There's a panhandler who hangs out on the street corner by our dispensary every afternoon with a sign that just says "Green 4 Green?" and tbh, I respect my boy's confidence.

Format: 1x1s only. Maybe I'll try a group RP again someday, but I've never had one last longer than a few months

Favorite Genres: Modern, Historical, Romance, Action/Adventure, Horror/Dark, Fantasy, Slice of Life, Dystopian, can be convinced to write some Sci-Fi

Personality: Killian uses charm and wit to get what he wants, always putting on his best face towards whomever he is dealing with. He always goes about his business in the mental state of an actor. This basically means he analyzes his situation and decides what kind of personality to assume, then stays “in character” so as to properly fool the other party. For example, if he’s hunting down the leader of a notorious gang, he will go through the tedious effort of worming his way into the ranks of the gang under a fake name to get close to said leader. Then, when he has an opportunity, he will take his target down with whatever methods he deems necessary. Fortunately for his more recent victims, Killian no longer goes so far as to take a life whilst doing his job except in self-defense.
When he isn’t working a job, Killian relaxes a bit more. He reveals his true personality to be that of a sarcastic but loyal friend to the few he acknowledges as such. However, he has trouble holding on to long-lasting relationships since his work requires him to move from town to town so often. To cope, he doesn’t let himself get close to most of the people he comes across in his travels.
Specialties/Occupation: Private Detective; former hired gun
Strong Points: Killian adeptly uses his intellect and wit and he is quick on his feet, especially when cornered or in a fight. He has also gained much knowledge of the world through his travels as both a detective and a hit man.
Fears: Anyone close to Killian may know he is afraid of heights, but he also has a second, private fear that no one else is aware of. Despite his outward demeanor, he is distraught at the idea of dying alone. He just doesn’t know how to keep a steady relationship going.
Other information: Much of Killian’s past remains a mystery to everyone except for himself. However, it can be inferred that he comes from some part of England because he has a pronounced accent when he isn’t disguising his voice.

Sho’s brain took a long pause to analyze what Suzume just said. She drew the pencil-girl? But that wasn’t possible was it? Drawings didn’t just hop off the page and start walking around. It just couldn’t happen… could it? He opened his mouth to reply, but was cut off by a harsh humming sound. The pencil-girl’s face contorted into a look of horror.
“What the–” Sho stammered as the girl snatched at the collar of his shirt and unceremoniously dragged him and Suzume into a flowerbed. By this point, the noise had steadily morphed into a piercing white noise. Sho winced and covered his ears, but the gesture was pointless as the sound still reached him just as clearly. Crouching next to Suzume, he put his hand on top of hers and gave it a squeeze. He tried to see past the graphite flowers, but their height obstructed his vision.
“Wait a moment,” Sho said, putting his head next to Suzume’s so he could be heard over the monotone sound. He gave her a quick peck on the cheek and shifted closer to the wall of flowers so he could see between the stalks and find out where the noise was coming from. He kept low to the ground to stay invisible, limbs tense in case he had to make any sudden moves.

If Suzume was trying to get him to relax, it worked. Sho felt reenergized at her touch, like he could take down any freaky graphite monster that tried to jump out at them in this odd sketchbook world. Somehow, even the pencil-girl’s misshapen face didn’t startle him as much as it probably should have –although that might be because the last place he visited was a giant stomach. Doodles weren’t quite as terrifying as being eaten alive. Shocking, right?
