"Hmph, I see" Of course a cold would hit the Slums, it was a den of filth and a breeding ground for vermin both Human or not. Willis was surprised the people there had not died already from wallowing in their own shit, but then again that was the nature of Humans, enduring hardships while making sure they do nothing to improve their situation. But Willis had no doubt that Liz would be able to fix it, she was a miracle worker afterall "I wish you luck".
