@Vortex There is two inherent benefits of trade. It makes the buyer better off, and it makes the seller better off. It is really that simple. Do you buy bread if you think bread will make you worse off? Do you sell bread if it makes you worse off? This rule even applies to sweatshops. Do you go into them because you have better opportunities? Does closing them and their purposes create new opportunities?
Legend tells of two gods. Cosmic brothers of creation. Their names worshipped as Atem and Meta. No others but they ruled the universe, and created the divine law of 13. On this law bore 13 principles. Each god equal in power, they created 6 cosmos of their own perfection. They then created the 7th universe, Terra. On this cosmo, the final battle rages.
The 13 Principles
I: All objects face toward cosmic power, all cosmic power creates mass. II: All walks of life are deities over self, and within those deities are deities over sub-selves. III: All objects contain the cosmic power of will. IV: All that exists is equally reflected in the opposite Cosmo. V: All things are without perfection. VI: All life seeks their opposite VII: All objects are disbanded at unification. VIII: All things must begin. IX: All things must end. X: All objects operate in cycles. XI: All times are neither good nor bad for the Cosmoverse. XII: All things exist within the Cosmoverse. XIII: All that is great must fall.
The 13 Cosmos
(Atem) Atemria Vorim Saethi Gabrel Wehser Eireth Terra Goldis Lucidio Saezat Mojoromo Eretiika Metaria (Meta)
Cosmic Factions
Atemrials
The Angelic guardians of Atemria, embodied in pure white energy. They are equals of the Metarials and are engaged in infinite combat with them.
Metarials
The Demonic guardians of Metaria, embodied in pure black energy. They are equals of the Atemrials and are engaged in infinite combat with them.
Mortals
At first castaways of the gods, they are now the grain of sand that tips the scales. The fight only in the scattered worlds of Terra. The battle rages In the 1000 Terraverses. Mortal Atemrials, or Atemlites battle their cosmic equivalent, Metalite.
Well, I live on 1/20000000 North Shores, mine in Chicago. I think a dot saying North Shore of Bodton could work, otherwise you can't see it.
@TheSovereignGrave I apologize, I did not see your nation sheet. Took me awhile to find on map lol. I would recommend just using a dot like Marshall. (The highlighted area is almost exactly all within Boston)
@TheSovereignGraveI feel your pain, but remember that old borders most likely aren't in effect at the apocalypse. You could probobaly just wing it, then show the actual on close up. @IsotopeThat has always been my problem with this genre. I will spam Marshall about it.
@Marshall I would say 2055, chaos is pretty quick. If we wanted to, we could currently make the world like that (-that type of mutant, or mutants in general) within a year. I think 40 years is enough to set up makeshift nations. Also I think a harsh winter in January 15 would be good :P @TheSovereignGrave I concur; the Rhineland is hardly visible. I think I made mine too big. @Terminal In that case, if you were elaborating on it IC, then I see your point. I would personally just add a few tinges of guilt when referring to it.
Last post, I mean it this time (as I do acknowledge doing nothing is a sign of being wrong, but it is still boring) The Monks are creating an Army to face...what in their collection of hermitages? They don't have an army for their ancient oppressors, yet now they do for a non-exsistant "better-to-be-prepared"...that is the inaccuracy.
Only 10 Chinese vs 70 Tibetans died, and that mostly because of fires started by the Chinese. Read article, then post. I have to say, proving you wrong when I don't have to is getting boring. PM with anything you think I need to hear as Co-GM, but Net-Fights never end well.
@Terminal Thanks, it's really just meat and military. Military might be hard to work out, but a loop hole for mutants is possible, just mention that it exists.
