That also sounds traumatic.

It sounds worse than it is. Not that it fells great or anything.
<Snipped quote by Valiance>

It's centralized somehow, right?

<Snipped quote by Shadow Dragon>

I'm not used to this yet.

Your original self does have... “Priority”. Matters for things like if one of the duplicates is destroyed in some way, it gives the bit of your consciousness in it a method and direction to re-merge safely. With practice, it can be shifted between selves.

But I don't feel split up.

<Snipped quote by Shadow Dragon>

Woooah—
*Tries to regain my balance*

You won’t, because it’s all you. Just more you than you’re used to.

...

<Snipped quote by Valiance>

How is my mind connected to all of them?

Simple, I’ve made it so your mind actually exists in each of them. It’s the same thing I do. To be in more than one place at once, a little piece of me goes with them.
<Snipped quote by Valiance>

That's incredible. Wow.

Everything you feel has been very much real.
<Snipped quote by Valiance>

I don't want to either. What are they made of?

Real stuff. You are exactly the same in each, down to the particle, but it’s real-fake. If you hurt yourself with a duplicate, you’ll feel pain, but don’t worry about any lasting damage carrying over.
<Snipped quote by Valiance>

Some more naturally than others, I think.
*Tries walking between the others but stumbles on the foot of the second one*

Careful now. I don’t want you hurting yourself.
<Snipped quote by Valiance>

It's a lot like juggling.

That’s a very good analogy. It’s also an easy skill to master.

<Snipped quote by Valiance>

Interesting.

*Chuckles*
<Snipped quote by Valiance>

Three wheels are supposed to be easier than two.
*Starts to walk all three around in a circle*

You look to be handling it better than when there were two.
<Snipped quote by Valiance>

Well, no. Not yet.

Just like when a parent guides a kid along when they’re riding a bike, and they let go while the kid thinks they’re still there, and suddenly they’re doing it entirely on their own. I think you’ll be fine. Have some fun with it!
