All power must run through the main power lines, if they manage to cut that almost all power would be cut off. The only remaining power would be pretty much right next to the source.

...... Why? None of the vampires use viruses. And neither does the blood. That would just sit there, doing nothing.

Gabriel can anticipate defence systems, and manipulate his way past them. And they have enough brute force to break their way through pretty much anything. They could further employ Bedivere, Chantelle and Victor again to port in and out of the base, Guerilla warfare style, and deal as much damage as possible.

Hive is probably awesomely lethal. But unless they get help from Dawn or the Purge, they're pretty screwed here. I've been planning this one out for a while now, although it'll be interesting to see how HIVE chooses to defend itself.
@Wraithblade6\
You will not stop me from having vampires in space, damnit!
@Wraithblade6
No.... I specifically stated they'd pop into the sattelite.

The control area is probably the most heavily guarded place in the entire base.
@The Grey Dust
I assumed you meant the moon would be a defence since it is almost permanently illuminated by the sun. It has a single side that's almost always bright, and a single side that's almost always dark. Night and day there are geographic locations there. As such, one could remain in the sunny area and be safe (most of the time).

However, within the space station with the power off there would be almost no light. I assumed Bedivere's power was tied in to darkness, rather than 'day', as 'day' is just a name given to a particular span of time in which there happens to be more light. As you said, these concepts become meaningless in space. So would Bedivere exist in some quantum state in between two vastly different states of matter, as a wave function of all possible Bediveres?
Posted for Gabriel, and his plans to take down HIVE.

Gabriel chuckled as Bedivere unleashed a scathing barrage of insults and ripostes. Like an elegant verbal battle, stab and riposte, as each remark was delivered with calculated effect. For a moment, Gabriel considered delving in there. After all, his psychic abilities gave him a certain unfair advantage as to knowing what Bedivere would reply beforehand. But alas, Gabriel wasn't a swordsman, and the parry and riposte of this skirmish had begun to bore him.

With a sudden grunt, Bedivere was cut off mid-sentence. Against his own volition his own hand had shot up, slapping himself in the face.

Admittedly, it was petty. And perhaps Gabriel drew more silent amusement out of the gesture than he should have. But he was a very petty man, and the look Bedivere was carefully keeping off his face made it all worth it. After all, most of Bedivere's remarks had been spot on, and Gabreil had no intention of revealing the reasoning behind his actions. When people believe you to be impulsive, they tend to watch their steps around you. And when people believe you cruel, they are far more likely to be loyal. For the combination of a petty and cruel man makes for a horrible boss to betray.

Meanwhile, he gave an approving glance at Mithias. He had underestimated the boy, believing him to be a mere fighter. And yet, he understood what his elders did not, displaying a sense of strategy befitting for a leader. Pridefully, Gabriel thought to himself that it must run in the family. "Moving on from such lesser squabbles and discussions, I find myself in agreement with my son. I have seen Hive in action from the moment of their formation, and they are nothing to the Purge. They are old in their ways, and seek nothing more than to fight the old-fashioned way. And yet the Purge ever expand, making our hunting grounds untouchable. How long before they poison the very air we breathe, before they seed the very lands with their cursed relics?" Gabriel turned to Adam with another appraising look. Whilst not the eldest in the room, the vampire before him had an intelligence and potential matched by few. He matched ingenuity with determination and aspiration. He was not a leader, but he was a planner and a creator. A dangerous man to cross, and a good man to have on one's side. "However, I do agree that this weapon in space is a threat to us all. Despite it's weaknesses it has the capability for mass destruction, as was demonstrated in it's test run. We will not be able to occupy any major city with this weapon in preparation, as Hive will not hesitate to eliminate entire cities to stop us."

