Idea: Can view/Can comment/Can edit/Ghost PMs:
Jack, Jill, John, and James. have a PM.
Jack starts the PM. He doesn't want Jill to know John can view the PM, so he sets John to 'Ghost'.
Jack wants James to only be able to comment on some ideas, so he sets him to 'can comment'. Comments would work like replies that appear in margins within hider-like things.

I think there a stigma of OP that needs to be addressed: being powerful is OK, so long as everybody is powerful. if it is the type of world where everybody has billions of command-carriers at their disposal, than having a few billion of them is not OP. If everybody probably only has 5, then that is OP. OP means overpowered in comparison to the challenge. I believe that is a large misconception about various RPs.
