As my character might say... "Who cares! We can die and still get up!"And if my character finds out we can die and still live... oh... that'll be.... periods... amusing................. . . . . . . . .Well I can see it as playing out as everyone sees a character die a slow horrible death and then he/she will respawn and act like nothing happened, and that will REALLY freak some of them out or they'll think he/she is an illusion designed to lead them into danger and that will just add some drama. But there should be a price for respawning simply so that our characters can't throw themselves into danger deliberately at every turn. By price I mean like some sort of psychological inhibitor, like a few moments of blinding pain, or just a vague sensation of an evil "growing inside you" every time you respawn, or a sense of losing your hold on yourself. Okay I'm going to shut up now before I confuse myself even more.

Edit: To make this more an argument and less just vitriol, I have posts on the last two pages of the IC. How does that not count as being in the roleplay? The only reason why I haven't posted in a while was because Durandal has been busy (I don't blame him for this of course), which was a big deal given he was the only one interacting with me. Granted I ended up quitting anyway about a day ago now, but still.
I feel we should settle our differences outside of this thread. Pistols at Hyde Park.
ps. i know how you people get about non-participants
