Notable Skills: In the Ru tradition she is trained in various traditional martial arts of their people. Her specialty is with her word oh which she has a reputation as being one the best female swordsman in known history. Her secondary style is a speed based striking style that focuses mostly and hand movement.

Ki Techniques/powers:
Ru Domain: A technique passed down through her family. Their Ki extends in a massive field around herself and covers the entire village and part of the nearby forest. This allows her to sense with near perfect accuracy who is in the area of her village and able to distinguish their race, gender, ki type, any techniques in current use, and some aspects of health and origin. This ability also allows her to charge objects with ki; fortifying defenses with her own energy or activating traps via that use.

Moonlight: She fires a ball of ki into the air that explodes and illuminates a large area around her, anything illuminated by her ki becomes attuned to her own energy. She is quickly of using the ki in the air to essentially teleport to any location attuned to her as long as she can see it.

Weapons: Her primary weapons are a katana and wakizashi but she also uses Naginata sometimes.

Personality:
Despite being a clan leader, Kiri Ru is known for behaving in ways most would see more fit for a commoner. She hates formalities and is often vulgar and crude in discussions and sometimes actions, preferring to just live her life instead of worry about what's proper. She loves fighting and is just as quick to spar and decide on things via that as she is to talk to other leaders.

Brief history: The current Lady Ru was the sole daughter of the one before her, and from an early age studied the martial arts of her family. When she became a teenager she spent several years traveling around so she could understand the world outside of their region and use that knowledge to help inform her decisions in the future. She went on many adventures on the isles and beyond before coming back in her 20s to take over Ru as their leader. She doesn't have much of a presence in Baji politics but she is loved by her people and respected a warrior by most (and a potential wife by many more).

Rejected once more by an ally when trying to help and bond, Jiang just shrugged her off and let her do her own thing. She was humbled on this day and Jiang didn't want to say anything else to hurt her. Thxng's words struck him like a lightning bolt when she couldn't assure him that his family would be safe. She answered all of his questions in full and the more she spoke, the more it became apparent that they really had no choice but to comply. This wasn't a partnership, but slavery or at the very best indentured servitude. They were caught in a seemingly inescapable web from cast by this ki witch and he had hoped that there was a way to escape her influence. Baji regained his composure and cool demeanor, running his hand through his hair and smiling at the crazy psycho woman and shooting her a toothy grin. "Then I suppose that settles it, right? We're going to head to Ru with this knowledge that you have given us and we're going to succeed in our mission. Thank you very much for the assistance and test of skill. Next time we meet though, you'll have to let me take you out on a date instead of fighting." He said while delivering the trademark Jiang attitude and flair while striking a manly pose, setting his hands behind his head and flexing his biceps. His abs tightened as he bent his knees for the perfect execution of posing. This was his way of blowing off some steam, as he walked forward with the knowledge of how much bigger this issue has just become. "Takumi, I'm ready to reach Ru if you and the others are ready. We have to convince them to be ready for whatever is coming."

The Ki Witch and her family

Known for her beauty and power Nohime is a very mysterious and influential person within the Baji Isles. While she makes her primary home in the Zhu empire she is very active in Baji and has several manors that she uses as vacation homes of sorts. Originating on a different world all together she has spent the past few hundred years interfering in politics all across the world she currently calls home. People in Baji know very little of her past or her motives, only that she says Baji reminds her of where she grew up. What is known is that she is very long lived, having been active for several hundred years so far and showing no sign of aging. Her family is a faction by itself and she uses her many children to engage in all sorts of activities across several nations. Most common is her dealing with faction leaders or very dedicated individuals who seek great power, them forging deals with her that always make their desire come true as long as they maintain her favor and keep up their end. Kingdoms have been forged thanks to her backing and those same kingdoms have been turned to ash as a result of losing her favor.

Countless people are in her pocket with many leaders owing her back for their rises to power, and many so called heroes rumored to have used her to gain their strength. Her children are feared warriors and assassins, normally enforcing her will on those who betray her or ensuring the winds of change flow in her favored direction. With her ability to seemingly grant wishes and her knowledge of everything going on some people have begun to think of her as a Kami herself and offer worship or tribute. Many other leaders simply think of her as a powerful witch, and possibly the greatest Ki master to ever live. One thing is agreed by all though, if she wanted to the isles would be under her full control and no one could stop it.
