There's a panhandler who hangs out on the street corner by our dispensary every afternoon with a sign that just says "Green 4 Green?" and tbh, I respect my boy's confidence.

Crow shifted tiredly against Penelope’s side as he heard Gavin’s frantic voice calling her name. Despite having not eaten much of the valerian root, he still felt completely drained of energy that morning. He supposed he should have expected as much after he had spent most of the night running around, but he had been hoping that at least some of his energy would have been restored after getting to sleep until midday. Instead, it almost felt like he hadn’t slept at all.

He groaned when Penelope shook his shoulder to wake him up, deciding there was no point in hiding his exhaustion when the rest of the group was just as tired as he was. “I’m up,” he mumbled, propping himself up on his forearm and rubbing his eyes blearily. As he slowly woke up, he took a moment to look around the campsite. Gavin was making his way over to Olivia, who looked almost like she had collapsed against a tree on the edge of the clearing. Meanwhile, Alistair and Rikki were both still out cold on their bedrolls. It seemed that while Gavin had been determined to rouse his comrades, he’d had no intention to wake the thieves.

Crow shook his head faintly and climbed to his feet, stretching his arms as he made his way over to Alistair. “Hey,” he muttered, nudging his companion with his foot. “Get up. We slept through the morning.”

“Just a little longer,” Alistair groaned and pulled his blanket over his head.

Crow rolled his eyes and kicked him a little harder in the ribs, “Come on, lazy ass.”

Alistair yelped and scrambled to sit up, shooting him a grumpy glare, “Alright already.”

Feeling satisfied that the other thief was fully awake now, Crow turned and repeated the process with Rikki, who was a little easier to get up than their stubborn friend. Once both of his companions were awake, he headed back to pack up his supplies—even though he was sure they would be camping here one more night, it had become habit to him to put away his things to protect them from rogue thieves and weather damage—furtively watching the knights as he did so. He didn’t miss Gavin’s suspicious glances at him, but he wasn’t concerned. There was no way that the knight could know he had been the reason why they had slept through the morning.

He doesn’t even know I took Penelope’s guard shift, he added to reassure himself even more.

When he finished rolling up his bed, he stepped over to rejoin the knights, curious to hear what Gavin’s new plan would be since they had all overslept. No matter what, he wasn’t worried about anything the knight could come up with. He had already ensured that the villagers of Wheldrake would lead them the wrong way, so there was nothing they could do to find Jaxon’s group anymore. He stood nearby with his arms crossed over his chest, waiting patiently to hear what Gavin’s orders would be.
Oh geez, that ended up being way longer than I expected @.@

Nice cx I love both too, but I'm partial to dogs because I like having an adventure buddy.
My cat hates cars and just yowls the whole time if we need to transport her lol

I have xD Those are definitely the two best stories I've got, but I'm sure I could think of more if I wasn't so tired right now.
I don't know why I end up around so many crazy people, but they always leave me with good stories, so I'm not gonna complain

Oh dang. I've never seen a fight happen like that in a store before. Sounds like it was intense!
I have actually seen a street fight once in LA though xD Two beefy guys literally got out of their cars and went at it in the middle of an intersection in the city lmao. It was wild
“Hmm,” Crow grunted with mock thoughtfulness. “No, I think I’ll put you down when we get back.” He laughed softly and casted her another wink, enjoying teasing her.

When they reached the edge of the camp, he let her down from his arms and walked her over the rest of the way to the bed. Lingering back slightly, he gave her room to lay down and then knelt beside her, running his hand fondly along the length of her side once she seemed to have settled comfortably. “Sleep well, love,” he said with a soft smile. “I’ll see you in the morning.” With that, he pressed one more kiss to her lips and then stood back up again to take up a guard position beside a nearby tree.

He leaned back against it with his arms folded over his chest, waiting patiently for Penelope to fall asleep. He looked around the clearing to keep a halfhearted watch, although he felt rather certain that his companions would be safe during the night, but kept most of his attention fixed on her resting form. Since he didn’t want to get close to her and make it clear that he was waiting for her to pass out, it was difficult for him to tell from a distance whether she was sleeping or not.

