Non-conformosts are silly. If you want to be your own person, just do whatever feels right to you without regard for whether it's popular. It takes a massive tool to make a conscious effort to not fit in, and ultimately you're just as beholden by popular sentiment as the people you try to avoid; for you it's just inverted.

@Awson I can't remember any other occasion in which I said, "Liar. Prove it." So, to answer your question, the literal truth would be 'never'. Contextually, however, the proportion of success is undefined, both because I've yet to receive an answer from my only sample case, and because success in this context is itself undefined; there isn't any obvious desired outcome.
