I'd guess that be why, either that or for high priority stealth assassinations.
That's something I'm pondering like we know they enslave some gifted but how because it seems like every time they'd just off the gifted. I guess they'd try to capture first then kill if not possible? But then if that's the csse Valkyr wouldn't by necessary until-oh wait nvm she'd be sent in this situation.
Question, is it the military or a special branch that deals with Gifted. The reason I ask is purely out of curiosity. I feel like if it was a special branch of the military then they'd look something like this...
