There's a panhandler who hangs out on the street corner by our dispensary every afternoon with a sign that just says "Green 4 Green?" and tbh, I respect my boy's confidence.

Roleplayer Profile

Format: 1x1s only. Maybe I'll try a group RP again someday, but I've never had one last longer than a few months
Posting Speed: Depending on my schedule, I can usually post at least once per week
Favorite Genres: Modern, Historical, Romance, Action/Adventure, Horror/Dark, Fantasy, Slice of Life, Dystopian, can be convinced to write some Sci-Fi
Hard 'no's: Fandoms. Sorry, but I can't maintain interest in characters/worlds I didn't build with my partner

Romantic Relationships: MxF or MxM (currently prefer MxM)
Character Images: Faceclaims or detailed descriptions only. I envision the characters like real people in my mind, so I can't take anime seriously
OOC chat: Yes please! I'm a total extrovert who loves to get to know the amazing minds behind my partners' characters

“A flash… of light?” Crow repeated confusedly when John answered his question. He wasn’t sure what he’d been expecting, but it certainly wasn’t that. He had no idea what the knight was talking about. Sure, he’d fallen asleep for a while, but he wasn’t a heavy sleeper by any means. If something like that had really happened, then he would have woken up… right? He shifted his weight slightly, suddenly unsure. Though he still didn’t understand what was going on, something definitely seemed off. He should have at least woken up when Penelope’s father had appeared. Was it really possible that he’d slept through more than just that? The realization made him swallow nervously.

As Penelope pulled back from him to meet his gaze, he stared at her in astonishment as she hurriedly began to explain everything he’d missed. To say that he was shocked by the information was an understatement. The thief blinked as she talked about how the Brerratic god, Toreus, had visited her and given the exact same warning that Aeklora had said to him two years ago. Somehow, knowing that the goddess’s prophecy about the destruction of the kingdoms was still in effect after all this time sent an ominous shiver up his spine. He’d been hoping that even though the staff had never made it to the former king of Brerra, enough had changed that they would be alright now, but apparently, things were worse than he’d even imagined.

Just when he’d thought she was finished, Crow’s eyes widened as Penelope continued on to say that her mother had appeared to both her and her father after Toreus had left. He didn’t know what to think about that. A mixture of emotions filled him: Joy that she had been able to meet her mother after all this time, bewilderment about why the Brerratic god would have granted her the opportunity, and even a little jealousy that Aeklora hadn’t given him the same chance to speak with his mother two years ago. Overall though, he simply felt overwhelmed by everything she had just told him at once.

“That… That’s great,” he said, stumbling slightly over his words as he tried to process it all. Shaking his head, he ran his hand through his hair again. “Gods, how did I sleep through all that?” he mused with a frown. Suddenly, he wondered if his spontaneous exhaustion hadn’t been a coincidence. Did Toreus do it? he thought, glancing over his shoulder at the glassy pond. It made some sense. After all, Aeklora had spoken to him alone when she’d visited. Perhaps this god had wanted to speak to Penelope one on one too. Still, he wished he hadn’t been knocked out. Communing with the gods was a unique experience, and he would have liked to get a second opportunity to do it.

Meeting Penelope’s gaze again, the thief gently ran one hand over her back. “Do you think we should go back to the inn?” he asked softly. “It sounds like you’ve had a crazy night.”
I loved it <3 They're so cute
And I'm happy for Penelope

Crow has no idea what's going on, but he wants to believe it's John's fault xD
Crow’s eyes fluttered slowly open as he awoke, dazed and disoriented in the grass. He shifted groggily, trying to remember where he was and when he had even fallen asleep. From the little that he could remember, he and Penelope had snuck out of the inn after John had passed out to visit the Gods’ Mirror pond, they’d slept together, and then they’d gotten ready to go back to their room for the night. Everything else was a blur, and he couldn’t recall falling asleep at all.

Suddenly aware that Penelope was no longer beside him, Crow sat up to look for her. However, knowing that she would never have left him while he was unconscious, he was in no rush to find her and took another moment to try and wake up a bit more. He ran a hand through his hair and stretched as he finally let his weary gaze wander over the clearing, expecting to see the knight sitting somewhere close by while he’d been sleeping. Instead, he stiffened in surprise when his eyes landed on her. She was nearby, but she wasn’t alone.

What is he doing here? Crow thought with a rush of panic as he gaped at John. When had the older knight woken up? And how had he possibly found them out in the middle of the woods? The thief’s mind reeled as he tried to comprehend what was going on. He was worried about what Penelope’s father was going to do now that he’d caught them together, but even more so than that, he was worried that the man may have already done something to her. It was hard to tell for sure from a distance, but he was almost certain that he could see a faint glimmer of tears on Penelope’s cheeks.