Gabriel turned to Victor, the shadow vampire. His smile grew. "Of course, we have one among us who could breach the security of Hive. With the capability to slip from shadow to shadow, and what is there in space but shadows? The security on the station would be minimalistic, as it would be night impossible for any force to reach it. But with your capability for movement through shadows, and Chantelle's capability for teleportation, you might be able to reach the station. Without help, of course, you might still fail. But in this you shall have assistance." Gabriel turned to Bedivere, knowing that he would not gain the old knight's assistance easily. However, with the right bait, even the mighty dragon can be lured. "Bedi over here could appear in their water tank, from which he would be able to cut through the power main. This would disable the lights in the facility, vastly augmenting our dear Victor's power. Bedivere also would draw power from this darkness, and together they would form an unstoppable force. It would take mere moments to disable the Hive superweapon using two supercharged Oldbloods, tear it from the sky if you must. And each could leave before hitting the ground."

Gabriel chuckled as he looked up, already imagining the looks on the faces of those that served at HIVE. "We will tear their superweapon from the sky, and they will watch it as it falls to Earth. They built a tower to reach the Heavens, and claim the power of God. But they are mere mortal men, and they should be reminded of the true deities of the night. And we shall make their tower crumble, and their fear will divide them." He then forms a fist, glancing around the room. "My army and Freelancer will then strike at Hive while it is weakened from it's loss. Their headquarters is highly defended, but I have learned of their defences through my abilities. With human soldiers opening a hole in their defences, we will lead the way for my vampire strike force, and we will overwhelm their forces with ease. We will take control of the upper layer of their underground base, and we will use adam's manipulated blood to smoke them out. Transform the infection to smoke form, and create a poisonous gas to transform the living into monsters. Force them to either retreat ever deeper into the depths of their bunker, or charge upwards into our waiting ranks."

The plan had been long in the waiting. In over 3000 years Gabriel had wandered the Earth, and in his travels he had learned all he needed to know of the ancient organization HIVE, and their continued activities. He would be able to lead the men of Freelancer and his own army into their Citadel, and force HIVE to surrender. They had once bowed to him, thousands of years before. And once more, HIVE would serve a vampire overlord. "Ten years of preparation has lead us to this. The end of the human reign, and the dawn of eternal night. We will turn our extinction into our success, and eliminate the champions of mankind one by one while limiting the Purge's influence. And once all of their potential allies are gone, we will crush the Purge's main headquarters in Oklahoma, cutting the head off the snake."
@Blizz
Yo. Your choice.

You can start as a vamp, or become one during the roleplay. However do keep in mind that most vamps would rather kill you than turn you. And as a vamp's strength grows with age, most older vamps would vastly outrank a newblood who had just been turned.
Unfortunately I don't think I have enough time to join this rp. Whilst I have tried on multiple occasions to create a CS, I find that a combination of life and lack of inspiration has prevented me from doing so. I'm sorry as to any delays I may have caused, or any inconvenience my leaving might cause. But I do not believe that I am able to invest the necessary amount of time in this rp.

Sorry.
Based on the potential for inter-player conflict, I will refrain from posting until I have worked out these potential issues with Grey.

Whilst I would prefer to use Wraithblade as a medium in this conversation, she is currently absent. As such, I believe it will be necessary to speak either through the forum, Steam, or some other medium.

Gabriel briefly nods at Chantelle to acknowledge her presence. Whilst she was not as well-known as many of the others in this room, her psychic capabilities were certainly impressive. She would be an important ally in the battles to come. For Gabriel suspected Bedivere would continue to be a problem, obstructing his plans for the future. It was important to gather as many powerful Oldbloods as possible under him, so as to solidify his divine right to rule.

"There will be no need for that, Church." Gabriel smiled at his eldest as he pronounced his loyalties. "The Purge thrive on desperation, the more of a threat you pose the more power they gain. For every man they lose, ten more are recruited. The recent vampire swarm has revived the fear of us in the hearts of man, and I believe the Purge are more powerful now than ever. Should you continue to grant them a target, to pronounce you vampire terrorists, they will continue to garner the support of the people." He raised a hand, and the curtains opened themselves (Mithias noticed Gabriel had simply mind-controlled a nearby servant into opening them, and then prevented the others from seeing the servant). Outside stood an army of vampires in organized lines, hands raised in salute. They were fledgelings, and yet they were perfectly organized into a fighting force.

