A short, young man Rosi is blessed with mid-toned skin, Blond hair, and green eyes. He is slightly large looking, though not in a fat way, more like his body has more flesh on it than it should. Rosi has very rough skin that is covered with a few small scars. He has a small amount of stubble on his face which makes him look slightly older than he actually is.

He is usually seen with a big, stupid smile on his face. His mouth seems to extend far further than it should.

Power Description:
Rosi's air manipulation power is far stronger than anyone he has met with the same skill. Unfortunately; he can only manipulate the air within his body and mere center-meters above his skin. Although he does posses the neat ability to filter out certain gases when manipulating them.

Rosi's physicality is also altered; his blood can carry far more oxygen within it, allowing his muscles to respire much faster than a normal humans. This allows him to move his limbs incredibly fast. And therefore move himself at speeds of up to 65mph in a straight line.

Rosi's bones are hollow like a birds. They contain a vacuum within them which he can fill with lighter gases at will. This means he can make himself up to six times lighter than normal.

Most impressively; Rosi can change the pressure of the air directly around him so as to assist with his movement. This coupled with his extremely light bones allows him to move around while in the air. He can jump up to nine meters high and glide nearly directly horizontally. He can even change direction at will while in the air.

Power Weakness
He cant fly.. only glide.. Kind of like a balloon.

Like most manipulative powers Rosi's air control requires a vast amount of energy, this coupled with his increased respiration means he is almost permanently hungry and requires nearly three times as much nutrition to be satisfied. Without food he will become tired very quickly, start to lose his rational thinking ability and become depressed.

He is also far more at risk of breaking a bone due to their low density. He can hold a broken bone in place with air pressure but it will need to heal before he can use it effectively again.

While his manipulation of pressure is very strong, it is far from precise. Opposite to the rare audio-manipulative leviathans, Rosi can only apply two pressures. Too much and WAY TOO MUCH!

Weapon of Choice:
Does not really know as he has not had much experience with weapons. Would much prefer armour so as to block atacks to his weak bones. It would also be a proffered item as he could support it with his power as it would rest directly above his skin.

Fighting Skills:
Nope. Nothing. Other than play fighting with his siblings Rosi has had zero experience in combat.

Personality:
Rosi is one of the most layed back people you will ever meet; he has never raised his voice in anger for as far as anyone can remember. This makes him very like-able to most people, bar those who think he's an idiot.

He is perfectly content with lying on a roof watching the clouds for hours on end. Many people say he lacks ambition. He says whats the point in climbing higher, if you never look down and enjoy the view.

Because of his upbeat personality Rosi is very good at comforting and supporting people. People say they feel safe around him and even some anti leviathans have been converted by his well natured charm. He will regularly put others before himself. He seems to find more pleasure from helping others than he does helping himself.

Biography:
Rosi was born into a large working class family on the lower outskirts of sector four, he had six other siblings (him being the second oldest) which his parents provided for by both working as air taxi drivers for a corrupt, low paying company called 'street fleet'. They were poor, but happy.

Unlike many leviathans Rosi noticed his ability from a very young age. By three his family was well aware of what he was, this caused them some concern and so they tried to keep it a secret. This did not last very long.. as soon as he attended his first school at the age of six he would commonly use his abilities for playing pranks and fooling around. Although the other students mostly loved him, he was shunned by his teachers.

Rosi became very independent at the age of eleven as his younger brother had turned ten and was tasked with looking after the house. He could at this point glide around the city far faster than if he were to ride in a vehicle. He would bust himself by going around meeting people here and there, and generally socializing.

At the age of fourteen street fleet went bankrupt and his parents lost their jobs. Rosi left school to work as an apprentice for a mechanic called ryan. He spent his time ferrying parts from their manufacturing location to the workshop, the pay was good as he got the rates of a lorry driver.

Over time he bumped from job to job. He bought his own small flat in the area above his hometown. Eventually becoming the areas handyman. He became known and respected by most of the locals and they would always have some sort of jobs for him to do.

At this second Rosi is floating home to visit his parents who will be the bearers of bad news for him.

Likes:
Food: bacillary anything edible is good. He's not very fussy..
Friends/Friendly people: Rosi loves communication.
Goofing off: Wherever possible.

Dislikes:
Violence: Rosi detests people who start fights and will avoid anyone like that.
Cruelty: Rosi is very empathetic and dislikes seeing others in pain.
Being hungry or tired: lack of energy in his body.

Fears:
Claustrophobia (Fear of small spaces).
Fear of fighting.

Weaknesses:
Overly trusting: Rosi will trust anyone who says they are a friendemployerss lead to him being manipulated by employers in the past.
Overly laid back: Rosi sometimes fails to understand the magnitude of a situation.
Can't fight at all: No combat ability whatsoever, zilch.

Looks good EXCEPT the Curiosity and Honest to a fault for power weaknesses both seem more like normal weaknesses... They don't relate to her power that much.

