Because he's the Tower's Master of Word. And if he had a Character sheet it would give away an Insane amount about the character. Which is unacceptable for the character. The same way that Eve and Ian don't have character sheets

Also yes, as mentioned before the Tower has a variety of services on sight including a tailor. Alternatively you can have Shiba go to Angel's landing for an attire. Of course, you can skip all that and write about anything else - we don't have the "event(GM)-reaction(player)" format very often and mostly regard this as a sandbox style with certain scheduled events. So be creative and nobody will mind whatever you come up with, even if you want to behead something before the ceremony. ^ ^

Wind is correct you're free to do just about anything you want but generally speaking if I see you're not up to anything I do my best to use one of my many NPCs and PCs to make your life interesting as best I can

Sorry for the short response. i had to go see my grandmother in the hospital today and then sort out Grin's travel plans for July. If there is anyone else that needs responses/interactions let me know. Im just drawing things out a bit to let the last few people post then we can go to the next day. Do a round of posts. Then move on to the wedding. Anyone who isn't on guard duty for the wedding is assumed to have an invitation to the Ceremony and the Receptions so that all the characters are there.

Day 1, Morning.

Eve smiled at the Nephilim and tugged on Crow’s arm. “Excellent. You’ll get your invitation soon but you also need to get some nice clothes for the reception afterward.” Eve smiled and winked before turning and tugging Crow with her. Crow frowned as they walked away. “I’m not sure why it is you didn’t want me to talk to him. I could have said the same thing in fewer words.” Eve shook her head at Crow. “No you’re terrible at stuff like that, seriously. You’ve cost us a ton of people already.” Crow frowned. “Why doesn’t Christian just order them to be part of the Vanguard.” Eve sighed “Because it’s suppose to be a choice that we offer. It doesn’t matter that much nothing is going to happen, Christian just wanted people to help.”

Day 1, Morning.

As the lights flickered back to life the figure of the Master of Word stood looming, casting a grotesque shadow on the wall even though Urthar was in a human form. His bespectacled eyes glared at Levi. “I strongly disapproved of this line of research and I don’t know why Shard let you follow this line of research. It imperils the Tower and it took Archive off line for 3.6 seconds. Archive has never been taken off line. Ever. That could have done irreparable damage to Archive which is an integral part of how the Tower functions.”

Urthar walked over and looked at the metal monstrosity lying on the table. “I’m not sure why Shard endorsed this at all. This is a terrible plan and I’m sure it will draw even more attention to the Tower from the Gods, we’ve already had Exandar descend on us in full force to try and kill us.”

Urthar peered down at the Mechanical God. “I’m amazed the Aberration Lords sanctioned such a being, was it to unseat the Gods of Galendar?” Urthar pushed his glasses a little further up on his nose as he peered at the strange being. It could certainly be the shell for Divinity but it lacked a Divine spark. That much was certain, and there was no way to artificially create a divine spark. You had to take it.