"I have arranged a small army of my own. Our two forces will join, and share strengths. I will use my own powers to grant your soldiers experience they could not have lived in a hundred lifetimes, multiplying their combat capability. And you will provide my men with power armour, vastly increasing their defence and survivability. This armour will further protect them from the Holy Vapour and conventional fire employed by the Purge." Gabriel gestured, and the curtains closed once more. "In order to kill a serpent, you must crush it's head. We will destroy the Pope of Flames and Kami no Kage, the two leading figures of the Purge. Without their leadership they will fall apart, and will no longer form a threat to us. It is only through one, decisive strike that we may win this way."

"Now, Adam. I think we can all agree that it's more than fair for you to share your toys with the class." Gabriel's smile took on an element of malevolence, a sadistic glee in potential future events. "After all, it is your failure that has thrown my plans into disarray. For your army of fledgelings has caused the humans to unify behind the Purge, and vastly increased their combat potential. Your did not protect them from the Purge's specialist weapons, and as such they were doomed from the beginning. Even those cities you managed to conquer were destroyed through a combined effort of the Purge and Hive." Gabriel's eyes narrowed, and Adam could feel his hands trembling as they moved independently from Adam's own wishes. They seemed to move towards his own throat, before once more dropping to his sides.

"Oh, don't worry. I'm a friendly fellow, am I not? And if you can agree to play nice, and share your toys, we can all agree to let you keep your favourite organs. Because as you suggest, even great failures can be forgiven, right?" Gabriel's gaze was cold and threatening. Adam would join in their efforts, or he would die right here. Betrayal was not an option, even the thought of betrayal might get him killed as he stood under the gaze of Gabriel. Not a single secret could be kept from the self-proclaimed Vampire God. "Furthermore, do not doubt my capability to retrieve your little friend. After all, Bedi here has the key. And I have the means to control anyone into retrieving it."

After having dealt with these issues, Gabriel turned his gaze to Bedivere, who seemed to be smugly enjoying the situation. Gabriel chuckled softly as Bedivere spoke of his secrets. "My oh my, bragging so smugly of your own failures? Truly, the pride of a knight is nothing more than a word, easily lost in the face of defeat." Gabriel's grin disappeared as he glared over at Bedivere. "Like an infant with delusions of grandeur, you place yourself above those your elder, far wiser than you. And even as you lose the silly war you yourself initiated, you throw your little temper tantrum, striking out at those around you. You truly are nothing more than an angry infant, unwilling to accept his own faults and placing the blame on all those around him. It is your own foolishness and your own incapability that lead us to defeat, and the failure of the war rests on your shoulders, child."

Gabriel gave a moment for his words to sink in, in this unusually serious tone. Of course, in reality he did not think so harshly of Bedivere, nor did he believe that the old knight was solely responsible for their failures. But those who think themselves to be above others must be taught to be humble, and Bedivere's ego threatened to generate it's own gravity well. "Your power in this world is second only to three others on the planet, and yet you continue to squander it as a fool would. You are lucky that I'm a big fan of forgiveness, after all, the mistakes of an infant cannot be held against it. For if I were to judge as harshly as you do, then I would strip you of your title and power. I would leave you nothing but a delusional wreck, doomed to relive his own failures for eternity in his own broken mind." Bedivere might be proud, and Gabriel knew such insults would anger the knight. However, there was no mistake who was in power here. In other circumstances, perhaps the Knight of Avalon might have defied him. But in a direct confrontation, there was no hope for victory. Bedivere's physical prowess were nearly unmatched in the world, but he could not stand up to Gabriel's psychic capabilities.

In his momentary anger, Gabriel had managed to forget about Victor. He had of course realized the shadow walker was present, as he sensed all thinking minds. However, he had chosen not to act on this knowledge. The boy would come forth when he felt like it. "Ah, another hungry guest has emerged. Allow me to extend my hospitalities, Victor. There is blood and wine if you wish it, of whatever flavour you might prefer." Gabriel smiled at his new arrival. "And then, I might have a mission for you to perform. After all, every vampire has their part to play for the new world order, do they not?"