Quiet but Observant
-Bella, being the youngest of seven children, has adapted the ability of being unusual quiet, because she feel like no one will hear her. She does not talk much. She has been this way since she was a child, which, in her opinion, was actually a blessing. Being quiet has allowed her to be more observant of other people and listen closer to others. This allows her to learn people's hidden secrets through things like eaves-dropping and registering people's body language, even ones that they haven't shared with their friends.

Optimistic but Realistic
-Bella believes that everything happens for a reason, which also means that she is grateful for the stuff that happens, but she also realizing that things can be bad. She grew up in a tough home, which means that she has good manners and thanks everyone for almost everything, mainly because her parents were tough on her about it since she is the only one who seems to be able to learn in her family. She is also quite fair, not taking sides when her friends get into fights. She does help mediate things though, pointing out answers that the anger driven people didn't see in the first place. She tends to try not to get involved in fights as much, though, because she is so afraid that people will judge her.

Intelligent, Careful
-Bella is quite intelligent, even from a small child. She does her best to do her best and everyone notices it, which is a reason her siblings are jealous of her. But, since she is smart, she has figured out when to talk and when not to talk. She learned this when she kept showing up her older siblings with facts and figures about the wizarding world that even they didn't know because she has read through their books closer and faster than they have. She is always careful not to show up others now, after an incident with a few of her older siblings.

Passionate, Hard-Working, Driven
-Bella has never been known to turn down a challenge. She always strives for greatness, even when it pushes her physical limits. She attacks every problem or challenge full force and does not stop until she is sure that there is no solution or that she has completed the task at hand. She sometimes doesn't sleep when she has to get her work done. This is a side that a lot of people don't notice about Bella because she is so quiet and a lot of people don't know what she's doing.

Submissive
-As Bella is the youngest, she is more likely to do what she is told than others because she has seen the punishment dealt out by her parents to her siblings. This has also transferred over into her personality to where she doesn't tend to fight with people, unless they are close friends, which she rarely has any of. She always has what she believes, but if someone is very forceful in saying that she is wrong, then she won't pursue fighting with them just to proven a point. She is always asking to do things, which she will do, but she sometimes lowers her head when she does them because she didn't want to do them in the first place.

Ignorant
-Because Bella is a bigger optimist than realist, she tends to be a bit more ignorant than most when it comes to bad situations. She always does her best to try and look into the good, but then she ignores the bad and that can get her hurt, like with her brother's multiple personality disorder and her sister's bipolar disorder. If someone is ever mean to her, she tries to ignore them, but the mean comments still hurt her.

Sensitive
-Bella wears her feelings on her sleeve and tends to be a bit of a crier sometimes. She is very open with her feelings, mainly through facial expressions and how she acts rather than through her voice. When it comes to bullies, she does tend to cry if one of the comments is extremely mean. She does not get angry often, but she gets more frustrated than anything, which is another reason for her to cry.

Bella is very small for her age and quite skinny. She had very full blonde hair that falls just below her shoulders. Her eyes are a dark ocean blue color, which is majorly different from the bright green of the rest of her family. Her brows are a shade darker than her hair and her eyelashes match her hair color perfectly. She has a spattering of freckles across her face, mainly from being outside doing housework.

Though she is small and skinny, Bella is quite athletic. She has muscles, though they are lean muscles. She has a scar on her collarbone from one of her brothers breaking a bottle and cutting her with it during an... episode. Her hands are pretty small, but she also has slim fingers that show wear of piano playing. She has bigger hips, but she has the body of an athlete, minus the hips. She has slightly tanned skin, mainly a farmers tan, from watching her siblings play Quidditch. She does have a few bruises here and there.

Many people, especially her family, think that she is slightly strange for this, but her worst fear is a monster called the Wendigo. But what many people don't know is that it really isn't about the Wendigo itself. A Wendigo is a former human that was possessed by a demon spirit when they were half dead and starving and it forces the human to eat another human, which releasing the Wendigo to fully take over the body. The human then transforms into a Wendigo, which has milky white eyes to it can track its prey when its prey is moving, taunt skin that is pretty much bullet proof, and skinny appendages which allow it to move quickly and is amazingly strong. The Wendigo, for Bella, represents the monster inside of a person close to her and that fear that she will become a monster is projected through the Boggart into a Wendigo that looks just like the person she cares for, i.e. her brother with the multiple personality disorder.

-Bella knows a lot of spells from watching her older siblings, but she isn't very good at them. Yet.
-She is an amazing Quidditch player, especially a chaser.

I only have one problem with it... Air Manipulation. Big no-no. That goes more with the air sector than Weather. I know I said pick two applications, but try to choose another one that doesn't go directly with another sector.

You are missing a few things, like continuing your Bio :P, appearance, and theme song (I really do want one because they're fun and they tell a lot about a character), but besides that, she looks fine. A dead inside character... I'll bet you'll have fun playing that.

Alright, couple things....
1) Can you do a realistic picture? I should probably put that in the CS... I don't like anime/drawings for people. Realistic just makes it feel more alive to me. Like a movie!
2) Can you center it?
3) Will you add more to your personality please?

Besides that... it looks fine.
