Jess looks around and notices everyone has left the gym, she was too lost in her thoughts to realize they were all gone. She walks into the hallway, following the sounds of voices. Jess reaches the doorway of what seems to be a classroom, Hmm I guess we've moved on to learning new skills now.... She notices everyone is sitting in pairs, with Kyo sitting by himself. She walks up to him, "May I sit with you? I missed the instructions, anything happen yet?"

Name: Jess (Short for Jessica)

Age: 16

Power: Able to teleport. Excludes very long distances as they make her quiet tired and very weak. Technically she can teleport anywhere she's been before or within sight range, however, teleporting far away such as another state or country she can rarely do since it consumes so much of her energy.

Appearance: Pale skin with jet black hair, 5"3 and weighs around 110. She wears dark clothes and rarely smiles.

Bio: When Jess was 10, her parents abandoned her and left her to fend for herself out on the streets. She attempted to locate them, but later found out at the age of 13 that they had been killed in some freak accident in another state. This still did not change the fact that they left her and never came back. Life on the streets did not treat Jess too kindly, and has many deep emotional scars because of this. She did not fully understand her abilities until the year she turned 12, when she first discovered she could teleport. She is quiet, and cynical on the outside, but will open up to those who get to know her and earn her trust.

Just as Jess sits down she sees the boy she was talking to mere minutes before fall to the ground. His face became dark, and his eye a deep purple. Jess stands back up, and rushes over to the boy, "Housekeeper! What should we do?" She calls out. She is afraid to touch him, so she stands nearby.

Haha maybe, but I know quite a few older teenagers who are 5'5" and under. Then again I know a lot who are 6'0", I guess it just depends. This is the age where there is a wide range in height.