Eventually, after some time had passed since the last time he had seen her shift on the bed, he carefully moved away from the tree and stepped back, his eyes flitting cautiously over the bodies of all his unconscious companions as his heart began to beat a little faster. The herb had worked. Even the other thieves, who usually slept just as lightly as he did, seemed to be out cold. All he had to do now was finish sabotaging the interrogation and make it back in time to wake Olivia for her shift. Easy, right? He hoped so.

Without wasting another second, he turned and ran silently through the woods to Wheldrake.

--

Now that his illness didn’t plague him nearly as badly as it used to, Crow was able to keep up a fast-paced run the whole way to the village and made great time. He kept watch for any local guards as he hurried along the main road towards the tavern, but luckily, it seemed like there weren’t any in the area. He smiled to himself. With no trouble so far, it looked like his plan was going to go just as smoothly as he had hoped. He picked up his pace slightly, eager to make it to the building before the owner closed up for the night.

It didn’t take long before the familiar tavern came into sight up ahead. The thief slowed his pace as he noticed a figure standing in front of the door. He studied the man for a moment before he recognized him to be the tavern keeper. He felt a wave of relief as he realized he hadn’t missed his chance. Trotting up to the man, he raised his arm in a wave to get his attention.

The tavern keeper turned towards him, knitting his brow in a deep frown, “’M closed up for the night, thief. Yer gonna have to come back tomorrow if ye want a drink.”

“That’s not why I’m here,” Crow said, panting softly as he caught his breath from running all the way to Wheldrake. “I’ve come with a warning.”

The man eyed him concernedly, “Not about the war, I pray?”

“No, no,” Crow shook his head. “Nothing like that.”

“Then wha’ tis it?”

“There are knights on their way here,” Crow said, inhaling deeply as he shook off the last of his exhaustion from the run. “They’re looking for a group of people—about seven strong—who supposedly passed through here recently.”

“Oh yeah,” the tavern keeper nodded. “I remember ‘em. Rowdy lot, they were, but they brought in a lot o’ money too.”

“The knights are trying to arrest them,” Crow said with a twinge of urgency in his voice. “They’re going to come here disguised as peasants and make up some story about how they’re looking for a specific member of the group, but they’re really out for blood. I need you to spread word around the village tomorrow; make sure everyone tells the knights that the group went further inland towards Azmar.”

“But why do the knights want ‘em dead?” the man frowned, seeming wary. “I don’t want no troublemakers in my tavern.”

“I can assure you, they’re far from troublemakers,” Crow lied. “The knights have framed them for an attack on their camp done by the Younisians.”

“Rotten bastards,” the tavern owner spat. “Knights’ll pin us common folk for anything that suits their fancy.”

“I know,” Crow shook his head despondently. “That’s why we need to protect them. We still have time to send the knights off track if you can spread the word by midday tomorrow. Do you think you can manage that?”

“O’ course I can,” the man stood up a bit straighter. “I know e’ry bloke and dame in this village. They’ll all know the word by mid-morning tomorrow. I can promise ye that.”

--

Crow was feeling pleased with himself as he made his way further west of Wheldrake. His weariness from the long night was beginning to catch up with him as he jogged through the woods, and he wished he could head back to the camp to sleep next to Penelope. However, he still had one more thing left to do before he could finally settle down to sleep. His eyes roved over the trees around him as he searched for signs of motion.

Three days had passed, and the time had come for him to meet with Jaxon again to give his first report. His heart pounded with a mixture of anxiousness and anger at the thought of facing the man again, but he had already given his word. He was just going to have to bury his reservations and do it. Besides, it wasn’t like he was going to stay long. All he had to do was say his piece and leave. It couldn’t be that bad, right?

Unfortunately, his hopes for a peaceful meeting were quickly dashed when he caught sight of a flash of silver in the corner of his eye. Quick on his feet, Crow skidded to a stop to dodge the sword that cut just in front of his face and drew the daggers he kept at his belt. He turned with narrowed eyes to face his attacker, only to find that it was someone he recognized.

“Well, well, look who it is,” Colton, one of Jaxon’s thieves, drawled with a grin as he recognized Crow. “I never thought I’d see your face again after you ran off with your tail between your legs. Are you back to beg for Jaxon to take you in again, stray?”

Crow rolled his eyes, “Hardly.” He shifted his weight slightly, keeping his eyes fixed on the other man’s weapon. “Although I did come to speak with him. Let me pass.”