Feeling a flash of protectiveness, he scrambled to his feet and ran quickly over to her side. When he reached her, he immediately dropped to his knees and rested his hands on her shoulders, no longer caring about keeping any space between them for her father’s sake. After all, John had already caught them for sneaking out together. What more could he possibly punish them for? So, ignoring the older knight, he studied her face with a concerned expression. Now up close, he was sure of it—she had been crying.

Anger pulsed through him as he realized that her father must have done something to her. He turned with a cold glare towards the other man, ready to defend her against whatever John had said or done, but then faltered as he saw wetness glistening on the older knight’s cheeks as well. In the next moment, confusion flooded his features in place of rage as he looked between the two Vermillions. No matter how hard he wracked his brain, he couldn’t understand why they both looked like they had been crying together. All he knew was that he needed to make sure Penelope was safe and alright.

“What’s going on here?” Crow asked warily, still unwilling to let his guard down around John. He leaned a little closer to Penelope out of protectiveness, eyeing her father with an uncertain expression. “How did you find us here, and why is she crying?”
For sure xD
You might want to message me so I know when you post it. I may play Risk or something with my husband while I wait lmao
Nah, you go for it! ^^
I don't have anything to write for Crow while he's out cold, and I figure you should write out the part for the god and Penelope's mother, since it was your idea.

I mean, I could write for one/both if you want, but otherwise, it's all you!
Honestly xD Crow would have died

I'm so excited for the next part~ cx
Crow leaned into the grass with his eyes closed, panting heavily as he fought to catch his breath. Between the length of time that had passed since their last intimate encounter and Penelope’s zeal during this one, he was feeling quite dazed. As she rolled off of him to lay at his side, he turned his head to meet her gaze with an absent grin, “It really did,” he said breathily, running his hand over her arm. “Although I hope we never have to wait that long again. This is too much fun to be a monthly activity.” He pressed a teasing kiss to her nose.

As she mentioned that they shouldn’t stay for much longer, he nodded faintly in agreement. Even though he wished they could lay together in the woods all night, they couldn’t risk getting caught by her overprotective father. If John found out what they had been doing, the knight really would kill him—or think of some other twisted way to punish him for sleeping with his daughter. He shuddered at the thought, suddenly finding the strength to sit up and gather his discarded clothes.

Once he finished getting dressed, Crow yawned widely and leaned back on his palms, arching his back as he stretched out his torso. It had been so long since the last time they’d been together that he’d forgotten just how exhausted he felt when they were finished. It was difficult for him to even keep his eyes open. He shook his head, trying to rid himself of his weariness, and rubbed his eyes with one hand. Unfortunately, the feeling persisted.

“I know we need to go back soon,” he mumbled, looking up at Penelope blearily. “But we don’t need to leave this very moment, right?” He yawned again. “Let’s stay… just a little…” He didn’t even manage to finish the thought before his exhaustion suddenly overtook him and he passed out, collapsing onto his side as he fell unconscious.
Crow really likes that xD
Crow smiled against Penelope’s lips as she dragged him to the ground with her, enjoying her wild energy. He was glad that her father was such a deep sleeper, since they wouldn’t have been able to get away if he had woken up. It was much better to sleep with her now than wait until they reached the castle, especially since they didn’t even know what their time there was going to look like yet. As long as John was fighting to keep them apart, secret getaways like this were the best they were going to get.

Now on top of her, the thief leaned down to press a series of kisses to her neck, trailing his hands sensuously over her body. At her words, he chuckled softly and pulled back to meet her gaze, “I think the same thing about you all the time.” He touched another gentle kiss to her cheek and closed his eyes as she began to kiss him along his neck. The feeling of her soft lips against his skin made him shudder, and a quiet moan escaped from him. After going a whole month without her intimate touch, everything she did made his heart race wildly. He couldn’t believe how incredibly attractive she was and how lucky he was that she wanted to be with him.

As Penelope suggestively offered to take over, he opened his eyes again and grinned at her eagerly. “I think you do,” he murmured, leaning down to press a passionate kiss to her lips and shifting his weight to one arm so he could freely move his other hand over her body. As he did, he allowed her to take off his pants and then pushed the discarded clothing without breaking the kiss. Once he was fully unclothed, he pressed into her even closer, enjoying the intimacy of being with her, skin to skin, without pushing for more right away.

However, after a short while, Crow pulled back to catch his breath and met her gaze with a mischievous smirk. In the next moment, he rolled them both over so that he was lying on his back and she was on top of him instead. His green eyes swept over her body, and he traced his hands slowly down the length of her sides. “Alright, love, show me what you’ve got,” he said with a challenging wink. “I’m all yours.”
Oh geez xD
That's awkward but also I can't wait
