The Caller has all the powers of a Space Marine Librarian, in addition to being able to control and direct Daemon. He specializes in the telepathy and divination schools of magic, and he's not as skilled in hand-to-hand as a more melee-based warrior. However, his psionic powers allow him to summon Daemon from the warp, and perform a variety of other dangerous tasks.

Weaknesses:
Any powers that disrupt his access to the Warp will counter his Psyker powers. He's also not as skilled at melee combat as a Brother Captain, although he's still a dangerous opponent to face.

Bio:
It is unknown what faction the Speaker belonged to before he turned to Chaos. But his past is unimportant. All that matters is his newfound devotion to Tzeench, the Chaos God of Knowledge and Secrets.

Tiny and Destroyah would find themselves in a bombed-out ruin of a European city. The once proud buildings had been torn down, the walls bombed and defaced with graffiti. People could be seen living in the ruins, pitiful and weak. Families hid in the remains of a ruined house, even as several large buildings seemed to have been reinforced as makeshift strongholds. Soldiers could be seen patrolling the streets further on, bearing the crest of an eclipsing sun. It was like a gang mark, and it could be seen repeated all over the place. On the walls, on the flags, and on the people.

Of course, Alice herself was not all too far from where Tiny and Destroyah were facing off. She was huddled into a back alley, clutching the small meal she had been able to secure. In this world there was no mercy for children, but there was... insurance. She was known around here, and those who knew her knew to keep her on their good side. The Mutant made a living of the fear that surrounded her, scrounging by on the collective of what others could spare. It was far from a good life, but it was better than the one she had lived. However, she had no plans of getting involved in the conflict outside of her little alleyway. It wasn't her business. Murders and battles were commonplace here, and one remained alive by avoiding both.

The ambassador seems to blanche as Stephen describes the incoming threat in painstaking detail. The two men besides him don't move. He seems to be further bewildered by the statement made by the ambassador. "Evacuate the planet? That's impossible! Just to move all the people in the major cities into space could take months, assuming you have both the space and the resources. But with the wartorn zones, and all the people outside the cities...." He shakes his head. "Is there no way we can fight them? We can't run from our planet, it's just not feasible. And if we really can't hide, then our only option is to fight... right?" Despite his obvious fear he was coping with the idea of a global threat fairly well. Most likely, however, it just hadn't really sunk in.

He has a particular hatred for humans because of their actions against him and his family. He is manipulative, and gladly acts behind the scenes. He sees most fights as 'below him', and as such has subordinates or puppets fight for him. When in combat, he enjoys displaying his superiority, and has a tendency to have long monologues about how epic he is.

This version of Alucard is from an alternate reality where Akashiya Bloodriver was killed in the destruction of Dracula's castle. Therefore there was nothing to stop Alucard's initial rampage, and he wiped out all of humanity in a seven day massacre. The Three Dark Kings were crushed, and the world was placed under monster rule.
Abilities:
[Perfect Form]
Alucard's body is the epitome of vampiric capabilities. He is able to regenerate from every wound instantly, to the extent that it's like fighting a body of water. He would heal a bullet's entrance wound before it left his body. He's also able to take on any shape, control all biological functions, and is immune to all forms of poison or disease. Ingesting or otherwise being injected with his cells will cause them to rapidly take control of the host body, turning them into mindless mutated servants. He's able to create less powerful clones from his body, who are bound to his will. His feats of strength and speed are unparalleled in his universe. He's able to bench skyscrapers with ease, and even in human form he can destroy city blocks with a single punch. He can move at many times the speed of sound with ease, without using his special techniques.

[Demon Aura]
The power source of a yokai is their demon aura. Effectively 'ki'. Alucard's aura is so powerful that, when he unleashes it, it overwhelms all lesser beings nearby him. He is able to sense all living beings, and can direct his demonic aura. By manipulating this aura he is also able to use a variety of techniques. He can enhance his punches with explosive power, annihilate entire buildings with a thought, and he can power the legendary Dimension Sword.

[Dimension Sword]
After defeating the Dark Kinds, Alucard assimilated and mastered Touhou Fuhai's Yokai Techniques. He is able to use the Dimension Sword, a technique that causes part of the user's body to vibrate through several dimensions. This allows it to pass through matter, as well as being used as an intedimensional chainsaw. It's stated that the Dimension Sword can only be blocked with another Dimension Sword, but any technique that counters dimensional travel or operates under similar principles would be able to block the dimension Sword. As a master, Alucard is also able to project the Dimension Sword as a ranged attack. The Dimension Sword can be used to phase through objects as well as an offensive ability, often used to move through walls or sink into the gloor.

[Sealing Techniques]
Alucard is also able to use Mikoto's famous sealing techniques. He can create powerful seals that lock down the powers of others, as well as forging powerful arcane artifacts. Each of these seals would need to be custom-made for the creature, and take the form of an object, but it can be used to suppress almost any form of arcane power. He can also use these seals to create powerful force fields, and to lock people in a stasis.

[Absorption]
Potentially Alucard's most dangerous ability is his ability to devour and assimilate other creatures. He is able to digest them, and to then copy their genetic makeup and soul to gain their abilities. He is able to copy these abilities perfectly, and can often master them beyond what even the original was capable of.

[Absorbed Powers]
Alucard is able to channel immense amounts of electricity and fire, controlling them completely. He's even able to take on a form of pure electricity for travel purposes, allowing him to briefly travel near the speed of light. He can create illusions, and even cause these illusions to gain the properties of real objects. He is able to predict the moves of others nearly supernaturally, and is able to create sounds that carry his demonic aura. This 'song' is lethal to all lesser beings, and often results in immediate death. It can only be survived by incredibly sturdy beings, as it inflicts damage on the cellular level. He is also able to create and control ice.
Weaknesses:
Powerful 'divine' or good-alligned magic is additionally effective against him. Artifacts of good-alligned deities or imbued by power linked to virtue will be far more powerful against him.

Also, he can be killed. His weaknesses are as follows.

Soul Destruction.
Complete body destruction.
Pionic mind-destroying attacks.
Sealing techniques.

However, in order to make it more legit, I've decided to throw in 'divine' powers as another weakness. Specifically good-alligned magical powers, stereotypical paladin shit. Also holy artifacts, magical things inherently alligned to 'good'. He is the eldest vampire, after all, and a great force of evil. And such artifacts shouldn't be all too hard to find for some of the more resourceful factions.

I'll admit, this one is pretty powerful even by my standards. But he was designed as a final boss-like character, a behind-the-scenes villain who'd occasionally step in to prevent the evil factions from getting annihilated. Effectively I created him to be the counter to Nova, to prevent him from eliminating the main antagonists.

Currently, everyone's against the Alliance of Conquerors. Even the Dark Outliners, more of a Lawful Neutral faction than good guys, want the Alliance dead. The Goa'uld have a similar problem. They have no allies, and many enemies. Nova's faction meanwhile is gaining more and more allies. He has the Yakuza on his side, the Kolons at the very least being helpful, and stands a good chance of allying with the Democracies or the Shinobi, as both are good factions. Considering the Dark Outliners are going to mainly refrain from direct conflict, this means the evil factions are going to get singled out and picked off by overwhelming force.

I chose Alucard because he's behind-the-scenes, not inclined to actually fight face-to-face unless fighting a God-tier character. He's also arrogant enough that he'll let enemies live just for the sake of seeing them try and beat him later. He's your typical OP bad guy, except there's not much of a world for him to end.
