No, but Gabriel has been everywhere. And due to his psychic abilities, he would easily have been able to track down the Citadel. Do recall that he's been planning this for 10 years now.
@Legion-114
If Adam knows it, Gabriel knows it. He would also know the blueprints of the Citadel, through sheer virtue of having read the minds of those that constructed it and work in it. Only the things that almost nobody in the Citadel knows would surprise him.

I was under the impression you did, you ported a couple times when I had the Purge chase you. But that might just have been you stating you moved too fast to be seen.
People do realize they're in the Imperial Gardens, right? One of the most highly guarded places in Tsubasa? They're literally sitting on the Dragon Emperor's porch. As such, his entire army is gonna arrive there soon.

The massive hurricane winds tear at the ground, ripping the harmless fruit trees and trumpets from the ground. Glowing little white flowers are thrown around with high-pitched screams, even as many wonders of the world are torn to pieces by the wind. However, even as the centre of the Gardens is devastated by the hurricane, the Blood Rose and the Guardians seem not to care. Even as a Guardian is smashed to pieces on the ground it merely reassembles itself, wood growing back together, vines once more twisting around one another. Twelve Light blue orbs stare out from the undergrowth of it's face, even as it's pincers reappear. The Blood Rose is hardly even affected, it's vines continuing deep under the garden. Even the Hurricane lacked the grip or the power to tear up such a massive planet, which stretched out for miles on end in each direction.

A massive guardian charges the new arrival, towering over the Ice Dragon. A blast of frost slows it, as ice forms around it's body, but it's simply too massive to freeze easily. These beings were the size of houses, like a land-based death-whale. Albert was forced to fly aside to avoid being crushed by the creature's onslaught.

But the great majority of Guardians focused on the midget who had dared deal such damage to the Garden. Even as he attempted to planet the peach, he found himself assaulted by the massive beings. They surrounded him, leaving no room for escape as their number increased. There were over a hundred Guardians in the Garden, and they were all gathering here. A single Guardian rushed forward, attempting to stomp on or bite at Markus. Even a glancing hit from those massive limbs could have crushed the midget like a pringle, as legs like tree trunks swiped at his position. The others merely waited for him to move, ready to jump at him should he attempt to evade.

Shiro had kept low during the hurricane, feeling the immense power of the winds wash over him. It seemed strange that the weather would turn against the Dragon Emperor. The Four Winds had all sworn loyalty to him, as had Raiden. If this were an act of betrayal by one of them, it was being done most foolishly. But Shiro could not feel their presence. No, it appeared the tiny figure was some form of Kami himself, gaining power over the storms directly.

The assassin moved from shadow to shadow, sizing up and numbering his opponents. Undoubtedly more of the Emperor's armies would arrive soon. The Servants of Death would appear first, and would soon be followed by the Dragon Guard. This entire place was soon to turn into a slaughtering ground, and he would need to provide tactical support. As such, he would eliminate his targets one by one. As such, logically, he would eliminate the one that had been flung away. He discovered Blarg in a pile of dead plants, tangled with the limbs of a tree. Quickly, the assassin jumped forward to end the creature's life.

There was sound in the Imperial Gardens. The serene sleep of the garden had been disturbed, and the Court of Flowers began to awaken. Great trumpets of red and green raised themselves towards the sky, as glowing flowers popped out of their crevices. Tiny little eyes observed the gathering of strange figures, even as soft melodies player, the chittering and laughing of tiny figures. Tiny creatures, Kami of the flowers and beauties of the world gathered here for the Dragon Emperor's pleasure. Long vines covered in vibrant fruits reached up, as strange spider-like creatures consisting of nothing more than wood and vines moved along the ordered hedges of the garden. The trumpets released an unearthly sound, like the song of a whale, which echoed out into the night.

But among the flowers that had risen, many retreated back into their crevices, as arrays of crimson roses seemed to spontaneously burst into bloom. Thorns grew from previously innocent stems, an malicious little voices could be heard giggling. Lights turned red, as the flowers prepared to feast on the bodies of the invaders, knowing well the fate of any who wandered into the Imperial Gardens. For it's guardians were always wakeful. And even as the trio attempted to understand the reverie of colour and sound around them, throned stems wrapped around their legs, malignant voices whispering in their ears.

