Also if it isn't much can you try numbering the claims? And then include in the OP which nation has which number. It's a bit confusing otherwise because most players don't have their NS up in the characters section yet and even when they do they rarely include the world map. So I am kinda struggling to find out where they are.
Oh and totally unrelated but who wants to establish relations with Yllendthyr from the beginning? That's a section we can only work collectively together on.
Yllendthyr is an island nation isolated from the rest of the continent. It's surrounded by greenery and lush forests only broken up with the appearance of occasional cities and mountains. The capital and residence of the Queen of Yllendthyr is in Yllendor, a tower-city with its tall shine and beauty can be seen from all around the country.
GOVERNMENT
Yllendthyr is a monarchy lead by its hereditary divine rulers. The Queen (Ymerodres) fulfills the role of both supreme ruler and head priestess of their religion, the Arvandor. In effect though most of the political power is handled by the Chymanfa, the house of lords that covers the council of the most prestigious and influential noble families of Yllendthyr. As in a typical feudalist system they have large degree of autonomy and only answer to the Queen for their deeds. In spite of that these families are also the most devout believers in Arvandor thus they generally have unwavering loyalty to the Queen and serve as the pillars of her authority. Yllendthyr's culture put considerable emphasis on personal freedom and no elf could ever belong to anyone but themselves. As such there are no serfs or land-bound lower classes, every elf on Yllendthyr regardless of their birth are free. On the other hand the only class with ownership of lands are the nobles. Agriculture, mines, forests and so forth, it always belong to a noble thus commoners must pay "rent" for using it. Cities have an unique status which attracts craftsmen and merchants and generally they enjoy favorable taxes. Still, the system has holes and urbanization progresses very slowly. The longevity of elves also have a strange effect on their politics. Rulers usually don't change for centuries but more importantly elves have a different perception of time and this makes them seem rather conservative and slow to change as a whole.
CULTURE
The majority of Yllendthyr's population are elves and their cultural norms dominate on the island. Compared to humans elves are frail and beautiful people with their fay origins linking them closer with nature and magic. Elves are long lived which combined with their slow maturation gives them a different perception of time. Indeed for an elf anyone under 100 years may seem like a youth or even a teenager. This also have the effect that while elves are one of the oldest cultures the large gaps between generations make any changes to their society slow. Entire human countries rise and fall over reign of just one of Yllendthyr's queens. Elves live in relative harmony with their environment, their settlements are built upon giant trees, almost blending into the forest. Only cities and forts stand out with their stony walls. Elves mastered hunter gatherer lifestyle and it still takes up a significant portion of their society. They abhor extensive farming and their agriculture is striving for balance with nature. Contrary to the popular belief elves do cut trees but they do it with care and respect. Lumberjacks of other countries are viewed with scornful emotions. Elven society believes in personal freedom and acquiring experiences. There are no serfs and any elf on Yllendthyr regardless of their birth are free to travel within the country or even visit foreign countries. On the other hand only nobles (Arawen) are allowed to own lands. Anyone else wishing to operate mines, use fields or forests must pay a "rent" to the noble. This land ownership came to be during the ancient times when noblemen were responsible for fighting as part of Yllendthyr's military. These traditions haven't completely died out and nobles have the duty to maintain armies for both defending their land and aiding the Queen in war. Another interesting social group are the citizen whose numbers are on the rise thanks to tax cuts and other benefits for people living in cities. This "merchant class" is on the rise albeit as everything this change is progressing slow within Yllendthyr. While elves enjoy freedom other races within Yllendthyr are not as fortunate. Humans, orcs, lizardmen and any non-elven race are generally viewed as slaves and owned like property. Albeit mistreating slaves is heavily frowned upon and one can also prove their status by their generosity to slaves. Regardless their numbers are on the rise, the non-elvish population already approaches the 36%. That being said certain non-elves rose up in society and become subtle defining figures. Also visitors are always met in Yllendthyr with hospitality.

Warfare and military affairs in Yllendthyr are generally exclusive to the nobles. Each noble has the duty to defend their lands and answer to the Queen's call to war. A noble army is called Aramegyr and each is effectively a private force maintained by the said noble. The size of an army is determined by the size of the lands they own albeit there are minimums and leeways for larger armies. Among nobles of status their army is one of the most important way to show up to each other. The army of greater nobles is of course also supported by their vassals' Aramegyr and as you can bet this system can get convoluted quick. Even more problematic is when multiple nobles of high status are on the field. There could be considerable infighting to decide who owns the right to command the army. [to be continued...]

