Electrokinesis: Gabriel has the ability to create and manipulate electricity of all kinds. He can shape electricity into various objects in the form of constructs and fire off powerful blast of power. Gabriel is also able to discharge a huge amount of electricity into his enemies grabbing onto them, which is capable of causing them to explode. He is able to absorb electricity to replenish his reserves and can move metal by using electromagnetism.

Other Skills: He is an expert brawler and street fighter, as well as an excellent marksman. Gabriel is very experienced in teaching others the art of combat and survival.

Weaknesses: water will short circuit his powers and his powers are not very effective against rubber.

Personality: Gabriel is a man of real grit and won't take crap from anyone. He is very zealous in his opinions on justice and doesn't like liars and dishonest people. He is very devout with his catholic faith and will not hesitate to set someone straight with sinful behavior such as pride, wrath and sloth. Being from the old west, Gabriel's values are different from the people of the modern day. The concept of an eye for an eye applies to his views on how justice should be dispensed.

Backstory: Gabriel is a man out of time since he his life began in the mid eighteen hundreds on the American frontier. Life was different back in those days, lawmen were courageous gunslingers and bandits were everywhere. Like his father before him Gabriel grew up to become a bounty hunter and regularly sought out those who viewed themselves above the law. His shot was considered one the best in west and he made a reputation for himself.

It was when he was on the hunt for an infamous killer that things change drastically for Gabriel. The man he was after was named Damian Luther and upon finding the man Gabriel found that the killer was a cultist who would sacrifice his victims to a demon for power. Gabriel was able to wound the man, but the cultist managed to hit him with a powerful bolt of electricity and everything went black for Gabriel. What Damian didn't know is that his spell didn't kill Gabriel, but instead put him into a death like coma that halted the bounty hunter's aging process.

When Gabriel awoke he found the world to be a completely different than from the one he left behind and in a state of confusion was nearly arrested by the police for unlawful conduct. To his utter amazement he found that he could manipulate electricity and had obtained great powers. Unable to truly understand what happened to him Gabriel went look for answers and see if there was a way back home. Seeing that the world was still full of injustice Gabriel decided to take name as a hero and began to dispensing justice to those he found lawless.

His search eventually brought him to Herculean Academy and he was offer a job as teacher to students who were learning the steps to become heroes. Gabriel accepted and he requested to be a combat instructor since that was one of the things he was excellent at and many forms of combat were timeless.

Other: He has two revolvers, a hatchet and a shotgun as his weapons.

Spectrum couldn't remember how he had gotten on the beach, but here he was and it scared him. He was scared of what might have happened to him during his lost hours and wanted to find what was going on. He remembered Camile and what she had done to the Reformists' HQ and he had wanted to give chase, but Charles was more worried about the wounded and let her escape.

"Hello!" he called out over the sand, he hoped that would get a response from someone unless he was stranded on a abandoned island. No matter once he detirmed where he was and if there were anyone else on the island then he would use his flight to take off from place and find his way back normal civilization.

Here's my second character sheet.

Judgment

Name: Erik Malone

Alias(s): Judgment

Age: 31

Affiliations: The heroes

Factions: The reformist council

Description: Erik stands at six feet and three inches tall. He has a rugged face and fierce blue eyes. His hair is a dirty blonde color and medium length. He has a great amount of muscle that would make most think he was on steroids, but it’s all thanks to his powers.

His costume looks like this and has the image of the catholic cross on his chest.


Powers:

Superhuman Strength: Judgment has incredible amounts of strength and has the power to lift well over a hundred tons. His strength is tied to his stamina so if he tires from too much excursion then his strength will weaken.

Superhuman Durability: Erik’s body is incredibly durable and can take a lot of punishment, but it does have a limit and if he takes too many heavy hits then his body will become more susceptible to taking damage.

Supersonic Flight: His top-flight speed is Mach 3

Sacred Flame: This power allows Judgment to create extremely hot white flames that burn very brightly. His main method of shooting this fire is through either his hands or eyes; he can also expel a large amount of the flames out of his body in the form of a blast. This power can drain Erik of energy more quickly than his other abilities.

Skills: Theology, expert combatant and great swordsman.

(Optional) Brief History: The bible says that our lord works in mysterious ways; it is this proverb that applies to Erik’s life before he became Judgment. His family was very catholic and taught him to despise sin wherever he saw it. As a young boy he was weak and frail, many didn’t believe that he would do anything great. Erik was the son of a very honored police officer, Officer Malone and from a young he had dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps.

These dreams made him wish that he was stronger and he felt depressed at his lack of physical prowess. Things became much more tragic when his father was killed in the line of duty, a murderer didn’t want to go without a fight and shot him in the head. Erik’s father was dead before the ambulances even arrived. The shock at his beloved father’s death was followed by great pain and mourning. Erik wondered why God had let him be taken from this world and the strength that he had in his faith started falter.

As he grew up Erik was in a near constant state of depression, for a boy losing his father is never easy and his will to take incentive was weak. Upon reaching his mid twenties he sought to find his faith once again and in a church he confessed his hatred for crime and disorder. That was the exact moment that his powers activated, many would say that it was coincidence, but Erik took that as a sign from God.

Seeing what he could do inspired him to become a costume crusader for humanity to fight against its sins. Erik believed with an iron strong will that metahumans were angels sent to protect and watch over humanity and any who went against the humans were demons who had turned away from their righteous cause. Dressing himself in crusader style armor and wielding a greatsword, Erik took on the name Judgment and began to deal out rough justice to criminals of all kinds having almost no problems killing. He became the poster child to religious people with extreme opinions about destroying all sin in the world.

He joined the Reformists Council in hopes that it would inspire metahumans to do right, but with things turning bad he thinks that harsher means of protecting the human is needed. He is Judgment and God’s vengeance will come swiftly by his hands and blade. Judgment is coming to the enemies of God’s children and they will fear him.
