This seems pretty interesting; while certainly no stranger to this concept, this video was still a great reminder, helping me refine my understanding of it. Hope this is of interest to somebody else, too.

What does your tail being strong enough to rip off appendages have to do with James crushing your tail? He has the physical strength to easily do it.

Well, it implies that the tail has more tensile strength than a man's arm. If you can rip something apart without tearing your own muscles, that means that your muscle is built of a stronger material, right? Otherwise, it would be ripped apart by their own contraction strength.

At least that's how i see it.

Honestly, Yami is stretching their shadowbending ability far more than the description in their CS would allow. Not that i'm saying it's bad - if it's done outside of a tournament, in order to slightly balance out the odds and keep the fight going, instead of ending in the first few posts, that's fine by me. But, IMHO, it's always better to write that into your CS beforehand or talk it over in OOC before doing so.

P.S. - don't do that against me, plis. Gigue is supposed to be smack-dab low-tier, no overshooting :P

It's team 1, then team 2, then 1 then 2 again - one of the simplest orders for a group fight, making it most commonly used; we can mix it up depending on how the fight itself starts to go though. So that means you're third in order, since you're on the same team as me, and i'm posting first.

Here's the deal guys: i've got a draft of my post done, and will be finishing it promptly, but before, there's one matter i'd like to sort out. @Davlamin hasn't been on for 9 days - or so the counter in his profile says, at least - and i've sent him a PM about 20 hours ago. and if he doesn't respond soon, that will mean he's probably not in the shape to participate right now.

In case that happens i'd like to propose two solutions: first, we can find another person to take his place, keeping the 2v2 format intact and the cast of participants diverse; secondly, i could volunteer myself and bring in two characters of mine into the fight, instead of one, and if you accept, take you under my tutelage for this fight, using such a situation to pass on whatever slivers of combat roleplay experience i have through both word and... well, written action. Feel free to pick whichever suits you.
