Creed was enveloped by the explosion of flame and force. A shockwave that would rip apart mountains tore through him at point blank range, and he knew he would not survive. His only solace was his final sight, as he witnessed Toguro breaking apart. Melting and shattering, unable to contain the forces he was absorbing. The unstoppable golem was dead, and Kevin had been avenged. It was almost peaceful, in that fraction of a second, where Creed could feel his body being ripped to pieces.

But it was not to last.

When Creed next opened his eyes, he was floating. He could feel his body, as it was slowly being put back together. Cell by cell reattaching itself to him, as his vital organs restarted. He could feel a vast force washing over him, as an immense presence healed his grievous wounds for some unknown purpose. He could faintly see a figure, in that same space with him. It was a figure he had once known, and once feared. And he could sense a power that dwarfed that of even the Omegans, stretching out seemingly into infinity.

And then, he was gone. And he was back. Back in his body, on a physical plane of existence, fully reconstructed. Down to his very outfit being put back together for him. Clarent was in his hand, having been retrieved from some far corner of the Multiverse where it had been left when Minx had supposedly been killed. Once more, the Dragon Slayer walked.

The second thing he would notice is that he was standing in a military base, alongside a draconic-looking humanoid and a humanoid constructed entirely from wires. The latter was busily eating it's way through a stack of military weaponry, the previous owners having fled the area with their injuries. It was a strange scene to be sure, only accentuated by the strange looks he was getting from the dragon-looking creature.

Picking up a tectonic plate is beyond your character's power level. City level, remember? Else I'm bringing back Black Hole Toguro.
@CreedTheChimera
I currently have a mysterious Big Bad about to appear. I was thinking this being might have saved you, and transported you to now in order to fight the Omegans.
@CreedTheChimera
All right. Should I write you in? You know what characters you wanna use?

If you want to get Creed back in this, I have a cool idea for how I could bring him back, without making resurrection too easy.
Damn, all the awesome people are coming back to this thread! Glad to see you back, Creed!

So now it was eating grenades. Okay. That was new. Cosmos found it puzzled as this creature went from devouring magic to eating someone's rifle. Why, after tasting the power that construed reality itself, would one even consider primitive weapons of mere matter? Perhaps this was it's experimental phase, and it was just trying stuff out? Of course, Cosmos' spell might have convinced it that it had somehow lost the ability to eat magic, and was now resorting to an alternate source of nutrition. But it had eaten the wizard from before just fine. Oh well, the creature would be done soon.

"If there is something you wish to show me, I would encourage you make your point soon." Cosmos sighed, as his senses reported that soon his compatriots would return to their full strength. Once they did, he would have to make his move on the next Seal. Despite his cause, he felt almost annoyed at the interruption of his experimentation, it was not often that something piqued his interest. But if he did not satisfy his curiosity now, he could always return later.

Raising a hand, he placed a rather simply tracking spell on the creature. It was designed to always inform Cosmos of what reality the creature was in, and yet blended into the background enough that it would not be considered 'prey' by the creature. It would be impossible to hide a more potent spell as such, but for such a weak little thing it was easy.
@Shohmyoh
Yeah, we certainly are ^^

We're even kinda slowing down at this juncture, due to a number of people not being able to post. So hopefully the introduction of a new character could once more jump-start the plot.
Your idea of 'soon' and my idea of 'soon' seem to differ on some very key points....
A sophisticated approach was perhaps not the best way to communicate with this being. Whilst it was certainly gaining in intelligence, it was currently severely limited. Undoubtedly as it grew further it's intelligence would also develop. The development of an arcane negation that could apparently be projected was somewhat worrying. It was far from absolute, and Cosmos believe he could most likely break it, but it would enhance it's already potent magical resistance. The only way to permanently dispatch it were to hit it with more force than it could handle, or to utilize indirectly magical attacks such as Voidwalker's supernova.

Cosmos simply stood back, observing the combat. It was hardly an impressive feat, these opponents weren't even close to a threat to a being on a Multiversal level. As a bowman pointed his weapon at Cosmos, the archmage simply lifted a hand. The man collapsed to the floor, as his brain short-circuited. An instant and painless death, requiring only a spark's worth of energy. Cosmos had no intention of interfering with the creature's feeding pattern, rather anticipating whether it's intelligence would grow further.

The werewolf had risen from the wreckage. Unfortunate. Kami had hoped to kill two birds with one stone, but it seems luck was against him this day. Furthermore, he could feel the aura of entropy as it reached into the circuitry of his suit, causing the sturdy yet elegant design to fail on him. It would take a little for the entire suit to fail him, but a malfunctioning suit was worse than a completely broken one. As such, he simply deactivated the electronic parts of the armour, maintaining only the lightweight armour. Of course, this left him at a complete physical disadvantage, or so the beasts would believe.

He recognized Mithias, of course. Kami never forgot a face, nor a blade. He had killed the vampire, he was certain of that, so how could Mithias still stand before him now? He quickly reached his conclusion. Mithias must have been one of the vampires who had replaced their hearts, much like Magnus had. That was why the stake had not worked. He had underestimated Mithias due to the lack of legends surrounding his character, and had as such allowed a vampire to slip between his fingers. [You are certainly right about one thing, vampire. You will die fighting for your life. A mocking parody of mankind, a twisted shadow. I do not care that you chose to hide your true nature before now, but I will erase you from the face of this Earth.]

He moved slowly, not giving them any indication as to what his current speed might be. If he was lucky, they would underestimate his personal physical capabilities, and try to finish him quickly. But like always, he kept an eye on their every move. Judging their every action, the very flicker of their eyes.

Normally, he would have no problem going on the offensive. But in a 3-1 matchup, he had no choice but to await the opponent's attack, to hope he could utilize his superior martial arts knowledge and observational capabilities to catch them by surprise. If he was able to kill one of them as they attacked, the odds of his victory would increase drastically.