The great spiders turned towards the invaders, the once loyal guardians of the Sacred Tree. They had lost their home and their duty, but had once more been employed by the Dragon Emperor. And as they heard the warning calls, they knew that they had failed to keep out the invaders. Stirred into a rage by their failure, they rushed towards the position of these fools, dozens of spiders the size of small houses crashing through the gardens as the previously immobile plant life bunched to the side of them. Charging like a rhino they revealed pincers the size of a man, formed from carved wood and laced with poison.

For the Imperial Gardens held many of the wonders of the world. The Singing Flowers that gathered the memories of all that slept near them, weaving their thoughts into a song that could not be described with mere words. The Trees of Life, which bore fruit from every nation and every time on their branches, and would cure even the most grievous of ills. But these wonders had come at a cost, and the Blood Rose would feed on the corpses of any who dared intrude on their nightly rest.

--------------------------------------------

Shiro looked up from his meditation, as he heard the calls. Some fool had stepped into the Imperial Gardens. Many had attempted to see the wonders presented there, and others had attempted to step through it with an assassin's blade. Their bodies now served as fertilizer for the very plants they had stepped past. The Gardens were equal parts monument and deathtrap. He well knew, as he had been trained to maneuver it's passageways without falling to the always hungry Blood Rose.

However, it was surprising that someone had gotten so far into the Gardens before being noticed. The call had come from near the middle of the Garden, not the edge. So someone had managed to sneak past the plentiful guards at the edge of the Gardens, and to avoid rousing the Court of Flowers for an entire 2 miles before slipping up. Such a feat was hard to achieve, and showed that this event might not be just another random civilian. A highly trained assassin might be able to hide their presence well enough to fool even the Guardians, or an Onmyoudo might have manipulated their loyalties. Regardless, such an individual might pose a threat to the Garden. Escape was not an option, this was Aegis, the Heart of the Empire. But they could do some damage before they went.

Standing up, Shito dashed off into the gardens. The roses did not rise up to devour him, even in their bloodlust. For they knew his flesh was cold, and they knew that any harm dealt to him would invalidate their pact. The Guardians similarly ignored him, rushing to contain this threat to their sacred duties. They were defined by their role, born from the need to protect. Their loyalty was assured, Shiro thought, and their assistance would be crucial. Now, he would see what form of fool it took to invade the Imperial Gardens.

Considering the fact that she's half-werewolf, and werewolves are living beings, that makes sense. But this would also mean that Silver needs to breathe, eat and sleep. Even if she needs it less than other living beings.

Oh come on. Bedi has a sword with the power to suck up light. I think the idea of restricting magic died a while ago. We're in full on dragons and fairies territory now.

Bedivere is able to instantly move between any two bodies of water, no matter how far apart. This means that he can appear anywhere on the planet instantly, provided it has water. Even hermetically sealed locations. The only way for his power to make sense is if every particle in his body transformed into a wave function of itself capable of performing an observer action on itself, using quantum tunneling to reach the location required. However even then that would require time to pass.

I was referring to the water tank. HIVE have a massive manned laser weapon in space. It must contain a water tank, unless they send up a shuttle any time someone wants a drink. Considering there would be no illumination in the water tank Bedi would be able to break the thing from the inside, cutting the power lines. This would shut down the power throughout most of the facility, and as such the lights would go out. Which would supercharge Victor.
@BurningCold
Could Victor remain in someone's shadow, even if that person was teleported? Because if so, he could simply follow Chantelle or Bedi on their own teleportation trips.
@Legion-114
Telling vamps apart from humans is easy. Infrared. If it doesn't give off body heat it's either a vampire or a corpse powered by a robotic endoskeleton. Either way, kill it with fire. I'm not sure what further innovation you could add to this field, as infrared already allows you to tell a vampire apart from a human at a glance.
