Charles was reading his research notes, thinking about them and about alchemy formulas and equations. He always did that if he wanted to keep his mind of something, like this mission at the moment. Perhaps he could get one of the other alchemists for some scientific discussion later? It might be interesting. He looked out of the window, did he see something? Charles looked back at his notes, not giving it any more thought.

He did not mind the long trip, as it gave him time to think. He just put his notes back in his pockets as he heard a deafening noise. Charles was thrown against the wall of the train, feeling a hard pain in his arm, perhaps he was broken. He could not hear a thing and when he opened his eyes he saw that William was suddenly in his booth performing a transmutation. Charles jumped away as the ground around William transformed into quicksand.

"Watch out with your alchemy! I am right behind you!", Charles screamed barely hearing his own voice.

Role in the tribe: Chieftain of the Bargha, Elder of the Drokta Clan
Tribe: The Bargha tribe lives in a great crater in the former suburbs of New York. They are hunter gatherers and the tribe consists out of five clans who all vote for the chieftain from among their elders. They live in improvised huts out of scrap metal, stitched fabric and wood.
Backstory: Tandom had a normal childhood for a member of his tribe. He became a hunter pretty early and was soon considered one of the strongest warriors of the tribe. He defended the tribe against would be conquerors and helped feed it through hunting.
Years later he was voted the chieftain after the dead of the old one.
Equipment: A makeshift armor out of car tires, hide and fabric as well as several rusted metal weapons.
Miscellaneous: He is a capable warrior even at his age but suffers from a horrible curse the tribe does not know how to heal, cancer.

It has happened. Mankind's destructive nature had reached is peak. Nobody knows anymore why the bombs fell or who started it. Nobody knows anything anymore.
Humanity has blasted itself into a new stone age. The few areas that weren't hit by all the cataclysmic power of the world where rural, unimportant to the combatants.
From these few places the last survivors of humanity came.
Technology is lost, nations are nothing but a faded memory.
Humans have gone back to being hunter-gatherers and live in tribes in the ruins of our once great civilization.
The End was just a new beginning...

In this Rpg humanity is, after a great war, in a new stone age. Knowledge is lost, Technology no longer understood. The men live in tribes in the ruins of the world, the old world only distorted legends. Some created pagan religions, some wage war and others started herding sheep. These are the characters we play. You can be a warrior, a clan mother, a chieftain or a shaman. It is your decision.
Except for on player. He will play a human, a man from before the war, just now stepping out of his stasis-capsule...
What will he see? How will he influence the world?
