Current Boy, you're like a pizza cutter: all edge and no point.

I think I should write a pithy roleplay about how an expenditure of effort does not entitle you to your perception of an equivalent reward. Anyone know someone who'd be interested?

Okay, let's be honest for a second here, if we stop the status bar from being edgy angst land it really doesn't have anything going for it except sheer autism.

Does anyone know where you can get a white trilby embroidered with threatening messages? Asking for a friend.

That's probably for the best! c:
At this point, I think we can say Ouroboros will not be in Division A, so...

Post however is necessary to bring stuff up to date, Dyst. c:
We should give Ouro a bit more time to post - if they haven't posted by Saturday night, then I'll post again.
I'm waiting for Ouroboros to post. c:
"If you invoke the name of a Warbringer, few should challenge you should you attempt to enter the Institute of War, Kami-sensei - even that of a Warbringer as lowly as myself." Shira noted in response to Kami asking whether or not she could read the Hataga's sacred manuscripts. It was a fairly reasonable request, given that Kami was one who pursued knowledge, and far be it from Shira to actively deny someone in authority what they wanted. What exactly Kami could learn was the subject of great mystery - plenty could be acquired in Toshoukan's writings, but the knowledge was not always straightforward, much like the nature of war upon which it was based. There were cryptic passages and texts, pieces of information that seemed out of place, and even ciphers and carefully folded pages to keep information from prying eyes that were not worthy of the original Warbringers' knowledge. The various arts of war were constant, unlike so much of humanity's achievements, and though the level of warfare had changed since the dawn of the clan, the tactics that worked had not: they simply required different applications now. Kami seemed intelligent enough, but whether or not she would be perceptive enough to crack the codes employed by the Warbringers of old was another matter entirely.

"I know the locations of the major organs, though I know little of their functions outside of the very basics. I know the skeleton well enough to name major bones, but my knowledge is less academic and more practical, Kami-sensei." Shira answered, not attempting to hide the fact that her knowledge with regards to the academics of anatomy were not on par with those of her sensei - even if they had been, she would have downplayed her knowledge out of respect. Such was the way of one who served. Over the course of the conversation's many back and forths, Shira had noticed another, younger girl enter the shop with an air of purpose that seemed to be somehow beyond the simple purchasing of chestnut-related products - there was no basis for the assumption, but Shira simply had a feeling in the pit of her stomach that told her that such was the case. Until she spoke out there was little else to do but wait to see if Shira was right.

"Discipline is the primary attribute of the Hataga, Kami-sensei, especially so of those with a long lineage like mine. If you give the command, I will obey. I am yours from now until such a time where you are no longer my Sensei." Shira started, and looked as if she was going to say more, before Namine launched herself at Kami's feet in a fashion that was similar (at least in spirit) to her own entrance - both had prostrated themselves before Kami, albeit in different fashions, but it was likely not coincidence that Kami had gotten two obedient students who were eager to learn - perhaps it was a test for Shira and Namine, to see if they could broaden their horizons, or perhaps a test for Kami to see how she would deal with students. Perhaps both.

"Pleased to meet you, Namine-san! I am Warbringer Shira of the Hataga clan, and it is my honour to be your partner under Kami-sensei's tutelage!" Shira would speak after Kami replied to Namine's introduction - it was not her place to speak first.
I'll post for Shira tonight. :D
... Or tomorrow. >_>

Sorry about the delay. xD
I'll be more active come the weekend - Life has not been kind recently. xD
If you don't stop, I'll ask you forcefully to stop it. :D

Only Tatsua is allowed to make "Sun" jokes.

I have completed a preliminary roster for the shuffle around of the teams, and with it a new ethos for what the team system actually means. The team system here is going to be extremely fluid, meaning that you are free to go train with whomever you want, and your pre-set teams are only for basic compatibility and to keep everything bureaucratically sound. If two teams want to train together, that's fine, they can absolutely do that. If you want to go tag along and hop on Kirugetsu's... Uh... Train like everyone else, you're free to do so with his consent. If you want to just stay within your own team, that's obviously fine too. I'll be talking with Durn and Innue to get some plot ideas flowing within the next few days, so we can progress nicely after introductions are finally over and done with. :D

Team Moon

Kirugetsu - Beta
Shisen - Lilly
Maruki - Marrow
Taiho - Durn

Team Sun

Kami - Dystopia
Seiga - Tatsua
Kino - Prince

Team Star

Shio - Innue
Shira - Tuuj
Namine - Ouroboros

Team Earth

Jhino - Champion
Ria - Masaki
Fuwa - Kittman

I'll be welcoming all constructive criticism, as well, so if you have any issues with the setup that you can help improve, please feel free to let me know either on here, through PM, or on Skype.
I felt like I owed an explanation for what was said specifically to Marrow.

I'm all for having a constructive debate over the issue, but if you don't feel that we're capable of that, we can just end this now. I'm more of a proponent for letting opinions be known as long as they aren't inherently offensive for the sake of being offensive - if you're not, I apologise.
