Kibō-Hosh, Message to the Roa'marii fleet, Abh planet

Major Warlord Hele'Streth paused at this new fleet, apparently in support of the decimating fleeing people. Troubling indeed- this planet had surprising defenses, though it was a wonder how they even reached the ships he was about to prey on- the missiles were slow and sluggish compared the Draconian planetary defense missiles. He could detect them when they launched, even more so as they reached space- Draconian missiles are designed to be difficult to detect from low orbit, much less high orbit. Though perhaps they were outdated ICBMs? No way to tell. They were fiercer than previously thought, and worthy of honor. Perhaps he will dine with them first.

But first to deal with this new fleet. They looked to be numbering in similar size, except... more powerful, he hated to admit it. It seemed everyone looked to be more powerful than his average warship. It was very troubling, for his warrior mind.

So he sent a message.

"This is in-command Major Warlord Hele'Streth of the Draconian battleground Sovereign Hope," he replied to them, making up the name on the spot, at the questioning looks of many a officer, "Coming in by accident from a screw-up in the fleet faster-than-light transportation device. A malfunction that plunged us deep into unknown territory while scouting for new systems."

Then he immediately sent another message to whoever was listening on the planet, easily detectable by the unknown fleet: "This is the Draconian Military Fleet of Sovereign Hope, under command of myself, Major Warlord Hele'Streth, acting on vague orders from my superior, Minimus Forerunner Valkar the Destroyer. We arrived in your system by way of FTL device malfunction, and a hundred-lightyear course change from our original scouting mission of gradual expansion. We do not come to engage your people; we'd rather dine with your own, and see who is worthy of such battle! The Draconians are eager to see who managed to hold such a planet, against such odds, myself included.
I'm changing my character's age. It won't be as fun messing with the mage and warrior if one's ten years older than the other, and mine is like... seven years older than the warrior. Too many age gaps. No fun. That way I can bother you forever, Phoenix slash @Silverlight138, foreeevvvveeerrrr. And still, I will be older! EDIT: [cut] EDIT EDIT: Totally going to have fun messing with both the mage and the warrior. js. EDIT EDIT EDIT: Hey @Halvtand, your character should be younger. That way your character isn't like our father or something. Even though you'd be nine if you had my character.

<Snipped quote by WilsonTurner> I'll leave the final decision up to Shelton, since he was the first to make a comment about your character. I could work with your character.
BAD! HOW COULD YOU
@AnnaBeth Outfit- the outfit is likely to be even before the apoc, because more often than not, he may be cutting down a tree, hunting, things where his forearms are much more likely to get hit than his biceps. Cutting off his sleeves in favor of wrapping them around his forearms would just be smarter, especially if he saw his brother throw his arm up to protect his face from a zomzom, and get it chewed off in the process. Gas mask- Some people are a bit more paranoid than others, or about different things. He may not enter a house without putting it on, and answer with a stiff "For facial protection" if someone asks. That, and gas masks look cool. Saving up for one so I can have a Great-Gatsby-style wear with a gasmask and a US Marine helmet, because whainot. Arrows- I made it so that he has seven in an overtheshoulder quiver, the rest bound and put in his pack. And I've been in archery too- probably should've realized that, but I was always more focused on hitting the target, or actually just holding onto the arrows as they were on the hip quiver. M1 Garand- My grandfather actually has one of these, from an ancestor that fought in Iowa Jima or somesuch. Dunno if he died, actually. Don't think he did. Came back and kept the gun- you had to buy them back then, apparently. Military comments- I respect the US Military. My character's family don't, though. My character may or may not either- "Shoot that thing, all dem chompers be on us in a min! Or, I can shoot my thing, and none them gonna come runnin' on accountin' of some loud happenin's, ya hear?" And to note, I have heard people talk like this, so don't say I'm just making fun of rednecks. Well, heard parts of it irl, it may also have a bit of influence from Firefly. because Firefly. M1911- Changed it to a Sig Saurer. The Redneck- I'm from the South- Texas. Good ol' Texas, the warehouse of the Confederacy during the Civil War, the only state in 'Murica that was its own goddamn country. Won our own war, too, against Mexico. Took down ol' Santa Anna. My school is also 80% hispanic, and I've got Peruvian ancestry. *woop woop* Any more problemos?
