Don't know if I'd ever talk to you but yeah why not. For the record I'm not very chatty outside of the OOC. I do a lot of other things still playing Fallout 4, got another RP over at the Beth forums, doing some writing for a mod. Then work. I often forget there are things like friends.

Welp, sounds like someone is going to be pissed. All that hard work. On the other hand those Cheerleaders are safe, despite them being dead just hours ago. I wond.. Nope, already got the tentacle thing going not digging myself deeper with questions that don't need to be asked nor answered.

Speaking of Villains. Anyone with Big Boss type characters or lots of criminal elements should probably flesh things out, turf wars, neutral zones like bars, and varied history. Little touches that would add character to the small places in the world.

But it would give that cohesive feeling that I'm interacting with the world, traversing through other RPer's areas without requiring their direct hand and still impacting their OCs just by making waves at the lower levels. Eventually someone will say hey boss there's this sword lady making trouble in our territories and that boss can decide to either deal with it on his own or bring it to the big bads if things escalate.

Still there will be places I make myself but I was just asking so I could decide which would give me more options.

You would be correct in that guess. I just was offering one of the ones I have in my roster of them. I also doubt you particularly want to go after the Cancer's area but if you do I could list off some of the less significant and minor Crew hangouts.

The High Spire Lounge is a very upscale but rather villain oriented place. In the sense that a lot of the people there are corrupt types. But the upper crust of the baddies of that sort. Where the higher ups in criminal organizations and such hang out in luxury sort of thing.

I'm guessing random people walking into the place is a no go. I was looking for smaller dives where the chances of the doorman not being filthy rich and mega tough aren't a certainty.
