Why are opinions relevant to your study?
I wanted to also show that, whether people actually put sugar in their tea or not, they generally preferred sugarless tea to sugary tea! And also I added some other fun questions in there about tea.

I figured that opinions on how much sugar was preferable were just as relevant as an empirical measurement of how much sugar people actually put!

Could you clarify?
I polled people by asking questions through polling contractors. That was different from the automated scan, which monitored levels of sugar in coffee and tea universe-wide.

What was your sample size?
For the scan, I sampled the entirety of 15 universes! For the poll, I polled a quarter of the civilisations in each galaxy and went through contractors so that I could poll up to 0.1% of the population of each.