Suddenly, Colton let out a braying laugh, “Ah, calm down, Crow. I was just messing with you. Jaxon already told us you would be visiting.” He sheathed his sword and waved a hand for the other thief to follow him. “Come on, I’ll take you to our camp.”

Crow hesitated for a moment before putting his own blades away and trailing after him. After running into one of the more bloodthirsty thieves he had traveled with before, he was reminded of why he had left the group in the first place. The thought of willingly stepping into their midst again left him with a pit in his stomach, but he forced himself to ignore it by taking a deep, calming breath. This is all for Penelope, he thought sternly. It’ll be over soon.

--

The first thing that Crow noticed when he arrived at the thieves’ camp was that their numbers had grown sizably. His green eyes swept cautiously over the men—and a few women—who were lounging around the outskirts of a large clearing. He wasn’t great at counting higher than ten, especially when he had to do it quickly, but it looked like there were close to thirty people in the area, nearly double the size of the band he had left a year ago.

He swallowed nervously, shifting his weight as their numerous gazes set him on edge. Most of the thieves observed him curiously, but the few who were left that had known him personally glared at him with hostile expressions. He hoped Jaxon had enough control over them to keep them from attacking him while he was giving his report.

I feel like a sheep amongst wolves, he thought, turning his gaze to look straight ahead as Colton led him to a man who was standing alone in the center of the clearing: Jaxon.

The thief leader smiled coldly as he approached, “It seems my runaway dog has come home.”

Crow gritted his teeth, despising how powerless he was to fight back against the other man’s degrading words. He wanted to defend himself or call him names or even spit at him if he could, but instead, he restrained himself and held his gaze with a forced mask of calm.

“So,” Jaxon went on when Crow refused to speak first. “What news do you have for me?”

Crow’s eyes flitted to the audience of criminals before returning to Jaxon’s face. “None of the knights know where you are,” he said after a moment, launching into the report he had come up with for the thief leader. “The patrols I know of are searching for you between Wheldrake and Azmar, but they’ve found no leads that would give away your true location.”

He shifted from his left foot to his right, “Well… there is one patrol that’s going to look for leads in the village of Wheldrake, but I already went ahead and spoke with one of the villagers to alert them. The knights won’t learn anything new from their interrogation tomorrow now.”

“Excellent,” Jaxon nodded, seeming pleased. “You’ve done well, Crow. Keep it up, and I may even let you and your other mutts have a portion of the plunder from our next raid.”

“Next… raid?” Crow faltered, blinking in surprise.

“Of course,” Jaxon grinned cruelly. “The Younisians are paying us a small fortune to bring them Brerratic supplies. Why would we stop now, while there’s still so much money to be made?”

So, they took the deal that Younisian baron has been offering me, he realized, studying Jaxon silently. Now it made sense. Jaxon and his group didn’t join the war because they cared about the outcome. They were after the gold that the Younisians promised in return for their allegiance. “I suppose you wouldn’t,” he said, forcing himself to keep his voice level, despite the growing frustrations inside of him. He wished he could warn Penelope somehow, but he wasn’t sure what to do without giving away his meetings with the other thief. He felt trapped.

“That’s all the news I have for you,” Crow said after another brief pause. “I suppose I should get going before my absence is noticed.”

“I suppose you should,” Jaxon agreed. “Meet with me again when the patrol you mentioned is finished investigating Wheldrake. I want to know if your ploy to throw them off worked or not.”

Crow nodded, “I can meet you in the forest on the west side of Myrefall in two nights.”

“Excellent,” Jaxon said again before waving a dismissive hand. “You may return to your group.”

Crow nodded once more and turned to leave, feeling a chill creep up his spine as he turned his back on the other thieves. He was just about to walk back to his own camp, when a familiar voice hissed his name. He turned to see who had called to him, and then his eyes widened in surprise as his gaze landed on the face of a young man he hadn’t seen in over two years: Hartley.

--

For the rest of the trip back to the camp, Crow’s mind was reeling. He couldn’t believe Hartley had joined Jaxon’s band of thieves. Didn’t he know what kind of people they were? Was Hartley like them now too? He wished he’d had time to question the Younisian boy about everything, but he needed to get back to the knights before daybreak, so they wouldn’t notice he had been gone. The interrogation would have to wait for another day.

