“As much as I create, I too, destroy,” uttered The Womb as he suddenly smashed the ground with his fist. The impact was so hard, the ground around the group was blasted into the air by the tons. It was almost as if an explosion had gone off underneath their feet. The officers were unanimously crippled, every one either critically injured due to falling from height, or buried underneath hundreds of pounds of wet sand.

It might also be pertinent to list strength as one of the skills The Womb has, as he just buried all the police force at the scene in a single punch (and whatever else he's capable). Just my opinion but anyways, I'll have a post up in the next few hours with something to show
Well School has been a cruel mistress, I'll have a post up either today or tomorrow depending on what's happening today for me so it'll be up soon either way.
Crap, you can't send a pm to more than 5 people at once... What kind of limitation is this in 2016 o.O Well we're in a predicament ;/
@Polyphemus
Can we create a pm group with the Gm and Co-gm for the Splinter Group so we can let you in on our shenanigans? I can make the pm group right now (I don't think anyone else would mind :P)

The speech by The Voice of Change was... breathtaking to say the least as he could not simply focus or remember anything in the past moments in which slipped through his hands thoughtlessly. When she was done, all he saw the shiny beacon on his hand that outshone almost everyone else around him. There was those who had a noticeable difference from each other that perked his interest indeed but with the ring on his finger, it would distract him as long as it was there. It was a masterful piece of work in which he admired for the craftsmanship that was put into the creation of it. However, such a feat and time that would be needed to be invested in such a work of art would been enough to remember. The catch was that he didn't remember the expansive amount of magic being put into making these rings which was very curious over his missing spot in his memories.

The offer that was given by The Voice of change indeed was enticing to him and was the only thing that was on his mind given the nature between him and the ring. He silently questioned the qualities of the ring and what it was capable of doing when used along with many other specifics, scenarios and many things relating to the ring. There were many questions that could be asked and some that would be answered when she talked to The Voice of Change to take her offer in internalizing the gift.

On his way to the powerful lady, he took notice of the other competitors which he brought his attention to which would be the competition for the Ragnorok. A large majority were what he could consider as 'average' and similar to everyone else in comparison while some had other defining features. Taking note of a few particulars which seriously took his interest as he slowly stopped to observe someone and appreciate their qualities from a distance. Smiling a little bit at the handful of people in the crowds that would make this competition very interesting to be in and not to mention fun. Taking note of the time that he had left to spend the night, there were about 4 more hours that he could spend and he might as well take care about the ring first.
I don't want to be a damper on your party but... There was a slight expectation in me that this was supposed to be around street-level characters and not city-busters? We already have a dragon and then basically a god who wants to come to the party, so we'd have two people easily trampling buildings easily like whilly-nilly. I'm not sure what but I dont think we're facing Galactus anytime soon or an alien invasion so both of those characters are overpowered for the situation we're in. The only feasible character that has the slightest chance of winning is Caden's augmented character, due to his various enhancements and still he'll lose almost 10/10 times even against base form of Lancelot and not to mention the God Fist character. The rest of the cast is useless in fighting the other two even with everyone pitted against them.

Either way, my two cents on the things but yeah. Rare metals, emotional limiters and anything else wouldn't be able to do anything to stop even 500 lbs of force coming onto your body and completely decimating you with Mach 1+ speed almost instantaneously. Too fast to catch and too strong to hold down for any physical limiters to accurately be used either way. Comparing our strongest character from the two, Poly's character couldn't take that and Yin's character's rapid regeneration wouldn't help with his whole body decimated in one blow. If we are going to accept two characters of this caliber, I'm going to reconsider about my character abilities so they don't become collateral in just the mere shock waves.

@WanderingSpirit So he still sees "everything normal(to an extent)"+coloured stuff? Since you said he turned blind...or was that just for the sake of fluff? Like he doesn't just see a person as a energy source but actually can make out their details(See face, body yadda yadda)? That's still fine, and considering Yggdrasil Seeds can be de/activated at will(Since having them active cost mana) he won't even be too blinded by all those light beacons full of mana.

I would say that he would be able to see the general shape of people as their energy source, with the curves and features of their body along with some more details. But they'd be just that, they'd all look like mannequins to him after that point with varying intensities of their 'glow' as an indication of how much magical resource they have. Other living organisms will have their solid shapes as well but not fine detail like the lines of the leaves or the texture of bark on the trees and similar cases.

If he'd deactivated the seed, it would make him blind again in both senses since he lost his regular sight after having them rewired permanently and now his magical sight making him truly blind. Hopefully, the mana cost perhaps will be manageable or neglectable even as compensation for losing his other sight for this but no doubt there will be moments where he'd have to turn it off. I'd consider his Seed to be a great weapon for him yet his greatest handicap for the tournament.

@Polyphemus
His abilities only work with directly with people hence why it's always a risk as his identity can be exposed if he's not careful about handling things. At this point I don't consider him to do anything else besides hearing thoughts from a distance, he'd have to get closer to do anything more than that, like a close confrontation to make more use of his abilities.

Anyways, thanks! I assume that I'm accepted?
