"Oh, Jasmine! Leave some for us too!" Jessica laughed.
"Maybe~!" Amanda laughed and got excited as Jessica's house came into view. "Race you guys to the house!" She yelled, running.
"My mom! As soon as she gets off work." Amanda supplied, laughing. "Maybe ice cream if we have any."

"Oh, Jasmine! Leave some for us too!" Jessica laughed.
"Maybe~!" Amanda laughed and got excited as Jessica's house came into view. "Race you guys to the house!" She yelled, running.
She was chatting happily with her friends as they walked to Jessica's house. Amanda made sure to text Ayaka that if he needed her, she would be at Jessica's until Sunday afternoon.
"So how are things with Ayaka?" Jessica asked, a little curious.
"Just fine. Nothing new, really." Amanda smiled. "Is your mom bringing cheesecake tonight?"
"After begging her for a month, yes. I can say with confidence that she is."
"Yay!" Amanda and their other friend, Jasmine cheered.
"It's gonna be delicious!"
"So how are things with Ayaka?" Jessica asked, a little curious.
"Just fine. Nothing new, really." Amanda smiled. "Is your mom bringing cheesecake tonight?"
"After begging her for a month, yes. I can say with confidence that she is."
"Yay!" Amanda and their other friend, Jasmine cheered.

The school bell rang for the last time today. Amanda was relieved, the teacher had been going on and on about the subject at hand, and her hand was starting to cramp from all the notes she had taken. She had been excited, tonight she was going to a sleep over at her friend, Jessica's house. She jogged out of the classroom after gathering her things and went to her locker. Putting her books in her locker and backpack (taking only what she needed), she thought over her schedule this weekend. Tonight and Saturday, she would be at her friend's. Sunday, she would come home at noon and go on a date with Ayaka at around 5.
"Amanda! Come on!" One of her friends called to her. She snapped out of her thoughts and got her backpack, zipping it up and closing her locker.
"Coming!"
