Talan sat at the campfire as he looked at the location of the once existent house. His mouth slightly agape in confusion and annoyance at the strangeness of this forest. The fact that Tyaelaem spoke in such a casual tone made him wonder if he was in danger of a house appearing over his head at any minute. It was only when Tyaelaem asked him if he wished to return home did he break from his trance. "There is nothing for me back home...still I'd prefer to be somewhere familiar", Talan grabbed his spear and looked back towards where the home used to be. Instead of a home he saw a few people standing in place of the home. Various lights created silhouettes of the individuals and so he found it hard to make out any of their facial features. "I'm going to them", he said softly to Tyaelaem so as to not alert the outsiders to his intentions, however that was merely paranoia as he was unsure if they could even here him from this distance.

Talan backed away from the campfire and shrouded himself in darkness once more. With his spear in hand he crouched through the foliage and towards the silhouettes. His father had taught him well as he stepped ever so carefully towards them but with enough speed so as to not take an eternity getting there. His heart began to race as he approached, he hid in the bushes nearby but he still could not see them clear enough. This was when Talan realized the severity of his situation. He could attack and risk being killed or he could return to camp and risk being killed. Either way he had a good chance of dying but with the former option he had the element of surprise to his advantage. "Wait, the mask!", he thought to himself before putting on the wolf mask. Hopefully it would help him see who these people were, maybe provide some aid when he dealt with them.

Whoops, sorry for the silence. Lemme see what I can do.
Earlier that day...

Four horsemen surrounded Nilara as they escorted her to the coalition force camp. As they approached the necromancer couldn't help but feel disappointed at the fact that this was where she'd be staying for the foreseeable future. "This is it? I'm going to be living in a tent city?", she groaned at the thought. Sure there times when she and the old crew had to camp out but that didn't mean she enjoyed it. In fact, back then she was treated like a queen, when camping her tent was filled with various foods, wines, and some of the softest bed rolls in the sandsea. That's when it hit her, Nilara's old crew, they were all probably dead by now. "Well then...", sentimentality wasn't her strong suit and it was only when one of her escorts replied to her earlier statement did she break from her trance.

"You have been assigned special quarters"

"I don't imagine it being my own private villa", Nilara's suspicions were confirmed when they arrived at her tent. There were two guards posted at its entrance and inside were the bare basics needed. A bedroll, a low table and a chest to place her clothes.

"You will be confined to your tent when not on a mission. You will be brought your meals three times a day, and if you need to leave your tent to...you know, the guards outside will escort you to the showers and latrine"

"...you're joking"

"I'll send word for your first meal to be brought in. Is there anything else you need?"

"Yeah, can you take these damn gloves off!", Nilara was already sick of this place. First day and it's not that different from the dungeons, maybe a little brighter and better smelling but all in all she was still a prisoner and the last thing anyone should do is cage the necromancer. The guard removed the iron gloves and headed outside after reminding her once again of the guards posted by the entrance. "Shit! I didn't ask for my things back!", Nilara let out a frustration filled groan as she laid on her bedroll. The thing was itchy and it was clear she would not be enjoying her time here in the least. A few minutes passed before the same guard returned with food and her clothes. "Your sword will be given to you when you are assigned a mission", there was a moment of painful silence as Nilara considered soul draining the man. Deciding that she didn't want to fight a camp of what was supposedly filled with the best warriors in the three realms Nilara simply replied, "Listen, I get that you don't like me. In truth, I don't care if anyone here does. But for ducks sake I'm not a damn war dog only let out of its cage to fight! This camp is filled with the best fighters around so unless I was immeasurably stupid, which you probably think I am, I wouldn't try to fight my way out. Now can you please tell me where my sword is so I can go and get it myself if you don't care to get it for me!".

The guard didn't flinch, he maintained that indifferent stare he always kept up and spoke, "Your weapon is with the blacksmith for repair and modifications. You'll receive it when you are going on an assignment". Nilara had to try with all her might to not lose her temper. Before she could say another word the guard left and that's when she put her plan into action. "Thanks for the information, asshole", she thought as he stuck her head out the tent entrance. The two guard standing there were immediately put on alert and drew their swords. "Alright Alright, just taking a peak outside", pulling her head back in she stuck her hand under the back of the tent to pull out one of the stakes. Once that was done she managed to crawl out the back of the tent and began looking around the camp for the blacksmith. That's when she caught wind of what seemed to be a fight brewing. "Leech can wait, this looks interesting".
Alright it's a new day, I got some energy in me and I'm ready to make one bad motherfucker of a post...as soon as I'm home.
Havin some serious writers block..
This is exactly why I'm taking so long to update the draft of my RP idk if people will stick with it and I don't want to build something up like this just to see it go down again.
Tis a sad thing when something like this dies. In truth a lot of RPs have befallen the same fate lately. For the same reason too, people just stop showing up.
Is it....is it done?
I'm just gunna say that the Paradox ability will probably be shut down fast. That's too much because your basically controlling the RP with that. Prescience would only work if you either got the ok from everyone on what would happen or if you made the visions vague as hell. That's for his magic, as for skills to say he is a sword fighter with almost no equal is kind of making seem like your measuring dicks here. No one is trying to be the best which is why (if I remember correctly) no one has put that their character is the best at anything they are just skilled. While yeah the magic that some characters have is op it's not controlling of the battlefield, most of the spells have th potential to fail or miss the target but yours kind of requires you to control the RP. All in all, Kelsier is almost inhuman with the amount of control he has over everything and it kind of makes it boring to have a character that has such an easy time doing things. Makes every other character seem useless in comparison.

Edit:That's just my two cents...
