With Trump, we may just have opened that door.

2024: Kanye West for the Dems, Ted Nugent for the Reps

The sun sets on the second day of scary situations and spooky slaying. Night falls, shadows and stuff happens in the leaves, and maybe the moon is out or something.

tsukune, who killed Lincoln, is unmanned by spooky scary skeleton kid. Jack Skellington unmods Hank. Undertale invents another form of creepypasta - instead of people being scared by ghostly video games, what would happen if the video games were scared by ghostly people? Shifty, Shoryu, Broby, and their Waifu let off some steam as Broby's second layer of blood dries. Palin macks on a one-dimensional cartoon person, proving that like attracts like. Hooplah Fish gets gobstoppers; probably the big ones, since ol' one eyed Hooplah has the gob for it. Final Fantasy, the Cockle, Gary Johnson, and MayLien also shoot the shit on this night of parties. Mahz would like to see Shaco slathered in Buffalo Wing sauce. Trump, tired of his own rallies, decides to sit this one out.

It's close to midnight, and Myyt is lurking in the dark.

So first of all, here we lose VarionusNW, shot by the milkman. Neither has done much particularly exciting, but I do feel it is worth noting that the Milkman is wearing a Cellphone costume at the moment of the crime. ArenaSnow hooks up with X-Tan. But neither is the main event. Not at all.

It's fucking me. I've never been much in these games, but today I score a victory against two of the coldest killers when I fucking murder the Devil, a man who has ordered the death of six different tributes, and in doing so I scare the shit out of Mike Myers, the second coldest killer in the game with three deaths to his name. This is like gutting Hitler right at Mussolini's feet. And, with the devil's head mounted in my study, I become the coldest motherfucker on the street.

All hail to the me.
Not, but I am intrigued. Tell me more about Fruit Bowls. If I myself don't have a house, could I rent a fruit bowl in somebody else's house?
I have to wonder how many write-ins there'll be this election.

You know what, in a mix of good humor and legitimate frustration, I think I'm going to write in James Tiberius Kirk.

This was actually doubly a poor choice of article; abcnews.com.co is a satirical news site.

Goddamnit. I knew that too. The writer is fucking "Jimmy Rustling."

I just googled something like "Trump protestors paid March" and grabbed an article next to the ones with less credible looking names forgetting to check the date. I just remember this stuff so I half-assedly google because I figure others remember it too.

Two, you've not actually connected it in anyway to electoral rigging. Electoral rigging is a different thing, and a very serious accusation to throw around without providing evidence.

This is pretty worrisome. We've dealt with it on the small scale since, like, forever. But the narrative Trump is spinning right now, that if he loses then the election is illegitimate, is the sort of thing that kills constitutional governments. We'd be banking on that narrative only catching up with his core and turning off moderate Republicans. That, and the military ultimately being loyal to the electorate rather than Trump.
@Vilageidiotx You say old news, but that article was literally posted today, which is the same day this video was posted. And yeah I suppose, but maybe some of Hillary's supporters who had been fooling themselves up until now will see how crazy she is.

Woops, I picked a new article from a nest of old ones. Here is one from a major source.

I very very much doubt Trump will shake much from registered Dems, and certainly not any meaningful number of people who supported Hillary since the beginning of this cycle. Things like this aren't brand new. (Cite1) (Cite2). And of course, beyond that there is the haunting memory of 1968. Not to mention decades if not centuries of politicians accusing others of faking votes from the dead, or voting multiple times, which proceeds from the old Machine Politics era of the late 19th and early 20th who's corruption makes the Clinton machine look like the boy scouts.

But that's the background. Needless to say, it's going to take something absolutely unthinkable to break Clinton's core support. For this to affect her it has to hit supporters outside the core; the Never-Trump people, the until-recently-undecideds, and the unaffiliated Bernie supporting her would need to be so loosely supporting her that they are looking for a reason to defect. That could very well be true; considering that her favorability level is low. Polls a week from now will tell. I won't make a confident prediction, but lets just say this; if you held a gun to my head and forced me to guess how this would play out, I'd say I expect this to glance right off her numbers like they were written in stone. I think at this point, the only remotely possible way of her losing this thing is actual prosecution.
This is a regurgitation of old news. I can remember this story back when the KC Trump Rally went sour in, like, February or March or whenever that was.

Despite being a copy-paste, it could be interesting if it gets traction. I feel like elections involve a sort of natural pull for equilibrium, so if there are some people nominally supporting Hillary or undecided because they can't find an excuse to support Trump, this could be their way back to their standard team.

But that really depends. Strict polling says Trump is up pussy creek without a paddle. But could there be a lot of reasonable Trump supporters embarrassed by the guy and his main base? Or are there some who cannot jibe Trump's behavior with their values and are abstaining from voting? (I know a few of these). If that is a significant enough group of people, maybe we might see some poll fluctuations based on this.

On the other hand, there is the possibility too that, with all of the talk about Hillary's character over the years, the right may have accidentally inoculated the general population to her seedier side. As in, everyone who isn't going to vote for Clinton because of corruption is already not voting for her, and nobody is particularly shocked when a bad Clinton story breaks

This has been a fun election year either way.
@Vilageidiotx

But words of wisdom as well come for the person as well. But its not as easy as to just buck up.

I understand depression complicates the bucking up situation. The important thing for that is to start moving in a direction, even if that direction isn't college quite yet.
I've got an AA, duel-BA, and a JD. A fiancee, two kids and another on the way. I come from meager means. So it is do-able. You can survive community college. Especially, if you are not working in the mean time. All you need to do is build yoursel a scedule. You know what you have to do - stop crying about it and do it. Otherwise you need to drop out of college because all you are doing is wasting money.
