Wow. Ved's in a lotta shit.

Oh well, I'm having Kami and his forces arrive. So Ved's getting some help from his employers.
Vampires consume blood, but don't require it to flow. Most vampires are biologically dead. Those of Draculian and Gabriallan descent are, although it can't be guaranteed for other types of vampire. As such, they look much like corpses would. As a corpse will acclimate itself to the temperature of it's environment - much like any other object - it would become incredibly hard to see through infrared. This makes infrared practically useless against vampires.
A loud humming echoed through the air, as several fighter jets shot over the crater. Infrared radar showed several heat signatures below, the information instantly being forwarded to Kami. The jets then doubled back, flying over once more before leaving. They would land nearby, ready to set off once again if necessary. Should any airborne support arrive for either Freelancer or Hive, they would find thsmelves swiftly removed from Purge airspace.

In the distance, about five minutes away, Kami's personal helicopter approached. A large stable machine built to transport a large number of troops over inhospitable combat conditions. If people weren't gone by the time the helicopter arrived, Kami and his men would have free reign of the area. And considering how badly damaged those present were, there was a high chance the encounter would be lethal. Anyone who wished to live would probably need to evacuate the area.

Currently Blood, Silver, South, North, Florida, Katya, Knight, Eric and some HIVE mechs are in a fairly open area surrounded by rubble. Eric is trapped under said rubble. All of them are in Seattle.

Also, no problem. Ask away.

@Remipa Awesome
Yep. Hank is now psycho-Hank. So that's gunna be fun.
I love playing Gabriel. He's so evil XD
@Remipa Awesome@Wraithblade6
Gabriel smiled brightly, as he heard the answer. And with those words of permission, his mind drilled into Hank's psyche. Like a flaming bolt of lightning ripping through his brain, Hank could feel Gabriel tear into his being. His nose began to bleed, as the Oldblood's power coursed through him. He could feel his memories slipping away, as Gabriel penetrated through the outer layer of consciousness, delving into the deepest and most primal part of the human brain. Those very instincts that define humanity. And, reaching in deep, he found Hank's conscience, his capability for human empathy. The basis of humanity, of all social animals.

There was a pain that could not be described. More than simple physical agony, it was a sense of loss so overbearing it momentarily threatened to destroy the cracked fundaments of Hank's sanity. It was alienation, isolation, the destruction of self. To lose not just those things on the surface, not just the superficial friendships and relationships conjured by the human mind. But to lose oneself, to become lost among in the labyrinth of one's own mind.

When Hank opened his eyes, he was a different man. For the Hank that had sat down in the chair had died, and would never live again. The Hank that had fought for others, that had avenged his family, was no more. Images flashed before his eyes, the horrors of his past. But his demons bothered him no more. He looked on the remembered faces of his loved ones, the blood-covered cadavers that had haunted his dreams, and he felt nothing. He remembered his failures, the people he had killed in his blood rage, their faces etched into his retina, and he felt nothing. It was as if the eyes that had stared at him so accusingly were gone. They weren't humans to him, merely objects. No more worthy of compassion than a table, or a chair.

There was a hole where his heart should be, a smoking crater where he had once kept his most treasured moments. And in that moment of awakening, of realization, a single truth sprang forth for the former vampire killer. Never again would he feel pain. Never again would he feel despair.

Never again, would he hesitate to kill.

Gabriel laughed, as he stood up. He could feel Hank's gaze, and he revelled in it. Truly, he had performed a piece of art. With a simple act, he had transformed a devoted hero into a psychopath. Many times before had he destroyed the mind, bent it to his will. But this was far more subtle, a work of art painted in shades of black. Chuckling, he spoke. "And you new name shall be.... Darth Vader." He held out his hand to help Hank up. "Welcome, my boy. To a new world."
Also, I'll wait until Freelance gets out of there before having Kami arrive. I recommend not leaving via air, as Kami has several jet fighters headed towards the location (and they'll be there mighty quick).

Eric vs Kami might also be rather interesting.
@Kurai Assassin

You have no idea O_o
Which reminds me, does anybody object to having Kami arrive? Anyone who doesn't want to face Kami and his Paladins should vacate the area before he arrives. I'm currently abstaining from posting his arrival to give Legion and the others a chance to decide whether they're staying or leaving.
@Shikaru
I did say I wanted to have Blood fight Kami. So now Kami is coming to fight Blood.

Although Blood might have a slight disadvantage, as his suit is damaged and he's probably tried from all the regenerating he's been doing.
