Any true leader would have done the same, Gustavus thought "I see, then I suggest you put them into place if you truly wish for the survival of humanity, which I assume you do" Gustavus wondered how far his plans would go, would she even consider them? How effective would they even be? How long would they last? Not long, Gustavus reckoned for humans were weak in the mind and will not follow the simplest rule even if it prolongs their survival.
