Hello, and welcome to my page! I'm known as Veilan, Vei, Tom, Thomas or Steve.
I am Canadian and I live in PT/PST time zone (AKA. GMT -8) so there may be a time difference between when I can type. On weekends, I'm normally up between 10AM/11AM-11PM/1AM PT and on weekdays I'm normally on between 3:50PM-9PM/10PM. (Unless noted differently)
I am not new to the fantasy writing genre, though I am new to RPing so please don't judge my abilities throughout RP.
If you wish to meet/work with me then you will mostly see me working on the fantasy genre, (specifically dragons and/or magic.)
I mainly joined because writing a story has inspired me to work with other people to obtain new techniques about character elements/development and also get introduced to some others.
An FYI: When I go to join an RP, I may ask many questions, so sorry if I overwhelm you!

What does IMO mean?
Anyway it's modern day mixed in with fantasty. So humans have everything we have today, then there are other mythical creatures such as griffins, trolls, ogres, etc.

What type of world are they waking up to? Just wondering how far in technology did the humans improved?

1 & 2: It's all up to you. You got full control over character creation. I allow this in every Rp as I see no reason for to limit it.
3: I'm considering it, if each dragon had its' own power then they would be better suited to surviving. So probably.
4: Maybe, we will see how it goes but if I did though, it wouldn't be for a good portion of the Rp, since it will be about how you survive and interact in the world around you.
Alrighty, Thanks for the info! I'll stick around to see what's going on and if it's happening, I'll probably dig around, create 2 chars if not.

I'm pretty interested, though I don't entirely understand these "Tiered systems" that you are talking about. Care to explain, please? I'm also fairly new to the community, so if you accept me, I may be meh.

Hello, I'm Veilan. I'm also known as Vei, Keski, or Veilan Keskivaard. (Keep in mind these are all nicknames of my sona, not my RL name(s).) I'm fairly new to roleplaying but I have read a few roleplays and I really enjoyed them! I mainly joined because writing a story has inspired me to work with other people to obtain new techniques about character elements/development and also get introduced to some people. Sorry if this post has gotten a bit out of hand OR if you get overwhelmed at the questions I propose.
I'm interested and may join for the ride if I'm available at the time.
Also, I have multiple questions:
1) Will you have a preset-character or can you design one or what?
2) Is there a limit to personality traits a dragon/human can have?
3) Are there going to be any non-fictional elements, like magic?
4) Will there be time warps for faster plot development? (Ex. 2 years later...) If so, would these dragons be allowed to mate and have children together to repopulate? (Discussing the events in OOC. Ex: "BTW [Player1] and [Player3] are having hatchlings." and not actually posting IC that they are having kids until after the event, this would mean both players would have to consent to this ahead of time.)