When he finally arrived back in the small clearing, he swayed slightly on his feet from exhaustion. After spending most of the night running back and forth, he felt like he was going to collapse. The thief stepped tiredly over to where Olivia laid sleeping and crouched down to shake her shoulder, rousing her to take over the next watch. Like Penelope, it took quite some effort on his part to get her up, but she managed to sit up after a bit of prompting. She looked up at him, blinking in confusion, “Where’s Penelope?”

“Sleeping,” Crow whispered with a shrug. “She was tired, so I offered to take over her watch.”

“Oh,” Olivia yawned widely as she struggled to rise to her feet.

Crow studied her for a moment before doing the same. He stepped over to grab his water flask. Then, positioning his body to hide the motion from the knight’s view, he uncapped the top and dropped in the remaining piece of valerian root he had hidden away in his pocket. There, he thought in satisfaction. If she wasn’t too tired to stay awake before, she will be now.

Turning back to Olivia, he held out the flask. “Here,” he offered her a tired smile. “I just filled this up earlier, and you look like you could use some.”

“Thanks,” she nodded appreciatively. “I’m parched.” She lifted the container to her lips and downed a large portion of the water inside.

“You’re welcome,” Crow yawned this time, stretching wearily as he made his way over to lay down next to Penelope on his bed. Once he had settled down comfortably, he snuck a quick peek at Olivia to see that the knight was already teetering on her feet from the sedative’s effects. He smiled to himself, closing his eyes and nestling closer to Penelope as he finally drifted off to sleep.
It's going to be so bad when she figures him out ^^;

That sounds like it would be a lot of fun! Random question: Are you cat person or a dog person or both?

Man, it wasn't even just retail for me xD Granted, most of my stories are from Kohl's, but I've got some others too. I think I just somehow ended up attracting crazy people.

Here's another good one:

So my first job ever was at a Joe's Italian Ice (You might have heard of it, since the main locations are in Anaheim). I think I was about 16 at the time, so don't judge me for this one (it was sort of my fault for being an inexperienced dummy). Anyway, I was working a closing shift with two of my coworkers on a Friday night. We usually had more people working weekends because it got so busy (normally there were only 2 of us), but this time it was weirdly dead, so one of my coworkers, Lloyd, decided he didn't want to stay.

Side note: Lloyd was a character. He was probably the biggest manipulator I've ever met in my life, to the point where he literally convinced the owner of the store to trust him with the store credit card, which he secretly used to buy himself and the rest of us Burger King. Also, he showed up to work drunk/high almost all the time, and would even clock in for random shifts he wasn't scheduled for (out of uniform) because he was bored xD Our area manager didn't give a crap though (he thought it was funny when Lloyd was so high he parked on the sidewalk), so he never lost his job.

Anyway, Lloyd ditched me and my other coworker, Rachel, to close up the store alone, which we were kinda peeved about because we wouldn't be able to leave until after midnight and we were two high school age girls without weapons to defend ourselves.

So here's the scene: me and my also young female coworker very much on guard at about 11:30PM lol

That's when the dude walked in.

Right away, both of us got weird vibes from him, because he was acting really weird (didn't look at the menu; just headed straight for the counter, where I was standing). I still remember that he almost looked homeless. His clothes were really old, he smelled awful, and he had used cigarette butts in his hair. I was pretty sketched out because I've seen crime movies, and my first assumption was that this guy was up to no good. I didn't really have a lot of time to figure out if he was dangerous or not though, because he walked up to me and said: "I need you to look at something for me" (His words sounded really weird, like his tongue was swollen)

So this total stranger starts removing his shirt right in front of me (people just like to take their clothes off when I'm around, I guess xD). At this point, Rachel and I are freaked out thinking this dude is a flasher. There are a few other customers in the store, but they haven't noticed him yet. Again, I don't know how to react around topless people, so I just stared at him as I was trying to comprehend what the hell was happening.

Spoiler: The dude was not a flasher. He took his shirt off because he had three spider bites on his chest, and he was wondering if we knew what kind of spider had bitten him. Unfortunately for him, Rachel and I were both too flustered by everything that was happening to react, even though he was clearly having a severe allergic reaction to whatever had bitten him. I think the rest of the conversation went something like this:

Guy: "Can one of you call 911?"

Rachel has pretty much turned to stone with shock at this point and has been staring at him tongue-tied the whole time.

