That moment when you have a billion ideas and can't write them all down
Obviously Albert was having trouble keeping the Deino from tackling everything in range, it was in a its nature to tackle things to learn about its surroundings. That was all part of the fun Albert was having with his new Pokemon, sure a few people where knocked to the ground when Deino was intrigued by the food they where carrying but so far nobody was injured, so it was all alright in the end. It was gonna be a good day Albert hoped.
"Dei Dei"
It smelled something and it completely ignored the command to stay close, off it ran like a blind man darting left and right to find the scent and Albert running after it. It almost looked like a comedy skit and yet it was anything but, it leaped towards the source of the smell. A cup of coffee held by a rather stern looking old geezer, now most Pokemon and people would be hesitant. To attack someone who looked stern but frail but Deino was blind and it looked like the old man would be barreled over yet suddenly a gray hand pinned Deino down to one spot, it was a Machoke.
"Control your Pokemon boy" There was a obvious annoyance in the mans voice.
"Sorry Sir its just that Deino is a bit curious that's all"
"Just keep it on a leash or in a poke-ball if its causing problems" The man said as he walked off with his machoke leaving Albert and Deino behind.
Albert walked the rest of the way rather briskly he didn't like the idea of keeping Deino inside a poke-ball and it missing out on the joys of life but its nature was causing problems. The Lab peaked into view with its dual poke-ball statues outside the front, people moving into the double door entrance, definitely a Lab. Albert headed inside not knowing what to expect but he knew Deino was acting oddly quiet after that encounter with the Machoke. he sat down on the lab floor next to Deino, he honestly couldn't be asked to stand.
Quick question about my character's pokemon team though, it says he can have a pokemon already before he gets his starter, but can this pokemon also be a shiny one? I'm asking because I just love the shiny honedge line.
that moment when you realize something, Deino is gonna fall far, far, far behind everyone else due to the first evolution being level 50. so its gonna be a runt for a while...

Personality: The first notable thing one would notice about Albert is that he's loud, very loud and yet he is also intelligent. Intelligence does not always mean the person in question is wise however and Albert is not exactly known for being safe, hes very reckless in his actions a trait he inherits from his mother. This recklessness leads to some problems such as Albert's body usually being covered in bruises and dirt and yet he also shares his fathers inquisitive nature, meaning that if he takes interest in something he will attempt to learn it, regardless of how useful or useless it is.
History: Born into a family of science and fighting, one really wouldn't know what path the young child Albert would take, would he go down his fathers route of scientific research into Pokemon. Better yet would he follow down his mothers path of beating everyone who dared challenge the family name. Albert really couldn't decide which path to follow or if he even wanted to do those things at all, Lumiose is a big city after all.
Then came a fateful day where Albert met Deino. Albert's Father acquired Deino as a gift from his place of work due to his 20 years of faithful working there, now Albert's Father couldn't really handle Deino's obsession with tackling and biting everything, and the young Deino wasn't really a exceptional fighter and lacked the obsession of victory that most of Albert's Mother's Pokemon had as such she too didn't want the young dragon because it was a klutz. This left the parents with two options, put it up for adoption or give it to their son, Albert.
Then the fliers went out.
Dream/Goal: His goal is to do two things, firstly he wants to learn more about Pokemon and perhaps discover a previously unknown trait about them, he also just wants to travel the region and then the world in a quest of knowledge. Preferred Starter: Spheal *acquired*

I let a few Legendaries slide, usually its the ones with the same stats as the pseudo aka those that have 600 base stat or regigigas because of its slow start
I am just gonna interject with my own idea of the worst Pokemon, its Mega Rayquaza, it looks magnificent. but when you fight it, it is the most overpowered thing ever.
