There's a panhandler who hangs out on the street corner by our dispensary every afternoon with a sign that just says "Green 4 Green?" and tbh, I respect my boy's confidence.

Hobbies: Writing, fitness, driving/exploring, hiking, camping, traveling, tabletop games, anything NEW (I love trying things I've never done before)
Roleplayer Profile

Format: 1x1s only. Maybe I'll try a group RP again someday, but I've never had one last longer than a few months
Posting Speed: Depending on my schedule, I can usually post at least once per week
Favorite Genres: Modern, Historical, Romance, Action/Adventure, Horror/Dark, Fantasy, Slice of Life, Dystopian, can be convinced to write some Sci-Fi
Hard 'no's: Fandoms. Sorry, but I can't maintain interest in characters/worlds I didn't build with my partner
Template: Public threads or PMs. I prefer to keep all my RPs in one place, so no emails or G-docs or the like
Rating: Comfortable with 18+ content, but it's not a necessity and I prefer not to center a plot around explicit scenes

Character preference: One main character, but large side casts are greatly enjoyed. Because I write long posts, I prefer not to double
Gender preference: Male. You'll be hard pressed to convince me to play a female that isn't a background character. It's just not my forte
Romantic Relationships: MxF or MxM (currently prefer MxM)
Character Images: Faceclaims or detailed descriptions only. I envision the characters like real people in my mind, so I can't take anime seriously
OOC chat: Yes please! I'm a total extrovert who loves to get to know the amazing minds behind my partners' characters

Yep. I don't see him being okay with their relationship for quite a while xD
Speaking of which, I think he should find out about them when they reach the next camp or the one right after that. What do you think?
For Crow, the morning came all too soon. He arched his back in a lazy stretch when Penelope roused him from his slumber. He wanted to go back to sleep, but he could hear William preparing the horses, and he didn’t want to be woken up for a second time by the ill-tempered knight. Sitting up, he offered her a weary smile, “Morning.” He took a moment to wake up a bit more before he climbed to his feet and gathered his things, slinging the bow and quiver over his shoulder and securing the staff with the strap.

Ready to go, he stood off to the side while he waited for William to finish what he was doing with the horses. The knight glanced in his direction once but otherwise ignored him. He shook his head. It seemed like even though the thief was willing to try to look past their differences, the knight was still set on treating him like a prisoner rather than a comrade. It was going to take quite a bit of convincing to get him to stop looking at him that way.

“Is there anything I can do to help?” Crow offered with a forced smile, hoping to continue to break down the wall between himself and the knight. “We can all leave faster with two sets of hands working instead of just one.”

“You would just get in my way, thief,” William grunted, tightening the belt of his horse’s saddle without looking up.

“I’m not that useless,” Crow muttered, rolling his eyes. However, he could tell that William didn’t want him around, so he didn’t push the matter.

Bored of standing around with nothing to do, he wandered over to Penelope instead, knowing she would make better company than William anyway. “Hey there,” he said, walking up from behind her. He flashed her a grin, “Well, I had a great night. I met up with this gorgeous woman in the woods and we slept together under the stars. It was pretty romantic.” He winked at her playfully. “How was your night?”
Sounds good.
I'm thinking it'll take them maybe eight or nine more days before they reach the border, since they're traveling on horseback now and it's a little faster than walking
Crow looked up at Penelope when she said she was used to keeping watch because it was her job. He had forgotten she used to guard their king’s castle before their mission together. It made sense to him why she would be able to endure such a dull job now. It wasn’t much different than what she used to do. He turned away from her again, continuing to toss the rock he had picked up until he grew bored and threw it into the woods. Having never been forced to sit still for so long before, he found keeping watch to be much more unbearable than she did. He preferred to just sleep lightly and wake up if an enemy found his hiding place.

Clear my head, huh? he mused, resting his chin on his arms. Looking around the forest, he took a deep breath and focused on the sounds of the night: the soft breeze rustling the leaves, the chirping insects, the calls of nocturnal birds… Suddenly, he understood why she liked keeping watch a little more. It really was peaceful once he stopped looking for things to entertain himself and simply let himself relax. I guess this isn’t so bad.

He glanced up at her again when she told him he could sleep, rolling his eyes at her playful comment. “I may have napped a lot on our way to the castle, but I can control myself,” he snorted. “I can stay awake on the journey back. Especially since we all have to stay alert, apparently.” Stifling a yawn, he looked forward again to continue keeping watch with her. However, it wasn’t long before he started to find it harder to keep his eyes open.

