leaving the giant man grunting angrily. Zelriane shook his head more as Bruce approached. As soon as he began to speak Zelriane's form disappeared, taking full advantage of the man's attempt to use his voice aggressively. Rajaka was left behind, but Zelriane was now Below Bruce, or least it would seem that way. He fired a burst of compressed air towards the bottom of Bruce's platform, and then moved beside him. This time, he coated his hand in green energies, accustom to his normal form of fighting, and launched his fist towards Bruce's shoulder, ready to follow up on a moment's notice. Rajaka on the other hand, began to stomp the ground repeatedly.

"ZELRIANE?!" He shouted, grasping his shoulder after the fact. He let go as the wound healed itself, but his left arm was out of commission for a short while now. Turning to Jeff, he narrowed his eyes and tried to take deep breaths. "Stick and stones, tiny little tools, they're just trying to make you lose your cool! Trying to rile you up." Rajaka mouthed to himself.
Zelriane's foot skimmed the bottom of Bruce's wind-like surfboard. With his eyes focused, he angled his kick slightly upwards, striking the base of the board and disrupting the wind that held Bruce in place as best he could. But as his body spun around, Jeff was his target once again. Zelriane used his hands to send his body downwards by launching two bursts of air up. Jeff's sniper shot missed him by a few inches, and Zelriane landed near Rajaka, who was now charging past him. Instead of going after the other two, however, Zelriane sped towards Rajaka, landing on top of his right shoulder.

"Wake up," Zelriane hissed, slapping the side of his head. Rajaka spun around, nearly shaking Zelriane right off his shoulder, but eventually realised what was going on. "He's just trying to irritate you. They must know exactly how to deal with you. Stay calm." It took Rajaka a moment of breathing, leaving both him and Zelriane wide open while the giant oaf paused in place. Zelriane positioned himself so that he was riding Rajaka piggy-back style, with his legs around his neck, and placed both his hands over his companion's ears. "Take as much time as you need."
As Jeff moved, Zelriane's foot only caught the edge of his shoulder, scraping by slightly. Zelriane kissed his teeth and allowed the force of his attack to bring him back to the ground. He then returned to his stance, but heightened his hands at least a foot, so both were almost above his head. With several extensions of his hands, he launched singular bursts of compressed air towards Jeff at point blank range. At this point, his eyes began to glow, signalling the beginning of his eye technique. Right after launching the two projectiles, almost simultaneously, Zelriane moved to appear behind Jeff, launching another projectile at him, and then below Jeff, launching yet another. After this barrage, he disappeared again, and phased into Bruce's path. His hands were both risen, but instead of firing projectiles at Bruce, he aimed to take advantage of his momentum in midair, swinging his right foot directly towards Bruce's head with a midair round-house. He moved in ordinance with Rajaka's attack, keeping his distance from the shock wave, so that he would end up following Bruce up, rather than getting blown away himself.
