Due to the random rolls, the Kingdom of Etelia is currently the only nation with a functioning (albeit unarmed) aircraft. Hopefully this changes with Frienia and Chaegon.

I've made the addition when you create a design for a unit you may choose a [New Design] which carries with it a -2 to +2 modifier, or to [Copy Design] which brings with it a 0 to +1 modifier.

Also: Your Open Factories are factories owned by the government, you can give them to production companies to produce weapons of war. :D

But you lose income. I'm interested to see how it plays out.

I'll update the map tonight. Putting the Empire of Chaegon, Empire of Frienia and four more NPC nations up tonight. Will also do those nations random rolls.

Got! Okay! The only thing that may need changing is Employment and Army Equipment since doing it by percentage may not work. Seems unfair for a nation with 30,000 to pay the same as a nation with 300,000.

So I'm gonna rework that. Everything else looks good.

Also, I will put the AYP of a factory up. This is the average yearly production and will be essential to maximizing your nations production. It can be adjusted and has "secret"
Modifiers attached to it.

I imagine so. I'm pretty stoked about the nations we have so far, varying in their quality. I wonder what Estaratia will do about its large army, or what you'll do about your small one!

It is rounded down. Pretty excited about this RP, hahaha. The Terrible War should start within 2-3, maybe 5 turns at best. Should be some preliminary wars as well.