Me (who's never called 911 before in my life): Here *straight up hands him the store phone in panic* (oh lord, I still feel so bad about that lmao)

Guy proceeds to attempt to give the police his location and medical information while his mouth is swelling shut while two high school girls stare at him stupidly.

After a while, a firetruck and ambulance arrive to get him, and at this point the other customers have noticed something's up, so they start to stare too.

But wait, this is the best part.

This guy - this absolute CHAD - notices the sirens, hangs up the phone, turns to look at us and says "Looks like my ride is here." And then straight up walks out of the store like a damn champion. I will never forget that xD

Extra: We called Lloyd after the guy left to tell him what happened and he never left a shift early again
As he watched her get up from the ground, Crow had to bite back a smirk. Despite the guilt he felt for drugging her food, he couldn’t help but find her weary face cute. It made him want to gather her in his arms and lay down to sleep beside her. Unfortunately, he knew he couldn’t. At least, not until he finished what he needed to do that night.

He followed her lead as she got dressed again, picking up his clothes from the ground and sliding them back on. The small action helped to clear his mind a little more, and he began to feel more confident that he would be well awake for the remaining tasks to come. The surge of adrenaline he was beginning to feel in anticipation for everything certainly helped too.

When Penelope caved and admitted that she was too tired to finish her guard shift, he turned to her with a soft smile. “It’s no trouble at all,” he said with conviction, walking over to wrap his arms around her in an embrace. “I’ve learned to value willpower a little more since we first met, so I can handle staying up.” He chuckled and pressed a kiss to her forehead. However, when he pulled back again, there was a playful glint in his eyes. “Plus, I’ve actually got quite a bit of energy right now.”

Suddenly, he shifted his hold on her, bracing one arm against her back and sweeping the other behind her legs as he lifted her off her feet. Taking a moment to check his balance, he shot her a wry wink and began to carry her back to the camp, “See?”
Crow is back to scheming again lol

Honestly xc Especially older women. They're the ones who always hassled me over expired coupons lol
Sounds like it would be harder for you then, haha. My husband is an introvert, so he's the same way. He's currently trying to get a full time programming job, so he won't have to deal with people anymore xD
Meanwhile I'm looking into bartending because I want to be around people more

Oh also! I just remembered that I never gave you any of my crazy customer stories. I have some amazing ones xD This one is one of my favorites: When I was working at Kohl's, this woman came into the store and asked me where the lingerie was. I worked registers at the front of the store, so I was pretty used to giving people directions, so that was normal. I just didn't realize this woman decided to peg me as her go-to person for EVERY QUESTION SHE HAD. Like literally everything.

Let me tell you what I mean by everything.

So she walks off to the lingerie section, which is in the middle of the whole store, and picks out some bras to try on in the changing room. From my register, I did't have a view of that section, because it was behind jewelry, so I went back to helping other customers check out. Usual business. After about like 10-15 minutes though, the lady from the lingerie is back... TOPLESS.

So real quick reminder: I'm at the front of the store. She had to have walked all the way to my register past the other customers to get to me.

Anyway, I kinda just stared at her as she was walking towards me (in full view of the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to our public parking lot) asking if the bra she had on looked good on her. Totally freaked me out, because I had only dealt with fully-clothed customers before. In hindsight, I probably should've gotten a manager involved, but my dumb brain decided I could take care of this crazy woman myself. So, I pulled the whole "yeah, it looks great, ma'am, please go back to the fitting room" while other customers were walking by observing the whole weird exchange.

Meanwhile, this lady keeps getting closer to me saying stuff like "no, no. You have to look at it" (as if I couldn't see her topless boobs). Eventually, I managed to convinced her to go back into the fitting room, but she freaking did it again with TWO MORE BRAS.

That was by far the most uncomfortable day of my working life xD
Although she did end up buying the bras, so I guess I sold them to her successfully *shrug*

I've got more if you're curious xD I've met some wild people
Crow laid on his back with his eyes closed, breathing slowly as he worked to catch his breath. He hadn’t meant to wear himself out when he had slept with Penelope, but he couldn’t keep from losing himself in his passion for her. At the time, his affections for her made him lose sight of why he had brought her out of the camp in the first place. A faint smile crossed his lips, and he shook his head, She really does make me lose my mind. He just hoped that when his lightheadedness passed, he would be more alert again.