Commoners in Yllendthyr also treated differently. There are no serf and post peasants and other workers are allowed free movement within the country. Instead the only ones allowed to own fields, mines and similar possessions are nobles and commoners only have the right to rent these from them. They own the land. Citizens in towns also form a special layer of society with their own unique rights but as a recent phenomenon things only progress slowly. Due to the longevity of elves Yllendthyr has a strangely conservative view on politics and actually has difficulties to adapt or outright change.
CULTURE
The majority of Yllendthyr's population are elves. They are slender, tall and agile creatures most readily identified by their pointed ears. They are agile, dexterous and have incredible sense of balance. They can feel movement as if they're in possession of natural gyroscopes.Their senses are also sharpened and match that of wild animals. As beings closer to nature they're more resilient to diseases and toxins, albeit they also happen to be extremely vulnerable to certain other threats. Elvish diet is different from humans as the former are fully omnivorous. Elves are famous for their beauty and longevity, can physically appear young and live for hundreds of years. More interestingly at the end of their life cycle elves undergo a strange transformation, growing rapidly plant-like in appearance over the months until fully transforming into a tree. As such trees have a rather unique status in elvish communities and you might also think of them as their ancestors or gravestones. Elves bear great respect for the nature and especially trees. They only cut trees of specific type and only when they absolutely need it. The wanton deforestation of other civilizations utterly baffles them. Their slim builds leave less room for elves to develop powerful physique and when trained to its peak a human warrior is always physically superior to an elf. In addition their long lives have lengthy complications, too. Elfish reproductive cycle is consierably slower than a human's and even then the chance of miscarriage is awfully high. Childbirth is a great treasure in elven communities especially since it takes several years from pregnancy to birth. During this time the mother is vulnerable which led to the elves developing their matriarchial structures. Women are to be treasured and protected. Any dangerous duty is generally taken by males. That being said elvish philosophy is about the freedom of all their kin. If a female aspires to become a warrior she might do it, even if it's a rare event due to cultural reasons. Lastly a few words about the non-elfish population of Yllendthyr. All elves are free and they welcome visitors kindly. But any non-elf living in their country is basically considered their slave. They are treated as lesser beings and traded like an object between each other. That being said anything a slave does is the responsibility of its owner thus non-elves are still treated with relative care.

Anyways, if I participate I think I'll going to use elves. 12-13th century tech is strongly enforced even in terms of metallurgy? I mean knights in shining armor are commonish trope and fantasy metallurgy (dwarves, magical/legendary smiths, etc) should aid a lot in discovering these. Not like my elves would wear heavy armor, mind you. Just curious.
I never understood how guns and fantasy are anathemas to each other. Seriously, not even D&D does that nowadays. Especially in a high fantasy where "guns are worthless" could be a legit trope. Well, unless they are magic guns of course.
Sazaghony, also known as the Dragonlands, is a large empire located in Central Lyria. It's known for its large plains, diverse cultures and that their rulers trace their lineage back to Sazagan, the mythological Dragon Ruler of Earth. The empire can be found in the middle of the continent, providing examples to the influence of both East and West.
Geography
Yes, the lighter green blob at the center is Sazaghony.
From South to North the Empire of Sazaghony stretches over the center of the Lyrian continent. From the East and South they're backed by mountains while at the West only rivers and lakes defy the borders of the empire. Depending on where you live you can enjoy various environments in Sazaghony ranging from mediterranean, deserts to moderate climates and even cold tundras. Most of the lands are in the fertile moderate to almost tropical climate zone which benefits them in agriculture. They have access to both the Southern and Northern seas.
History
Legends say Sazaghons were originally nomadic tribes but their point of origin or even whether they came from East or West is hidden by the lack of proper historical records. Some theorize both and that Sazaghons (or however they were called back then) are a mix of multiple cultures under one military leadership. Others are ardent believers of the creation myth that Sazaghons originate from Sazan, the distant relative of the divine Dragon of Earth Sazagan, who united his kin for a long venture past the Kyhal Peaks to their promised land. Worths noting that nobody knows which mountain chain would equate for the Kyhal Peaks thus the enigmatic true origins of the Sazaghons remain. The first few centuries of the Founding are just as sparsely documented with some arguing that Sazaghons invaded Khyalchia (as they call the heartlands of Sazaghony surrounded by the mountains) and enslaved the native population while others think Sazaghons settled down on a barely populated portion of the lands and the two cultures mixed over the time. It's really just up to whoever you ask.
Historical records are far more consistent by the time of the last few generations of chieftains, thanks to Obould the Scribe accepting the Solaris faith, adopting writing and book-keeping and let a stream of scholars and solar missionaries to enlighten people with their knowledge. Obould and his house never truly converted to the Solaris religion nor crowned themselves. They believed they have enough wealth to belong to both faiths at once. The status quo remained until Obould's grandson and the chieftain at the time (Jaghod) was slain in battle without leaving a legitimate heir. Being strangely dynastial for so long this resulted in a power vacuum with the strongest competitors rounded down for two. First Voghun, the youngest and only surviving brother of Obould. As the eldest person in the main branch of the family he relied on ancient traditions to claim rulership and he went even further. Not quite satisfied with the reform of his elder Voghun advocated the return to the old ways. Second was Jaghod's illegitimate son Jozeh, who uppon converted to Solaris faith adopted the name Eschtehaan. As follower of the Solaris religion he wanted it to take proper roots within the country and follow the example of their neighbors. Reformists and conservatives along with the political machinations of both East and West clashed within Kyalchia. After four years of war Eschtehaan triumphed over his great uncle and began a brutal cleansing. Voghun himself was tortured and then mutilated, legends tell his body parts were spread to all corners of the country. Eschtehaan then began his reforms, supporting missionaries, made the construction of temples mandatory and sown the seeds of a proper feudal system. In many respects he laid down the foundations to the Kingdom of Sazaghony. Eschtehaan himself was crowned the first king and nowadays his name is remembered as the Saint King, revered by commoners and local priests alike. [To be continued...]

Not much progress compared to what I made in the Interest Thread but you can already see glimpses into the face of Sazaghony. I hope I am not presumptuous that I equalize Solaris religion with Christianity here.

The deep/dark red are my territories. This might seem a lot since I don't wish to make my civ to be too influential but just because these territories are controlled by me doesn't mean I am fully using them. Population-wise Krugstahl is probably among the lowest. Think of feudal age population densities versus urbanized civilizations. @MissingAxis@DragonrubyDoes it look alright?
