You can be a warlike civilization of anything you want, just not Orcs taken almost verbatim from Warhammer 40k.

If/when your application is fleshed out, I'll add it to the ledger.

Once you see the ledger, you may PM me your decisions, actions, etc.

Then jump IC.

When everyone has sent in their actions. The turn/year ends, I post an update of sorts then we redo it until someone takes over/unites/destroys the entire galaxy.
