I would really hope Osamu's smart enough not to use either of those. The D-reaper is capable of easily wiping out mega-levels, and zeeds is so dangerous it's mere EXISTENCE caused the multiverse to begin breaking to bits.

I'm not really planning on putting down either Lucemon OR Ogudomon, but even if they did show up, unleashing a catastrophic force like that would quite probably just start another, completely separate apocalypse. Might even cause Gaiamon to come into existence, and then we're all boned.
Name: MetalPhantomon, or "Despair"
Age: unknown
Appearance:

Powers:
[Digimon Physiology]
Completely made out of data, given form by the power of the Digital World. Digimon are immune to most earth-based poisons and hazards, but are vulnerable to digital attacks. Those who know how to can actually corrupt the data of a digimon, altering or damaging it. It is also capable of traveling freely between the digital and non-digital realms.

[Herald of the Dark Ocean]
Metalphantomon possesses the power to alter dreams, and to mentally attack opponents by forcing them to live through endless nightmares. This ability was only enhanced as Metalphantomon visited the Dark Ocean, the mysterious realm that corrupts and twists everything that comes into contact with it. It's mental attacks cause it's victims to relive their worst moments, and be drowned in their despair. But they can be broken through with raw willpower, if the victim can confront their inner demons.

[Physical Stats]
As an Ultimate-Level Digimon, MetalPhantomon is far more physically powerful than your average human. He's able to react and mover faster than the speed of sound, slicing even bullets out of the air. Furthermore, he possesses enough physical strength to lift dozens of tons of mass with relative ease. Lastly, his durability is also immense. His body is able to withstand tank cannons and armour-piercing missiles with the same ease that most would survive light poking. It can also fly.

[Grave Scream]
Simply by speaking or screeching, Metalphantomon is able to rip the souls of his opponents from his body. Armour is useless against such an attack, and only magical resistance or soular resistance can allow it's victims to survive. Most powerful magical beings won't die immediately, although the sound is instantly fatal to weaker mortal creatures. Luckily, Metalphantomon can only rarely use this attack, as it consumes a large amount of energy.

Weaknesses:

[Megalomaniac]
While incredibly powerful, MetalPhantomon has the mindset of a traditional villain. He refuses to actually kill his enemies until he's spent at least ten minutes monologuing about their inevitable doom, and will often leave them to die without ascertaining his death. He enjoys playing with his food, drawing more joy from pain and suffering than from death. His lust for power and destruction also leaves him easy to predict, although he can occasionally be surprisingly cunning.

[Unstable Presence]
Ever since visiting the Dark Ocean, Metalphantomon doesn't quite 'belong' in the physical realm. His presence here is unstable, and he can be banished back to the Dark Ocean with relative ease. Specifically the Digivice, used by a Digidestined, is able to force him back to his dark realm. Although this only removes him temporarily, this makes him far easier to deal with. Magical rituals of banishment and technology designed to deal with dimensional anomalies may also be used to banish MetalPhantomon.

Bio:
In the universe of Digimon Savers, Metalphantomon was defeated by Thomas Norstein and MechGaomon. However, his data was drawn into the Dark Ocean by Daemon, and reconfigured. This new MetalPhantomon possessed even more malevolence, and now serves the Seven Great Demon Lords as an agent in the multiverse. By amassing the power of despair, he seeks to revive the sealed Lucemon, and call forth the almighty Ogudomon. Should he succeed, it would mean the end of hundreds of universes, as such powerful beings are nearly unstoppable.

Theme Song: will add later

Notice:
It has recently come to my attention that MetalPhantomon is, in fact, a Mega. However, I like the design of MetalPhantomon, and the plot I came up for with him is fun. Hence, I'll be keeping him, and stating he was severely depowered by his resurrection, and imply that Daemon is intentionally limiting MetalPhantomon's power for nefarious reasons.

The cavern? Hmph. Such foolishness. Khaine allowed Gram to tend to Maka, ignoring an opportunity to strike that would have ended this fight before it even began. However, when Gram turned his back on him and walked away, it was too much. A warrior didn't simply walk away and expect to be followed. Such were the actions of a fool, who had been away from war for too long. It seemed someone would need a reminder, and Khaine knew just how to do it.

With a gestured, a spiked chain shot out from in front of Khaine's hand. Even as the chain wrapped around Gram's leg Khaine took a hold of the other end, pulling on it with his full force. Gram was immensely strong. Physically, he was stronger even than Khaine. But with no leverage, and the element of surprise, he had no chance to resist being slammed face-first into the ground even as he was flung towards Khaine. Meanwhile Khaine raised the Rending Eye, as he prepared to bring it down point-first on his prone foe before he'd even stopped moving. The spikes on the chain might not be enough to pierce Gram's skin, but this blade's edged was forged from diamond, and the immense weight and force behind it would severely wound even the mighty Gram. "If truly I face the last Tarkatan, then today is the end of your species, weakling!" With that, the massive blade struck the stone, slicing through it like butter, and annihilating anything in it's path. The question was simply whether Gram had managed to get out of the way.
@supertinyking
As Maka dropped to the ground Khaine immediately followed up, refusing to be distracted from his prey. With a flash of light, a burning hot trident appeared in his hand, fresh from the forge. Making full use of the opening in his opponent's defences, Khaine slammed the trident through her chest, pinning her to the ground below with the three hooked spikes even as the burning heat scorched her wounds. Of course he knew this would not kill her, but it would contain her, at least for a bit. It seemed that another opponent had made themselves known, and he would need to maintain his focus.

