Hamburg Peace Conference Terms

1. The Caliphate of Istanbul must cease any sponsorship of terrorism or terrorism-related activities.
2. The Caliphate of Istanbul must allow the practice of other religions in private, meaning not in public areas, without persecution.
3. The Caliphate of Istanbul must allow for the existence of an Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople within the city of Istanbul, who will be chosen by the Orthodox faithful but subject to the authority of the Caliphate.
4. The aggressor nations of South Asia and Mexico must withdraw their forces and end the war, or face sanctions from the powers agreed at the Hamburg Peace Conference.
5. The practice of slavery must be abolished within the Caliphate, to be assured by French observers.

Further, it is generally agreed that internationally observed elections will be undertaken in neighbouring Iran, at which point the South Asian military will withdraw from the country. As well, an Antarctic team will be tasked with investigating human rights abuses in the Caliphate.
Include me in the PM. I didn't bother to write a whole post just to say, 'Yes'.
If the British can do it so can I!

Well... not neutral as in Switzerland, more like the isolationist period of the United States.
^ I'd agree with said AI. Those damn imperials and fascists. Liberty and self-rule, eh?

In my history, written before the UK nation came into play, Tsao bought the Cayman Islands from the UK, which was in debt after WWIII. So the Cayman Islands are technically independent. If I could go in to more depth I could say that the Cayman Islands has a mayoral office/town hall for discussions, and everyone (~60,000 people) pays rent to Tsao.

A few issues.

1. The property (land, buildings, etc) of the Cayman Islands is owned by private individuals, not Westminster. It wouldn't have been the United Kingdom's government's to sell. And as specified explicitly in your sheet, "the Cayman Islands are privately owned by the Director of Dominus." Private ownership does not entail political suzerainty. It isn't said, explicitly, that the islands ceased to be under British sovereignty.

2. Buying and selling territorial sovereignty isn't a thing, even if it had explicitly said that. I'm sure that if it was an option, Tsipras would be selling off half of the Aegean so that he could give the people of Athens more free stuff. But it isn't. Political sovereignty isn't a commodity.

3. Regardless of when which portions of our sheets were written (I believe I started mine when you were part way through a portion of yours), mine was accepted first.

4. I am actually totally fine with Dominus and the Cayman Islands possessing total independence from any government or state. I just thought it would add to the roleplay for the Cayman Islands to be under British sovereignty, but more or less fully administratively and almost fully legally independent. If you'd rather not, it's fine.
Also, I am planning to avoiding wars since they prove pointless and they cost tons of money.

Seems like we're already allies, in that case. Instead of a formal military alliance, let's go ahead and say we have a long-running free trade agreement. Perhaps including the rest of non-GEC Western Europe as well.

@Odysseus You mention in your NS that the Cayman Islands are wholly owned (in the private sense) by Tsao. Are they still under the sovereign jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, though? British sovereignty is hardly a deterrent to the islands' activities in the modern day, and being that Bright and her country have grown largely libertarian over time since then, it would hardly be an issue from a legal perspective.
Have we forgotten about the whole "Roleplaying" thing?

Half of the Most Many Some players forgot about it before they even made their sheets.

Not you.
Loons and morons operating this RP as a grand strategy game, so I figured I'd pipe in with a pointedly timed and worded call for sanity.
United Kingdom of Great Britain

Foreign and Commonwealth Office

Anyone who dares to assault or threaten the USAE or its allies will face the full wrath of my military.

SHAH ALAMGIR II

The United Kingdom of Great Britain hereby issues a formal threat of violent action against the state apparatus' of the USAE and her co-belligerents in the hostilities occurring in the Middle East. The USAE has shown a virulent disrespect for international law, and, on the part of her leaders, a political short-sightedness that can only be accurately described as insanity. As a neutral state disinterested in the imperialist and religious conflicts of the undeveloped world, the United Kingdom nonetheless deems necessary a minimum level of civility, decorum and rational thought be present in international communications. Behaviour unbefitting of that minimally required must be subject to due consequence.

For nuclear proliferation, initiating violence against neutral states, threats of genocide, threats of nuclear aggression and other behaviours unacceptable for any person and warranting total removal of power and authority, the United Kingdom of Great Britain denounces as illegitimate the government of Shah Alamgir II of the USAE. Let hereby be known that any and all acts of nuclear aggression by any entity against any entity shall be responded to in kind by the military of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, including both nuclear retaliation and more advanced forms of violence heretofore unknown by the USAE, her allies, or the international community at large. May peace reign, and devices of devastation gather dust.

God save the King.

You can keep your free trade.

That London shall! And Europe can keep its 19th century anti-trade policies in kind.