“On second thought, I think I will take you up on that offer,” Crow murmured tiredly after sitting in silence for a while. He climbed to his feet and stretched, letting out the yawn he had been holding back. After casting a quick glance at William, who was still sleeping soundly, he gave Penelope a quick kiss on the cheek. “Goodnight, love. I’ll see you in the morning.” With that, he walked back over to the patch of grass he had been sleeping on before and laid down, drifting off almost as soon as his head touched the ground.
I was wondering if we should throw in a fight at some point before they leave Younis?
We can't make it too easy for them to get home xP
Once they had reached the clearing, Crow let his hand fall back to his side as Penelope released it. He followed her lead, putting some distance between them in case William was roused by the sound of their arrival. It seemed like the older knight hadn’t woken up yet, as he hadn’t moved upon their return to the camp, but the thief didn’t want to risk getting caught if he did get up for whatever reason.

He glanced at Penelope as she went back to her position to keep watch and told him to get more sleep. Admittedly, he was tired, both from waking up early and lying with her, but he didn’t feel right about going back to sleep while she had to stay up and keep a lookout by herself. So, instead of going back to the grassy patch he had slept on earlier, he made his way over to her spot by the edge of the clearing and sat down against the trunk of a tree.

“You think I’m going to let you keep watch by yourself right now?” he looked up at her with a teasing smirk. “I know you’re just as tired as I am, love, so I’m going to help you stay awake.” He drew his knees to his chest and folded his arms over them, looking at the forest around them in a lazy search for movement. Of course, there was nothing, so he proceeded to amuse himself by picking up a small rock and tossing it between his hands.

“How do you knights not pass out from boredom when you do this?” he wondered aloud, turning back to her again. “Standing around with nothing to do but watch the trees. It seems like a terrible job.”
Makes sense lol

That'll be my last one for tonight, but I have all day tomorrow except for one meeting at 6-8
Crow closed his eyes and leaned back as she kissed him along his jaw and neck, losing himself in her touch. Her warm breath made his skin tingle, and he wrapped his arms around her affectionately. “I love you too,” he smiled up at her, running a hand through her long hair. In the next moment, he leaned up to kiss her one more time, shifting to roll over so he was on top of her instead. He touched her sensuously, driven by desire, until finally, their bodies met and moved in sync…

Lying beneath the stars, Crow held Penelope close to himself. He ran one hand along her back, lightly tracing the way it curved, in at her waist and out at her shoulders and hips. His chest rose and fell slowly as weariness struck, and he had to focus to keep from dozing off. “I’m never going to get tired of this,” he murmured serenely, kissing her gently on the forehead. “Or of you.” He let out his breath in a long sigh, wishing they could keep laying together by the stream, but knowing they needed to stay alert. They had already risked enough by sneaking off in the first place. It would be hard to justify spending more time away from the camp than they already had.

He brought a hand up to caress her cheek, “As much as I would love to stay here with you, we should probably get back to William.” He sat up and found his discarded clothes, slipping his tunic over his head before following suit with his pants. Once he was fully dressed, he got up and offered his hand to her, wanting to hold hers until they got back to the clearing.

“Looks like we got away with it,” he whispered to her slyly when they were close enough to see the still sleeping form of William.
It's okay because he thinks she's cute xD
I'll probably throw a fade out in my next post if you don't do it in yours
Crow smirked in amusement at Penelope’s sheepishness, though he was careful to mask the expression from her by pressing another kiss to her neck. While it wasn’t necessarily seductive, he found her innocence to be charming in its own way. It was cute how she stammered when trying to play along with him. She’ll get more comfortable over time, he thought, his smile widening when she tried again more successfully. This time, her breathy voice managed to send a shiver of excitement down his spine.

He pressed in to meet her lips, working to undo the fastening of her dress as he kissed her. Once he untied it, he slid the fabric off of her body and let it fall to the ground. His arms snaked around her back as he leaned into her even deeper. After a moment, he pulled back slightly to catch his breath, winking at her impishly, “Now, show me that you want me.”

He moved to guide her hands to the hem of his tunic, permitting her to remove it for him rather than doing so himself. He took the liberty of taking off his own pants, and then met her lips again, slowly dragging her down to the ground with him, though he allowed her to be on top of him this time. Running his hands along her body, he leaned up to whisper in her ear, “You’re so beautiful. I can’t believe you’re mine.”
