personally i prefer if your not allowed to use your teammates monsters... because then mine Scarifar's Satoshi's and Irish's dual will still be valid...
Either it does work or doesn't, though my Tag Duel finished with the belief that Xyz/Synchro/Fusion wasn't allowed, so... yeah.
And if it was allowed then it would of gone a different way but meh...
