"You lead, I'll follow", Aaron replied as he picked up his board. "Wait...did she call me Mr.Blonde?", running his hand through his hair he was reminded of the times he was amde fun off in elementary school for having blonde hair. "So glad those days re over", he thought before hearing Marci ask him about his phone. "Oh yeah, why didn't i think of calling her! Hold on let me get my phone out", feeling extremely stupid for not having thought of this earlier Aaron pulled out his phone and called Kate. It rang for a little but eventually she answered.

"Hey, you at school yet?", Kathryn asked while stifling a laugh. She knew he had to have found out about the prank she pulled on him. After learning from her brother she picked up a few things.

"I'm going to murder you, just know that. Before that I need to know how to get to your dorm", his sister's voice reminded him of what he was about to set out to do and now he that he was reminded it was time to get back at it.

"I'm not going to make it easy for you to find me!"

"Its not for that, I'm here with your roommate. We're trying to find her dorm"

"You can't read a map, Aaron?"

"I might have been if you didn't wake me up when you did"

"You'd have been late and plus that was for what you did to me last week", After a bit of bickering between the two Kathryn finally gave Aaron the directions to her dorm, despite his death threats. If there was one thing she learned about Aaron it was that he hated mornings. "Oh well, serves him right for putting that fake snake in my bed"

Aaron put his phone away and turned his attention back to Marci, "Alright I know the way, this way", he began to walk the wrong way but quickly realized and turned around, "...this way"

Just as he was going to go search for Kate someone snatched him right off his board and started asking him questions. Normally if someone pulled him off his board he'd get pissed but but for this girl he'd make an exception. She spoke with a heavy German accent which for some reason he found incredibly funny. "Uh 211? Hold on lemme see that", he looked over the map but found himself of little help to her, probably due to waking up the way he did. "Wait she said 211? I think that's Kate's dorm", Aaron handed Marci back the map and ran over to grab his board before someone took it. Returning he answered, "Yeah sorry I got no idea. My sister has that same room and I'm looking for her so if you want I'll take you to her and she can probably help you find it", now maybe he'd have some backup when he got his hands on that damn elf girl.

Kate stood amongst the crowd as people began to make their way around the campus. The smile on her face probably couldn't be taken away, somewhere in this sea of people were others with gifts, maybe even a few elves as well. The only other time she met elves was her family. "Speaking of family, where is Aaron?", she thought as she looked around the crowd. That's when it occurred to her that when she left home her brother was still asleep. "Late on the first day? That would be something you'd do", Kate let out a light chuckle as she began to roam the campus. She'd forgotten what it was like to look for friends. As she walked the grounds she noticed other students chatting, playing games, playing instruments, and just roaming around as she was. There were so many possibilities it was surprisingly hard to decided who to mingle with. "Maaaybe I should drop off my bags at my dorm", she said before checking her dorm number. It didn't take long for Kate to find her dorm, "211, alright let's take a look" it was surprisingly nice in there. She had half expecting it to be a small, bland, and featureless room but in truth it was pretty cool.

Kathryn placed her bags on her bed before getting a good look around the dorm. All in all she figured she'd feel right at home here. But hanging out in the dorm was not an option for today. Today was for making friends and having fun and that's exactly what she was going to do. Kate grabbed her phone, incase the band or anything important called, and headed back outside. "Alright, time to check this place out"

The alarm clock did nothing to wake up Aaron. Instead of removing him from his sweet slumber the result was a swift fist slam onto the snooze botton. "Sweet silence...wait isn't today? Oh Shiiiiiit!", quickly stumbling out of the bed Aaron bolted down the hall and got in the shower. "Dammit, why didn't Kat wake me up!", he thought as he brushed his teeth while showering. Once that was done he sprinted back into his room while almost slipping thanks to his wet feet. Back in his room he didn't have much time to think so he grabbed his usual outfit when he would go out skating. Jeans, t-shirt, skate shoes, and a light hoodie. "Damn, what time is it?", Aaron glanced at the clock got ready faster. Once his clothes were on he practically jumped down the stairs. The sound of his feet slamming into the ground alerted his parents that he was downstairs, "Woah, what's the rush?" his dad asked only to receive a puzzled and frustrated look from Aaron. "Sorry dad, can't stop, super late!", Aaron was about to run out the door without his skateboard but ran back upstairs to get it. Once back downstairs his dad spoke again, "Aaron how late are you?" he asked with another confused look from his son. 

"Like an hour!

"..it's only five minutes past"

"Wait then why does my clock say...I'm going to kill Kate", Aaron let out a loud groan of frustration as he headed out the door. His dad laughing the entire time, "Hahaha, have a good day son". Aaron simply waved as he got on his board and rode to school. 

Once he arrived at Orean he noticed he had just missed a speach from the headmistress. "Well that's one boring speech I didn't have to sit through, he said to himself as he looked around. He was going to find Kate and when he did she'd be a dead woman.
