I cannot - for the life of me - manage to manually turn off my PS4 by pressing the button. My damn cat, however, manages to hit it every single she even bypasses the console.

My kids found an old Barbie TV from when I was a kid - you know, the kind that was huge and boxy with a tiny-ass screen - and my daughter said "No, mommy, TV's are flat." Another parenting fail.

My kids don't understand what a (computer) mouse is or how to use it. They keep poking and swiping at my monitor. I have failed as a parent.

@The Mad Hatter I like it and everything is in order, except I think you misunderstood the stats system. You have a total of 15 skill points to put in as you see fit, so your total stat numbers should equal 15. Other than that you are accepted.

I completely misunderstood, because of the "number of d6 rolled". Now it makes so much more sense It's been fixed now, so I'll just go ahead and toss my sheet into the Character Tab.

.:EDIT:.
Added a sort of description on her appearance, as well.
I think this is it. I'm not entirely sure that I haven't forgotten or misunderstood something, though.

.:EDIT:.
BTW I'm working on a bit about my "NPCs" - Haruka's mom, her ex-teammate Kenta and her two temporary teammates Amaya and Noburo.

.:EDIT2:.
Fixed the stats (I'm an idiot)

.:EDIT3:.
Added a sort of description on her appearance.

Oh man, those religions. You don't even know. Writer's block is currently killing me there.

I feel your pain, man. I did all that crap once, too. Then I decided never to make a "custom" fantasy universe again because there was just so damn much work with it - half of which I never thought of myself but other players were all "what about..." @.@

I've been thinking about currency, BTW. My first thought was going with the good ol' classic of "gold", "silver", "copper" and so on coins/pieces. If you make it coins, the size of each should be the same and such every coin would have the same value. Making one piece of gold worth approximately the same as a week's supply of food and so on (say, about 70$/65€ (that's just about what we use each week in a family of three (two adults and a toddler ... and a cat, a guinea pig, a bunny and 3+ axolotls))), it'd work out quite well, to me. Silver could be worth, like, half of gold (35$/32€), copper half of silver (17,5$/16€) and so on.
From there, you can obviously name the coins differently. Since I'm assuming that you want one type of international/global currency and not one for each nation, the name should likely be something like the name of the world; Oriast.
I did have one other idea, but I've forgotten what it was.
How close is everyone to being done their character sheets?

I'm almost there; almost there. I have a thing today, so I won't have time to keep on writin' till tonight. I expect to finish it tonight, though. I just need to adjust her background.

.:EDIT:.
Should I post the finsihed sheet here in the OOC and wait for approval/rejection before I place it in the Character Tab, or should I just toss it straight into the Character Tab?
Do you know that feeling when you know exactly what is that you want to write (in this case, my character's background), but you just can't get the words to come out right and even though the idea sounds awesome in your head, it looks ridiculous in text and you rewrite it a billion times and it just gets more and more stupid-sounding?
I've got that problem right now.
@OneWayOut
That's fine. As I said, I have no problem with her being a Jinchuuriken, just the fact that he said no-one could be and then she was - if that makes sense.
I'm sorry that I forgot you, if we've played together before. I tend to be very good at remembering people, but after over a decade of roleplaying, I guess I'm bound to forget someone. I did think that your character seemed familiar, though, for what it's worth.

@Minato Namikaze
I wasn't worried about the other character being too strong, though, but about how lax the enforcement of the rules might be. As long as there's been a discussion about it and a (good) reason for it, I'm fine with it.
I'm such a control freak; I think this "exercise" will be good for me - having you "decide" the battles for me, that is.
Definitely a huge help!

I have a character that I've been developing over a course of... many years (she was first spawned when I was just a tween), that I'm considering adapting to this. I'm just not too sure about it, because I've played her so damn much.
OneWayOut might know her, though, since I've used her for more than half of the Naruto RPs I've been in/GMed (which is, like, a lot (I've GMed six or seven of 'em)).

She's this powerhouse of a woman/girl, with loads of muscle-masses and lugging about a sword (Broad-Katana) the size of, well, her, but is a retard at performing jutsu, only really mastering the E-rank and a couple of C-rank by sheer force of will. She's not very smart, but very empathic. She's clumsy as few, but fiercely loyal and stubborn as an ass. ... That pretty much sums her up.
Hey. You got room for one more?

I just have a few questions before I officially apply for this.

1) I hate to point fingers and stuff like that, but you (the GM) made it rule number one that our characters not be overpowered, "this means no Jinchuuriki or other OP abilities from the get go." ... And yet, the first CS in the tab is a Jinchuuriken..? I don't exactly have a problem with someone being a Jinchuuriken, but if that is how little the rules and such will be enforced, this is no place for me.

2) The stats... How will this come into play? Will our foes have stats as well? Or is it for sparring matches and such between PCs? You mentioned that every battle will be decided by die rolls, but the stats will still have effect and all that, so I'm just wondering.

3) Since the RP is stat based, will one's "specialty/ies" have an effect on those stats? If I, for instance, make a character that I give a specialty for puzzle-solving and/or math or something that requires some brain-juices, then roll a 1 for intelligence, how will that work out? Or should we base our characters around the stats?
@VoiDYeah, GM says wee're still going and he's just busy with life (which is completely understandable, might I add).

Most of them are just waiting to go, but I'm mostly just halfway typing on my sheet and halfway being a lazy bum. So if the GM still wants more people, you'll probably be done with your CS before I'm done with mine.
Sooo... This died, then? Or, well, was miscarried, I guess...
