Heya. How you doing?
I'm sorry for being distracted and not posting. I'll attempt to post on a more regular basis from now on.

As Mithias created his giant circle of flares, the strange figure would make his appearance as expected. He was rather tall with long black hair, wearing a green and orange outfit held together by a large white sash around his waist. A large sword scar decorated his right eye, although he appeared to have retained his vision. A secondary, smaller scar decorated his left cheek. The stranger stood opposite Mithias, and as he moved Mithias would recognize the graceful and practised movements of a martial artists. Not a single wasted gesture as he confronted the vampire. But rather than greet him, the stranger sunk into a rather odd fighting stance. "That was an awfully flashy calling card, don't you think? So you here to challenge me, or not? I warn you, I'm not as weak as I look." And his words were no lie. A sense beyond the physical informed Mithias of this man's strength, an aura of immense power that seemed to surpass even that of Alucard. Although contained, Mithias could tell this man's innate power was truly immense, a combatative capability on-level with that of a God.

Kisaki wasn't one to be intimidated, and he met Saeid's glance calmly. They were both tall figures, and as they stood eye to eye their similarity painted a rather odd picture. Even as his talking sword advised him, Kisaki calmly weighed the situation. "If you think you can defeat me, you're less intelligent than I believed you to be." Of course, the threat hadn't been a genuine one. This man was angry, but he wasn't stupid. He had come here seeking protection, and as such he clearly believed the threat facing him to be sufficiently large to threaten his life. Therefore he wouldn't enter any combat unless absolutely necessary, knowing that it would make him vulnerable to a third-party attack. "Next time you threaten me, make sure you're prepared for a fight. I don't take to threats kindly, especially when they're coming from those supposedly asking for my assistance." Kisaki gave it a moment, unsure of whether the stranger would attack him or succumb to his own common sense. Should Saeid make an offensive move, he was more than ready to respond in kind.

Of course, this standoff was interrupted by the appearance of a stranger. As a man not unexperienced with ambushes, Kisaki was well aware of the real mage's presence as the clone approached. The stranger was apparently capable of creating clones, or illusions. A dangerous opponent. Kisaki considered whether this was one of the bounty hunters he apparently needed to look out for. However at least for the moment he made no hostile move, and didn't indicate to be anything but another stranger asking for help. He must be standing on some kind of interdimensional crossroads, because the weirdos were coming out of the woodwork. "This is Tartaros, the underground world of the Dwarves and Dark Elves." He answered the man's question, ignoring his odd appearance. After all, he had a demon arm.

@Teoinsanity
More like quadrupel post.

And you could join in anywhere. Potentially Tyki-style (drop-kick someone randomly).

Intrigued by this mysterious entity, Set gathered the power of the Force towards himself, channelling it into the intricate patterns required for Sith Sorcery, weaving a web of lies out of the fabric of reality itself. Thus he manifested an illusion, a projection from his own mind overlayed onto standard reality so as to fool the laws of physics itself. Seemingly, a Resistance frigate would exit hyperspace near Idalo's location, moving in a standard sweep pattern of the debris. It was a perfect illusion, possessing all of the traits of an actual ship but the energy supply and control to fire it's guns. It was also far less sturdy, and most handheld weapons would have been able to deal significant damage to it. But to all appearances it was the ship it made itself out to be, indistinguishable from reality besides by the most powerful of magic users.

I also told you this during the skype chat when you originally made that post. So I'm taking none of the blame here.
@lmpkio@dirty slime
You guys do realize the Resistance frigate is an illusion, right? It's not real.... and it's being controlled by Set Harth.
@dirty slime
Had it been a real ship, perhaps Idalo would have managed to get close to it. Either through it's own foolish leniency, or through the general stupidity that infested the lower ranks of any military organization, the murderbot would have managed to approach the ship. But Set's projection of the Resistance was far less merciful, and significanly more intelligent. The ship rapidly swiveled, bringing to bear an entire row of cyclic ion projector cannons. They had a hold of Idalo's signal, and although he had hidden from their sight he could not hide from their sensors. Of course, this sudden offensive maneauver was mostly a result of Set's desire to see this thing's combat capabilities. It was clearly hostile to the Resistance, but how useful was it?

A barrage of ion fire slammed into the field of floating debris and rocks. Of course, illusory projectiles didn't carry nearly enough energy to deal significant damage to these rocks, so Set merely expanded his illusion. He was approaching the limits of what he was capable of simulating, but at this time there was nothing else to take up his concentration. Channelling his power through his Warblade, he manipulated reality in such a way that the rocks and debris seemed to get torn apart. While none of the many shots hit Idalo, through complete and utter coincidence of course, the area around him was being torn to shreds, and the mechanized lifeform would realize that it wouldn't be long until it took significant damage itself, especially with it's defensive systems still below full capacity.

Quick Faction List;

Reign of Chaos:
Literally evil incarnate. Want to murder every single living being in the multiverse while causing maximal suffering for no reason other than their sheer asshole factor.

Resistance:
Pure good, fighting the resistance.

Licht Gruppe:
Lawful Evil, these guys fight for the RoC under the delusion that the RoC helps keep order in the multiverse far better than the previous order, and are generally insane zealouts. Also, quite dangerous.

Mon Alliance:
A small group of digimon extremists being assisted by the Pokemon. They have an interest in preserving the multiverse, and wish to assist the Resistance without merging with them.

Harth Collective:
A bunch of merged shady organizations with the goal of maximizing self-interest while taking control of the multiverse in the shadows. Mostly not an overt combat faction, but not a pushover to be sure.

Doomborg:
This guy has kind of a faction all his own. He protects his own domain, and supports both the Mon Alliance and the Resistance. Can be generally considered a good guy.

((I am far too distracted and slow, sorry))
Kisaki sighed as his opponent proclaimed their goal. This strange figure sought security in numbers, a fool's errand. "If you want someone to save your hide, look elsewhere. Lay low, go hide in an uninhabited universe. I assume you know how to travel, considering you're connected to this Asmodeus figure somehow." It was a very elegant was of saying 'go fuck yourself'. "I have no intention of babysitting someone, nor of harboring someone motivated solely by revenge or sadness. I don't need no mind-reading sword to tell you're bad news, it's written across your face. You're going to end up getting yourself killed, and I don't want to be there when you do." He turns towards the sword, as he sighs. He was in this game now, he might as well play it to it's fullest part. He picked up Eclipse, deftly swinging the sword a couple of times before he sheathed it roughly in his belt.

"If any more of them come after you, tell them to go find me. Kisaki. I'll happily cut through them for you. Until then, tell me the quickest directions to this Asmodeus guy, so I can get this over with." Kisaki briefly gestured at Saeid, already gathering the energy he required to travel through dimensions as he retrieved his now stabbed weighted clothing.