"So you are Gram the Gentle Fist? You are the one who has been sent to defeat me?" Khaine looked over his opponent. While clearly not human, it was another mortal race, born from pitiful flesh. But even amongst the mortal races great warriors can arise, and this figure held himself as one who had seen many battles. Composed and graceful, every muscle ready to react. To fight does not make a warrior. To be a warrior was to live for battle, to breathe in death and breathe out blood. It was to be the paragon of war, the embodiment of wrath, to be the wall upon which your enemies break themselves and the hammer that strikes them down. And, for the first time since coming here, Khaine found himself faced with a Warrior. A man who lived to kill, and killed to live. No amount of determination, no amount of regret, could remove that look from his eyes, or that edge from his stance. "..... very well. Let's do this. Perhaps you will prove to be a true challenge."

Reaching out, Khaine called forth the Rending Eye. A massive greatsword over two meters long erupted from the ground, the blackened blade seeming to glare with malevolent force. As if the lives it had taken stuck to it like residue, a foul aura that never left. The scent of a billion lives lost, of civilisations crushed and worlds turned to dust. It was the scent of war. And as Khaine drew up the massive blade, Gram knew that he would not be able to win this fight as a pacifist. The Sons of Baal were tireless, merciless, and without fear. Two had entered this orb, and one way or another, one of the two was going to die.
Also, back! I was off on a SW meet, so gone for a little while. I will now resume existing.
@Tyki
Woah woah woah.... basically your character has the ability to completely negate any and all attacks, instantly kill anyone, and can affect them from anywhere on the planet. In ADDITION to possessing a complete and total analysis of the opponent's capabilities and passives? That is not just continent-level, that's planet-level, with the potential to wipe out universe-level entities.
@CreedTheChimera
Hiya Creed. Nice to see you back.
@kishin asura@supertinyking

As Asura backed away from Khaine's assault, the tall Dreadlord moved to press his attack. However, he was interrupted by the smaller mortal, who claimed to have been the one responsible for the attempt at controlling him. Furthermore, the tiny creature had taken up the blade he had called forth, a challenge that could not be ignored. Even if the blade had not been meant for her, the meaning behind it did not change, and the wave of rage certainly proved their words. "Hmph. It seems that my rage was misdirected, then. You hold my blade, which is in and of itself impressive. That weapon was never meant for weaker beings to wield." Khaine's words were true. Darksteel, the alloy from which the weapons had been forged, included depleted uranium in it's design, and was by nature ludicrously heavy. If not for her enhanced physical strength, Maka would have found it impossible to use. "Your challenge is accepted. Now, let us see if you are able to back up your words with steel."

Stepping forward, Khaine also noted Alexander's statements and reactions. It seemed that this creature feared fire. Of course threats of more combat were useless against Khaine. He had found himself out of his element ever since arriving in this world, and revelled in the chance to interact with reality with good old-fashioned violence. The idea of defeat, or death, held no fear for him. This Gram would merely have to step in line, and would be crushed in good time. And with the way enemies were presenting themselves, Khaine had no doubt he would end the day atop a pile of his slaughtered foes, as all good days end.

Mid-gesture a knife appeared in Khaine's hand, sailing through the air towards Maka's face. A test of her reflexes, as much as a distraction, as he swung the double-headed glaive to take her legs out from under her. He was well aware of her regenerative capabilities, but he had killed such creatures before. And as he once more moved into his combat stance, he knew this would not take long. For he was a dreadlord, and it was his fate to see his enemies crushed before him.
Khaine be like:

The mighty blade flashed past the god of chaos, who materialized once more safely outside of the weapon's reach. But Khaine was unrelenting, and he would not stand down until his foe had been slain. Just as the point of the longsword whizzed past Asura, the entire sword seemed to disappear, replaced by a column of flame. Seemingly materializing from thin air, Khaine now wielded a 3.5 meter (11.5 ft) long double-headed glaive, the two darksteel blades flashing as he expertly spins the weapon. In the small confines of the passageway, it was nearly impossible to escape the weapon's reach. And while most such weapons would break upon contact with the rock walls, this blade was a cut above such shoddy mortal craftsmanship, and it sliced through stone and steel alike with terrible ease. Holding the weapon in the middle of the extended haft Khaine formed a barrier of whirling blades around him, changing his grip to adjust the reach of the weapon when striking out at his opponent. Using this stance, it was nearly impossible to approach him without being sliced in twain, and his rapid attacks were both hard to predict and hard to avoid.