Feeling her wrap an arm around him and murmur his name, his smile broadened, and he opened his eyes again to meet her gaze. “I love you too, Penelope,” he returned, rolling onto his side to hold her close. For a short while, he remained next to her without making any moves to get up. He wanted to enjoy the rest of their time together before they went back to the camp, but he also wanted to give her time to grow tired again. It probably wouldn’t take long, he guessed, since he was already quite dazed and exhausted, himself.

After some time had passed, Crow pulled away from her to sit up. The motion helped clear away some of his lingering weariness, and he felt a little more awake. “As much as I would love to stay out here with you longer, we should head back,” he said, turning to look down at her with an amused smirk. “You’ve got an abandoned guard shift to get back to.”

Studying her face, he fell silent for a moment and then frowned concernedly. “Speaking of which,” he went on in a more serious tone. “Are you sure you don’t want me to cover for you tonight? You look like you could fall asleep at any second.” He reached out to rest a hand on her shoulder, offering her a reassuring look. “I’d be happy to cover for you, love. Really. I’m feeling quite awake right now, so I don’t mind taking care of that at all.”
We can throw in a skip earlier this time, since the "after" is more important right here xD

Dang, three years? They better give you a promotion if you've been there that long. It sounds like they just don't want to train a new worker
I've worked POS too, and I'm not a fan ^^; I love people, but I've never been more disrespected than by customers in a checkout line lol
Sleeping lightly as he usually did, Crow woke up to the sound of footsteps as Gavin stepped over to rouse Penelope for her guard shift. He cracked one eye open to glance at the knight, who had leaned over to whisper her name. At first, there was no response as she laid curled up against the thief’s side, her chest rising and falling slowly as she slept. Crow held his breath, fearing for a moment that he had given her too much of the valerian root after all. If she couldn’t be awoken, Gavin might just skip her shift and move on to get Olivia up instead, which would be bad news for him.

However, after a short time, his worries were laid to rest when he felt Penelope stir against his side, and he let out his breath in a silent sigh of relief. The knights began to speak to each other in hushed voices, and he laid still, pretending to be asleep until Gavin eventually walked off to get some rest. In the next moment, he felt Penelope kiss his cheek, and he lifted his head, blinking tiredly as if he had just woken up. “Okay,” he murmured, stretching his limbs once she had stood up.

Crow waited for a little while longer, just to be sure that Gavin was asleep, before he rose to his feet and headed over to join Penelope at her guard post. His heart fluttered in his chest as he gazed at her in the darkness. Even though he was meeting with her in the middle of the night for the sake of his plan, it didn’t change the fact that he was genuinely excited to be with her again.

He smiled softly when he reached her, sliding his hands around her hips and leaning in to press a passionate kiss to her lips. After a bit, he shifted away from her mouth to trail gentle kisses along her jaw and neck. “Let’s go now,” he whispered into her ear, reaching to take her by the hand as he led her into the surrounding woods.

Fortunately, there was another clearing not too far from the one where their camp had been set up. When they reached it, Crow turned on Penelope with a devilish smirk and closed the distance between them with another deep kiss. As their lips met, he took hold of the hem of her shirt, lifting it slowly and tracing his fingers along the length of her sides as he removed the clothing. Usually, he preferred to take things slower and enjoy all of his time when he was with her, but knowing she was probably half-asleep because of the valerian, he didn’t want to wait too long and risk her changing her mind. It was better to sacrifice a little of the buildup for the sake of making sure everything went exactly the way he wanted it to.

He dropped her shirt on the ground off to the side and pressed into her again with zealous passion, running his hands over her soft skin as he gave her a moment to pull off his tunic if she wished.
They're adorable cx

That's pretty lame. Did you threaten to quit by any chance? I've heard that a lot of corporations will postpone promotions to nudge employees who have been around for a while towards quitting, because they can just replace them with new ones who will work for lower pay. Obviously I couldn't make the claim that that's what your bosses are doing since I don't work there, but it's a messed up business strategy that a lot of companies use to dodge around giving raises/benefits to employees and keep more money for the big-names at the top of the chain. I've also heard that if you threaten to quit, they could basically see it as a pass to just let you quit, because you're telling them that you're willing to look for a job somewhere else if they don't give you the raise.

I don't have a lot of trust in corporations, because I've learned a lot about their garbage policies to treat employees like tools ^^;
I would hope that's not what your bosses are doing, but you never know
